    Vung Tau 的城市运转离不开咖啡,就像大多数沿海城镇离不开海风和习惯一样。当地人喝咖啡很早,频率很高,而且对于哪家店好喝有着强烈的个人见解。如果你只在海边的塑料凳摊位上喝过“ca phe sua da”(加炼乳的冰咖啡),那这仅仅是个入门。完整的咖啡图景远比这丰富得多。

    路边摊传统

    这里最古老、最平民化的咖啡文化发生在人行道上。寻找那些低矮的塑料凳、放在玻璃杯上的铝制滴漏壶,以及那瓶热水瓶。这些摊位通常在早上 5:30 或 6 点开门,到 9 点时已是一半空座。一杯“ca phe den”(不加奶的黑滴漏咖啡)价格在 10,000 到 15,000 VND 之间。Ca phe sua da(越南冰咖啡)的价格通常不超过 20,000 VND。

    咖啡豆通常是来自中部高原(Central Highlands)的罗布斯塔豆,深度烘焙带来的轻微苦味能与炼乳完美融合。一些老店在烘焙过程中仍会加入少量黄油或盐——这是一种南方传统,能让咖啡带有一种淡淡的坚果余韵。不必特意询问,多尝试几家,你自然会发现其中的差异。

    后滩(Bai Sau)以及前滩(Bai Truoc)周围 Tran Phu 路和 Ha Long 路的街道上,这类摊位最为集中。没有菜单,坐下,店主自会端上咖啡。你只需静静地观察街景。

    大多数 Vung Tau(头顿)咖啡馆提供的选择远比游客菜单上显示的要多。

    如果你想喝不含咖啡因的饮品,可以点 tra da(冰茶,通常免费或 5,000 VND),或者寻找供应“tra tac”的店——那是金桔冰茶,酸甜清爽。

    新浪潮咖啡

    在过去五六年里,Vung Tau 悄然发展出了一个规模虽小但货真价实的精品咖啡圈。这部分得益于来自 Saigon 的周末游客对优质咖啡豆的需求,也得益于一代在城市接受过培训的当地咖啡馆主。

    以下是值得关注的几个趋势:

    • 单品手冲咖啡:使用来自 Da Lat 或 Son La 的阿拉比卡豆。这些店每杯售价通常在 45,000 到 65,000 VND 之间,价格依然合理,如果你询问,咖啡师通常会向你介绍咖啡豆的产地。
    • 冷萃咖啡:现在在中端咖啡馆很常见,通常会配一小份炼乳,方便你根据口味调整甜度。
    • 自家烘焙或与中部高原农场直接合作的咖啡馆:虽然这类店还不多,但 Vung Tau 在 30/4 公园附近和 Nguyen Thai Hoc 街上至少有两三家值得一探。

    这些店目前还没有 Hanoi 或 Saigon 那些烘焙品牌响亮,但这正是其魅力所在——你可以安静地坐着,没有噪音,无需排队,也不会有人催促。

    在哪里享受慢时光

    Vung Tau 最好的咖啡馆是那些懂得这座城市节奏的店。Vung Tau 是一座周末城市,人们来这里是为了放松。咖啡文化也反映了这一点。

    寻找那些装有吊扇而非强力空调、面向安静小巷的开放式布局,以及带有花园或庭院的咖啡馆。这些店通常聚集在两个海滩之间的住宅区——大致在 Phan Chu Trinh、Le Loi 和 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 之间的网格区域。随意漫步,不要刻意导航。如果一家店有手绘招牌、几盆盆栽,角落里还有店主的祖母在记账,那就坐下来吧。

    早晨属于路边摊。下午——特别是下午 2 点到 5 点——是花园咖啡馆被当地人(而非游客)填满的时候。如果你想体验那种悠闲的氛围,这个时间段是最佳选择。

    咖啡与美食的搭配

    Vung Tau 有着自己独特的饮食文化,非常适合搭配一场悠长的咖啡时光。当地的“banh mi”在整个南方都很有名——面包比 Saigon 风格稍微酥脆一些,许多店塞入的“cha lua”(猪肉香肠)和新鲜黄瓜也比其他地方更慷慨。在同一个路边摊买一份 banh mi 和一杯 ca phe sua da,只需 30,000 到 35,000 VND,这就是你能找到的最好的早餐。

    如果想吃点更扎实的,“banh canh”(粗米粉汤)是 Vung Tau 的特色,许多面馆开门很早,足以搭配早晨的第一杯咖啡。鱼汤底的版本是当地人的首选。

    实用贴士

    大多数路边咖啡馆只收现金;较新的精品咖啡店可能支持二维码支付。Vung Tau 距离 Saigon 约 120 公里,也可从 Bach Dang 码头乘坐高速渡轮,约 80 分钟即可到达。一日游的游客通常在早上 9 点前抵达,所以请在那之前去那些好的路边摊占位。这里的咖啡文化结束得很早:大多数店在晚上 9 点或 10 点就关门了。
