    Dao Lan Chau 究竟是什么

    Dao Lan Chau 位于 Nghe An 省 Cua Lo 镇的海岸边,距离大陆约 300 米。它并不是大多数人想象中的那种传统岛屿——在退潮时,一条天然沙洲会将其与 Cua Lo 海滩相连,你可以滴水不沾地步行过去。而到了涨潮时,海水会淹没这条小径,岛屿又会再次孤零零地漂浮在海上。整个岛屿的直径大约只有 500 米,由一堆深色的玄武岩组成,顶部有一座小寺庙和一些被风吹弯的树木,极具特色。

    几个世纪以来,当地人一直将这座岛屿视为圣地。山顶的寺庙——Den Lan Chau——供奉着一位海洋女神,当地渔民出海前仍会来此祈祷。在 Ly Dynasty(李朝)时期,这座岛屿就已被记录为 Nghe An 海岸沿线的精神圣地。这里的历史感毫不做作,也没有浓重的商业气息。没有售票亭,也没有天鹅绒隔离绳。它只是一座拥有神龛和绝佳视野的岩石小岛。

    为什么游客会去这里

    Cua Lo 是来自 Hanoi 和 Vinh 的家庭度过夏季周末的好去处。它不在国际旅游路线上,这意味着 Dao Lan Chau 几乎没有外国游客。这也是它的魅力所在——你体验到的是真正本土的海岸风情,而不是被包装好的旅游景点。

    岛屿本身非常上镜,呈现出一种粗犷、不做作的美。深色的火山岩映衬着蓝绿色的海水,寺庙里飘出袅袅香烟,渔船停泊在浅滩上。如果你在南北路线上途经 Nghe An,或者在 Vinh 逗留,这里非常适合安排半天的绕道之旅。

    最佳游览时间

    建议在 4月至8月 期间前往。此时 Nghe An 海岸的天气温暖干燥,非常适合海滩活动,而且海面平静。6月和7月是当地的度假旺季——周末的 Cua Lo 海滩会人头攒动,不过岛上本身从来不会拥挤。

    尽量避开10月至次年2月。东北季风会带来灰暗的天空、波涛汹涌的海水以及刺骨的海风。穿越沙洲会变得不可预测,下海游泳更是无从谈起。

    如果想在岛上获得最佳体验,出发前请务必 查看 Cua Lo 的潮汐表。早晨退潮意味着你可以早早步行过海,探索寺庙,并在正午的高温到来之前返回大陆。

    如何前往

    最近的城市是 Vinh,位于 Cua Lo 海滩内陆约 16 km 处。

    从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 出发: Vinh 位于其以南约 290 km 处。你可以从 Hanoi 火车站乘火车(约 5-6 小时,票价 150,000-350,000 VND,视座位等级而定),或从 Nuoc Ngam 汽车站乘巴士(约 5.5 小时,180,000-250,000 VND)。从 Hanoi 飞往 Vinh 的航班不到一小时,如果提前预订,票价在 500,000-1,200,000 VND 之间。

    从 Vinh 到 Cua Lo: 乘坐向东开往海岸的出租车或当地公交车。路程为 16 km,大约需要 25 分钟。出租车费用约为 100,000-150,000 VND。03 路公交车也覆盖此路线,票价约 15,000 VND。

    从 Cua Lo 海滩到岛上: 步行。退潮时,沙洲会露出来,你只需漫步走过去——大约需要五分钟。建议穿不怕湿的凉鞋,因为沙子可能还是湿的。涨潮时,你需要等待,或者花 30,000-50,000 VND 租一艘当地渔民经营的小船(按人头计费)。

    游玩项目

    徒步穿越沙洲

    这是重头戏。算好时间在退潮时穿越沙洲,感觉就像是一场小小的冒险——小径从水中浮现,你在两侧海水的簇拥下穿行。全程大约 300 米。记得为手机带上防水袋。

    参观 Den Lan Chau 寺庙

    岛顶的寺庙虽然不大,但很有氛围。石阶穿过岩石蜿蜒而上,神龛掩映在古树的绿荫中。渔民们会在这里留下供品——水果、香、小瓶米酒。这里是一个真正的礼拜场所,而不是博物馆,因此请穿着得体并保持安静。

