    Da Nang 的居民起得很早,也吃得很好。到了早上6:30,最好的早餐摊位就已经排起了长队。跳过酒店的煎蛋,走上街头去探索吧。

    先来一碗热汤

    Da Nang(岘港)清晨的首选通常是一碗热气腾腾的食物。"Bun bo Hue" 虽然源自北面100公里外的Hue,但在Da Nang的厨房里有着深厚的根基——辛辣的柠檬草风味汤底,配上粗圆面条,再加上一块猪蹄或猪肉。一碗价格在35,000–50,000 VND之间。寻找那些在日出前就开始营业、摆放着塑料凳的摊位,它们通常位于Nguyen Chi Thanh街或Han Market周边。

    "Mi Quang" 是更具当地特色的选择。姜黄色的面条,汤汁较少(更像是一种酱汁),上面铺着虾、猪肉、花生和芝麻脆饼。如果你在Da Nang只想吃一种在别处无法获得同样风味的食物,那就是它了。分量十足,价格公道——30,000–45,000 VND。位于Le Dinh Duong街的Quan Mi Quang Ba Vi是一家当地人多年来一直光顾的可靠老店。

    "Banh canh" 也是早餐的常客。这是一种粗的、类似乌冬面的木薯粉面条,配上清澈的猪肉或蟹肉汤。它比bun bo Hue 更温和——少了些火辣,多了份舒心。适合那些在早上6点想吃得饱足但又不想给肠胃太大负担的人。

    糯米饭推车与Banh Mi摊位

    并非每个人早上都想喝汤。另一种选择是“xoi”——糯米饭,在几乎每个居民区都能看到推车或托盘售卖。你会看到妇女们将篮子平衡在摩托车上,或者驻扎在市场附近的街角。一份xoi dau xanh(绿豆糯米饭)或xoi man(配有肉松、炸葱酥和煎蛋的咸味糯米饭)价格在15,000–25,000 VND之间,如果是老派摊主,通常会用香蕉叶或报纸包裹。

    Banh mi 推车随处可见,但质量参差不齐。在Da Nang值得一试的版本配料丰富:肉酱、少许黄油、切片冷肉、腌萝卜和胡萝卜丝、黄瓜、辣椒和新鲜香菜。点餐时说“banh mi dac biet”(特制版)就能尝到所有配料。价格约在20,000–30,000 VND。靠近海滩的Tran Phu街段有几辆推车在早上6:30前就会摆好,为早起散步和慢跑的人们服务。

    关于咖啡

    Da Nang拥有独特的咖啡文化,它与Hanoi或Saigon(西贡)的风格并不完全相同。你会发现既有 "ca phe sua da" ——通过phin滴漏壶缓慢滴滤、加入炼乳的冰咖啡,也有针对年轻当地人和游客的新一代精品烘焙咖啡。想要体验经典,可以找一家面向街道的小咖啡馆,那里有矮小的塑料凳,柜台上放着一壶预先煮好的热咖啡。在这里,一杯ca phe sua da售价15,000–20,000 VND,大约需要四分钟滴滤完成。

    Bach Dang河滨路有几家老派咖啡馆,退休的老人们会在黎明时分聚在一起喝咖啡、抽烟、看河景。这不是为了游客表演,而是每天清晨都会发生的日常。你随时可以坐下来加入他们。

    如果你想要更接近精品咖啡、豆子品质更好且有菜单的地方,43 Factory Coffee Roaster(靠近Han River)开门很早,咖啡豆源自越南高地农场。氛围完全不同,但咖啡非常专业。

    市场里的美食集散地

    位于Ong Ich Khiem街的Con Market (Cho Con) 是Da Nang的主要农贸市场,周边巷子里从早上5:30左右就挤满了早餐选择。市场周边的小贩同时售卖各种食物:bun、banh mi(越式法包)、xoi、新鲜水果和甘蔗汁。这里拥挤、喧闹且真实。如果你想了解这座城市是如何喂饱自己的,就来这里吃吧。

    靠近河边的Han Market,其一楼有一个熟食区,在清晨生意非常火爆。虽然不如Con Market混乱,但选择范围相似。

    如果你是新手,该点什么?

    如果你感到眼花缭乱,从mi quang(广南面)开始吧——这是定义Da Nang的招牌菜,大多数摊主都习惯了接待游客。如果菜单是手写的且你看不懂,指指旁边人正在吃的东西就行。大多数早餐摊主已经做了几十年生意,不会介意的。

    准备好零钱。早上6点在街头推车付500,000 VND的大钞会造成不必要的麻烦。请随身携带10,000–50,000 VND面额的纸币。

    Da Nang的大多数街头早餐在早上9点左右就会收摊——有些摊位甚至在8:30就结束了。如果你想获得完整的体验,请定好闹钟。在大多数市场区域,摩托车停车很方便;如果你是步行,市中心区域很紧凑,Con Market、Han Market和河滨路都在彼此2公里范围内。
