    简介

    Dam Van Hoi 是一个大型天然淡水湖,占地约 600 公顷,位于原 Yen Bai 省(在2025年行政区划合并后,现已成为 Lao Cai 省的一部分)。湖泊海拔约 50 米,坐落在低矮的石灰岩喀斯特地貌和梯田山坡之间的山谷中,既是水库,也是周边社区的渔场。与 Ha Long Bay 或 Ninh Binh (닌빈 / 宁平 / ニンビン) 完善的旅游基础设施不同,Dam Van Hoi 依然保持着原始的劳作景观——木船上的渔民、岸边吃草的水牛,几乎没有任何纪念品商店。

    这个湖泊作为一个收集周围溪流的天然洼地,已经存在了几个世纪。当地的 Tay 族和 Kinh 族社区世代在此捕鱼。直到 2018 年左右,它才开始出现在越南国内的旅游博客上,而外国游客依然十分罕见。

    推荐理由

    坦白说,有三个理由。第一:风景。清晨,水面上会飘起一层浓雾,喀斯特地貌的剪影在雾后若隐若现——无需无人机或重度修图,随手一拍就是大片。第二:节奏。这里没有任何商业化的行程安排。你可以租一艘船,在水面上漂流,静静地观察鹭鸟。第三:如果你驱车往返于 Hanoi 与 Sapa 或 Ha Giang 之间,这里是一个非常合理的落脚点,能让你从原本长达 5-6 小时令人疲惫的高速公路驾驶中喘口气。

    观鸟爱好者为了湿地鸟类而来——白鹭、鸬鹚、翠鸟——尤其是在迁徙季节(10月至11月)。摄影师则是为了捕捉黄金时刻的湖面倒影。至于其他人,多半是因为在摩托车论坛上看到有人提起,出于好奇便来看看。

    最佳游玩时间

    最佳时机是 9 月到 11 月。周围山丘上的梯田呈现出金黄色或刚收割完的翠绿色,水位足够高,适合划船,而且清晨的雾气最为稳定。12 月到次年 2 月天气会变冷——起雾的早晨气温在 8-12°C 之间——虽然很有氛围,但如果不穿厚衣服,坐在敞篷小船上会很不舒服。

    如果你不喜欢下雨,请避开 6 月到 8 月。这段时间暴雨频繁,进山的道路会变得泥泞不堪。3 月到 5 月天气不错,但比较干燥,这意味着水位较低,雾气也没有那么壮观。

    交通指南

    从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 出发,Dam Van Hoi 位于西北方向约 180 km 处——开车或骑摩托车经 Noi Bai - Lao Cai 高速公路(CT05)约需 3.5 小时,在 Yen Bai 市下高速,然后沿省道继续向西北行驶。离开主干道后的最后 15 km 是一条穿过村庄的狭窄但铺有柏油的双车道。

    如果你从 Sapa 出发,它位于正南方向约 150 km 处——车程约 3 小时。从 Ha Giang (하장 / 河江 / ハーザン) 出发,则需要预留 5 小时以上的时间。

    没有直达湖区的公共巴士。最近的巴士站是 Yen Bai 市(从 Hanoi 的 My Dinh 车站有频繁的班车,票价 80,000-120,000 VND,车程 2.5 小时)。从 Yen Bai 市出发,你需要叫一辆 Grab 摩托车或当地的“xe om”(摩的)走完剩下的 25 km——单程预计 100,000-150,000 VND。

    从 Hanoi [租摩托车](/posts/renting-motorbike-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-legal-insurance)(本田 Wave 每天 150,000-200,000 VND)是最灵活的选择,可以让你按照自己的节奏探索周边村庄。

    游玩项目

    乘船游览

    当地渔民提供狭窄木船的游湖服务。环湖 1-2 小时大约需要 200,000-300,000 VND。这里没有售票处——你需要直接在岸边与船家讨价还价。清晨(6:00-7:30 AM)的光线和雾气是最好的。有些船可以容纳 3-4 名乘客。

    环湖骑行

    有一条崎岖的小路环绕着大部分湖区——全长约 20 km。这条路没有路标,也不是为游客维护的,所以山地车或结实的摩托车比公路自行车更合适。沿途你会穿过两三个建有高脚屋的 Tay 族小村庄。

    钓鱼

    当地人每天都在这里捕鱼,如果你礼貌地询问,他们通常很乐意让游客加入。你可以自带渔具,或者借一根简单的钓竿。常见的渔获包括罗非鱼和鲤鱼。截至 2024 年,这里钓鱼不需要许可证。

    摄影

    西北岸是拍摄日出构图的最佳地点,以喀斯特地貌为背景。使用 50mm 或 70-200mm 镜头可以很好地在雾气中捕捉孤舟的画面。

    餐饮指南

    不要指望这里有正规餐厅。最近的像样餐馆在 Van Hoi 小镇,距离湖岸约 3 km。那里有两三家“com binh dan”(平价快餐店),提供米饭配烤鱼、空心菜和豆腐,价格在 35,000-50,000 VND 之间。

    如果运气好,湖边的农家可能会卖给你早上刚捕获的新鲜烤鱼——通常是用姜黄和莳萝烹制的罗非鱼,做法类似于 Hanoi 著名的“cha ca”(烤鱼),但口感更粗犷,烟熏味更重。你可以四处问问;这里没有任何广告招牌。

    如果想吃 pho(河粉)或“bun”(米线),你需要骑车去 Yen Bai 市。

    住宿指南

    湖附近的住宿选择有限。自 2020 年以来,出现了少数几家民宿——高脚屋里的基础客房,配有蚊帐、共用浴室,并包含家常晚餐。预计每人每晚 300,000-500,000 VND(含餐)。可以通过当地的 Facebook 页面预订,或者直接过去询问;除了 Tet (뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月)) 假期外,通常都不缺空房。

    如果追求更舒适的住宿条件,Yen Bai 市(25 km外)有标准的越南酒店,价格在 400,000-800,000 VND 之间,提供热水、Wi-Fi 和空调。

    实用贴士

    • 携带现金。湖区附近没有自动取款机;最近的 ATM 在 Yen Bai 市。
    • 手机信号还算不错(Viettel 在这里的信号最好),但在最后几公里不要太依赖谷歌地图——使用离线地图或向当地人问路更靠谱。
    • 黄昏时分蚊子很凶猛。请务必携带驱蚊液。
    • 如果你将此地与 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 之旅结合起来,Dam Van Hoi 非常适合作为北上途中的第一晚落脚点,或者是返回 Hanoi 途中的放松驿站。

    常见避坑指南

    • 中午抵达。在刺眼的正午阳光下,湖面显得平淡无奇。请在黎明或傍晚时分前往。
    • 期望有完善的旅游设施。这里没有英文路标,没有游客中心,也没有湖景咖啡馆。但这正是它的魅力所在。
    • 试图将其作为 Hanoi 的一日游。长达 7 小时的往返车程会让你没有足够的时间去真正享受这片水域。建议在此过夜。
    • 错过周边村庄。单单游湖只需 2-3 小时。方圆 10 km 内的 Tay 族高脚屋社区和梯田山坡同样值得你花时间去探索。
