    Da Lat 海拔 1,500 米,其气候条件使得草莓、洋蓟和酿酒葡萄能够在越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)生长。这份两日美食与农场行程将跳过花卉公园,专注于高原地区最引以为傲的特产:种植与烹饪。

    第一天 — 市场、农场与慢生活

    上午:Da Lat 中央市场与早餐

    在旅游大巴抵达之前,尽早前往位于 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai 的 Cho Da Lat(달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット)中央市场。底层售卖农产品:成箱的草莓、苤蓝、佛手瓜和胡萝卜,看起来就像刚从地里拔出来一样(事实确实如此)。楼上的美食摊位约在早上 6:30 开张,供应当地最棒的“banh uot”——蒸米皮配上虾干和葱油,再蘸点甜鱼露食用。一份大约 20,000–25,000 VND。

    如果你想吃点更扎实的,可以找一碗“bun bo Hue”——这种源自 Hue 的香辣牛肉米粉在大叻有不同的风味,通常会加入当地种植的新鲜香草。每碗约 40,000–50,000 VND。

    上午中段:郊外的草莓农场

    叫一辆 Grab 或租一辆摩托车(每天约 120,000–150,000 VND),前往位于 Thanh My 以及 Cu Lan 周边村庄的草莓农场,距离市中心约 12–15 km。这些都是真实的生产型农场,而非网红打卡点。你可以在覆盖着网棚的低矮果垄间采摘,按重量计费——根据季节不同,每 500g 约 80,000–120,000 VND——采摘时随手吃掉那些熟透的草莓也是一种乐趣。

    最好的农场还会售卖草莓酱、草莓干和草莓酒(下文会详述)。草莓酱非常值得购买。至于入口处推销的调味糖浆饮料,建议直接略过。

    午餐:洋蓟汤与素食风味

    “Atiso”(洋蓟)是大叻最具代表性的本地食材,也是最被低估的菜肴。这种植物由法国殖民者在 20 世纪初引入,并完美适应了当地土壤。你会发现每家店都在卖洋蓟茶,但真正值得品尝的是“canh atiso”——用整颗洋蓟与排骨熬制的清汤,或者纯素食版本。汤头清淡、微甜,在高原气候下喝起来格外舒爽。

    前往 Truong Cong Dinh 街,那里汇集了多家烹饪此菜的素食餐厅。一份完整的午餐套餐——汤、米饭、豆腐、炒青菜——价格约 60,000–80,000 VND。大叻有许多倾向于素食的居民,这里的无肉料理非常地道,绝非随意的替代品。

    下午:Langbiang 或 Lang Bian 高原农产品站

    如果午餐后还有体力,前往 Lang Biang 山(北约 12 km)的路上经过许多小型农产品摊位,售卖牛油果、柿子和果干。大叻的牛油果比你在 Saigon 找到的更浓郁、油脂更丰富,在这里价格极低——每公斤 30,000–50,000 VND。买几个,像当地人那样配上盐和冰块食用。

    晚上:市中心晚餐

    晚餐回到市区,找一家供应“banh trang nuong”的小摊——这是大叻标志性的烤米纸,上面涂抹鸡蛋、虾干、葱花和辣椒,在炭火上烤熟后折叠食用。这属于街头小吃而非餐厅菜品;从下午 5 点左右开始,摊贩们会出现在 Phan Dinh Phung 街和夜市周边。价格:每份 20,000–30,000 VND。

    如果想坐下来吃顿正餐,Hoa Binh 广场周边有几家不错的餐厅供应大叻风味火锅——“lau da lat”——里面堆满了当地蔬菜:西兰花苗、大白菜、蘑菇和粉丝。人均预算约 150,000–200,000 VND。

    第二天 — 酒庄、乡村料理与夜市

    上午:Dalat 酒庄与周边村庄

    越南的葡萄酒产业规模虽小,但大叻是其中心。Dalat 酒庄(也以 Vang Da Lat 品牌销售)位于 Ngo Quyen 街,距离市中心约 5 km,每天提供品酒活动。这些葡萄酒大多由当地的 Cardinal 葡萄及一些进口品种酿造,虽然无法与欧洲酒抗衡,但轻盈的红酒非常易饮,酒庄本身也是一个有趣的去处。品酒费用约 50,000–100,000 VND,包含 3 到 4 杯酒。如果晚上想喝点酒,可以买一瓶“vang do”(红葡萄酒)。

    从酒庄出来后,可以骑行穿过城市南部的农业村庄。路边的摊贩售卖“mut”——这是大叻特产的蜜饯和果干:芒果干、姜糖、腌李子等。这些是既实用又体面的伴手礼,根据品种不同,每袋价格在 50,000–150,000 VND 之间。

    午餐:老法租界区的“Banh Mi”

    大叻保留了少量法国殖民时期的面包店,这里的“banh mi”外皮比沿海地区明显更酥脆——这可能与海拔和湿度有关。在 Quang Trung 的老火车站附近有一家老牌 banh mi 店,早上 7 点开门,通常下午早些时候就会卖光。一个三明治价格为 25,000–40,000 VND。

    下午:烹饪课程或逛市场

    市中心的一些小型烹饪学校提供半日课程(每人约 400,000–600,000 VND),专注于中原地区的食材——你将学习制作南瓜汤、蒜炒佛手瓜,有时还会学习使用当地大米制作“banh cuon”。如果你对烹饪技巧感兴趣,这很值得;如果只想单纯吃吃喝喝,可以跳过。

    或者,花一下午时间回到 Cho Da Lat 采购带回家的特产——真空包装的洋蓟茶、柿子干,以及来自 Cau Dat 农场附近高地种植园的“ca phe sua da”咖啡粉,都是非常实用且不易损坏的伴手礼。

    晚上:夜市与行程总结

    大叻夜市沿 Le Dai Hanh 街展开,从晚上 6 点左右开始。这里的食物偏向游客口味——烤玉米、香肠、甜汤——但“kem bo”(牛油果冰淇淋)绝对值得一试。每杯约 20,000–30,000 VND。

    实用贴士

    大叻距离 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)公路路程约 300 km(车程约 6 小时),或乘坐 45 分钟的短途航班即可到达。冬季(12 月至 2 月)夜晚气温可降至 12–15°C,所以即使你是从沿海地区直接过来,也请带上一件外套。摩托车是前往农场最实用的交通工具——大多数旅馆都可以安排租车,每天费用 120,000–150,000 VND。
