    什么是 Cu Lao Tan Phong —— 为什么它值得你绕道前往

    Cu Lao Tan Phong 是一座位于 Tien River 中心的河岛,而 Tien River 是越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)南部 Mekong 的两大主要支流之一。该岛占地约 7 平方公里——面积不大,一个上午就能骑自行车环岛一圈;但又足够宽广,让你能在龙眼果园和狭窄的运河小径中悠闲地漫步整个下午。

    几十年来,Cu Lao Tan Phong 只是一个农业社区——家家户户种水果、养鱼,伴随着河流的节奏生活。旅游业发展缓慢,主要以民宿项目和社区旅游倡议为主。它还没有像 Cai Be 水上市场或 Can Tho 那样成为旅游大巴的打卡地,而这正是它的魅力所在。

    人们来到这里,是为了体验没有表演痕迹的湄公河三角洲(메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ)。这里没有售票处,没有大喇叭游船,也没有流水线般展示制作过程的椰子糖工厂。Cu Lao Tan Phong 展现了三角洲最本真的面貌:翠绿、潮湿、缓慢,且盛产水果。

    如果你已经体验过标准的 Can Tho(껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)水上市场环线,并渴望寻找一个更宁静的地方,这座岛绝对能满足你。如果你刚好路过 Saigon 和西部三角洲之间的区域,这里也是一个非常不错的一日游目的地。

    最佳游玩时间

    最佳旅游时间是 12月至次年4月 —— 这是南方的旱季,湿度较低,几乎不下雨。岛上全年郁郁葱葱,但雨季(5月至11月)下午常有倾盆大雨,会让土路变得泥泞,也会影响运河乘船的体验。

    从 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)出发: 自驾或乘坐巴士前往 Tien Giang 省的 Cai Be 镇——距离约 110 km,从 Ben Thanh 地区出发,自驾约需 2.5 小时,乘坐公共巴士约需 3 小时。前往 Cai Be 的巴士从 Mien Tay 汽车站发车;票价大约在 80,000–120,000 VND 之间。

    从 Cai Be 出发,乘船横渡 Tien River 很快就能到达 Cu Lao Tan Phong。当地的渡轮和小型摩托艇在白天会定期运营。渡河时间约为 10–15 分钟。渡轮票价约为每人 5,000–10,000 VND;包一艘小船的费用为 50,000–100,000 VND,具体取决于你的砍价能力和团队人数。

    从 Can Tho 出发: 向东北方向前往 Cai Be——距离约 90 km,车程约 2 小时。由于没有直达的公共巴士,从这个方向出发,租借摩托车或包车更为实用。

    如果你是通过旅行社或预订了民宿前来,大多数商家都会将船只接送作为套餐的一部分为你安排妥当。

    在运河网络中划船

    骑行环岛

    从你的民宿租一辆自行车(大多数民宿免费提供,或者收费 20,000–30,000 VND),沿着环岛的主路骑行。整个环线只有约 8–10 km,地势平坦,沿途会经过果园、小村庄和零星的鱼塘。如果有人向你招手,不妨停下来——他们通常是想请你吃水果。

    参观果园

    这里种植着龙眼、红毛丹、菠萝蜜、山竹和人心果。果园参观非常随性——果农会带你穿梭在果树间,向你介绍当季的水果,并让你直接从树枝上摘下来品尝。门票通常为 30,000–50,000 VND,离开时你不仅会满手果汁,还能带走一袋新鲜水果。

    体验网箱养鱼

    岛上有几户人家在河岸边的浮动网箱里养殖鲶鱼和黑鱼。你可以去参观、观看喂食,有时还可以买下新鲜的鱼并让他们当场烹饪。这不是什么主题公园的游乐项目——这是当地人的生计,如果你感兴趣提问,他们会很乐意为你讲解。

    刻意地“无所事事”

    在民宿挂一张吊床,喝着冰茶,看着河面上来往的船只。Cu Lao Tan Phong 会用它的宁静,回馈那些不急于把每一小时都安排得满满当当的人。

    餐饮推荐

    岛上的大部分餐食都出自民宿的厨房。你可以期待品尝到地道的湄公河三角洲家常菜:炸象耳鱼(“ca tai tuong”)配上米纸、香草和青香蕉;用罗望子和新鲜蔬菜熬制的酸鱼汤(“canh chua”);以及用椰子壳烤制的河虾。

    如果你是一日游并在岛上吃午餐,可以请船夫安排在当地人家里用餐——这是很常见的做法,通常每人花费 100,000–200,000 VND 就能享用一顿丰盛的大餐。用当天早上捕获的河虾制作的“Goi cuon”(春卷)非常值得专门点一份。

    住宿推荐

    这里的住宿只有民宿。没有酒店,也没有度假村。房间干净、基础,配有蚊帐、风扇(有时有空调),并根据不同家庭的条件提供共用或私人浴室。

    • 经济型民宿: 每晚 200,000–350,000 VND,通常包含晚餐和早餐。
    • 中档民宿: 每晚 400,000–600,000 VND,提供空调房、私人浴室和全餐套餐。

    周末请提前预订——岛上的接待能力有限,当 Saigon 的居民来这里度短假时,房间很快就会订满。

    实用建议

    • 携带现金。 岛上没有 ATM 机,任何地方都不支持刷卡支付。过河前请在 Cai Be 取好现金。
    • 驱蚊液是必需品。 运河和果园虽然美丽,但下午 4 点之后蚊虫会非常凶猛。
    • 学习三个词: “Xin chao”(你好)、“Cam on”(谢谢)、“Ngon”(好吃)。这里的家庭很少接触英语。
    • 穿不怕弄脏的鞋子。 凉鞋或速干鞋是最好的选择——在运河小径上,人字拖会让你吃尽苦头。

    避免常见错误

    • 试图从 Saigon 出发进行匆忙的半日游。 单程的交通时间会大大压缩你的游玩时间。建议在岛上过夜,否则你花在车上的时间会比在岛上还多。
    • 期待看到 Cai Be 水上市场那样的热闹场景。 这里不是水上市场目的地。如果你想看繁忙的水上商业,请去 Can Tho。Cu Lao Tan Phong 恰恰相反,主打宁静。
    • 为了骑行而放弃运河划船。 两者都很棒,但运河才是让这座岛屿有别于其他三角洲城镇的独特之处。千万不要错过。

    实用须知

    Cu Lao Tan Phong 最适合作为更广泛的湄公河三角洲环线中的过夜停留地——你可以将其与 Can Tho 或 Cai Be 市场结合起来,安排一趟从 Saigon 出发的两到三日游。这座岛屿小巧、真实,完全没有刻意讨好游客的商业气息,而这正是它值得你乘船前往的原因。