    攀岩俯瞰海岸线

    从岛顶望去,你可以看到 Cua Lo 海滩向南北延伸的广阔全景、近海的渔船队,在晴朗的日子里,还能看到 Vinh 背后的青山。这里的岩石是粗糙的玄武岩——虽然防滑但很锋利,所以进行这项活动时请不要穿人字拖。

    在 Cua Lo 海滩游泳

    回到大陆,Cua Lo 拥有一片宽阔绵长的沙滩。5月到8月期间海水温暖,海浪平缓。沙滩椅的租金约为 30,000-50,000 VND。它不是 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 最美的海滩——沙子偏灰褐色而不是纯白色——但水质干净,是岛上徒步后纳凉的好去处。

    夜观捕鱿船

    如果你待到傍晚,捕鱿船会在天黑后出海,亮起明亮的绿灯来吸引猎物。点缀在地平线上的点点灯光,是那种会让你铭记于心的宁静而又随性的瞬间。

    附近美食推荐

    Cua Lo 是海鲜的天堂。海滨大道两旁林立着各式餐厅,大多数门前都摆放着水箱供你挑选鱼类。

    推荐点一份 “oc”——用香茅、辣椒和椰奶烹制的海螺。这是这里最经典的海滩小吃,几乎每个摊位都有卖,一盘 40,000-80,000 VND。另一种地道吃法是 “muc nang”——炭烤日晒鱿鱼干,配上辣椒青柠蘸酱。傍晚时分,小贩们会在海滩边售卖。

    如果想吃顿正餐,可以找找供应“lau ca kem bong”的餐厅——这是一种用当地捕获的海鲈鱼和酸罗望子汤底制作的鱼火锅。两人份的火锅大约需要 200,000-300,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Cua Lo 有很多住宿选择,几乎都是面向越南国内游客的。

    • 经济型: 海滨路沿线的宾馆(“nha nghi”)每晚 200,000-400,000 VND 起。设施简单但很干净,通常配有空调和热水。
    • 中档型: 靠近海滩中心的三星级酒店收费为 500,000-900,000 VND。部分酒店提供早餐和海景房。
    • 高档型: 海滩北端有少数几家度假村,每晚价格在 1,000,000-2,000,000 VND 之间。如果你想要游泳池和自助餐,Vinpearl 在这里有一家酒店。

    如果在6月或7月的周末前往,请提前预订——Cua Lo 在夏季很快就会客满。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 潮汐时间比什么都重要。 在游览当天的早晨查看 Cua Lo 的潮汐表。退潮是你的最佳时机——错过了,你要么游泳,要么只能干等。
    • 防晒霜和水。 沙洲上没有阴凉处,除了寺庙区域外,岛上也几乎没有遮挡。这两样东西一定要带上。
    • 仅限现金。 岛上没有 ATM 机,没有刷卡机,什么都没有。海滩附近的小商贩只收现金。请在 Vinh 或 Cua Lo 市场附近的 ATM 机提前取款。
    • 尊重寺庙。 遮住肩膀,进入前脱鞋,不要攀爬神龛建筑拍照。每天都有人在这里祈祷。

    避免常见错误

    • 不查潮汐表就在涨潮时跑去。 这是最让人扫兴的情况。沙洲会完全消失,而且也不一定总能租到船。
    • 期待热带海岛体验。 Dao Lan Chau 是一块带有寺庙的岩石露头,而不是长满棕榈树的环礁。调整好你的期望值,你会玩得更开心。
    • 完全跳过 Vinh。 大多数游客只是匆匆路过 Vinh,但它值得你花上一个早晨——中心市场有很棒的“banh mi”摊位,还有便宜又浓郁的滴漏“vietnamese coffee”。如果你感兴趣的话,这里也是前往 Ho Chi Minh (호치민 / 胡志明 / ホーチミン) 故乡 Kim Lien 村的门户。
    • 穿好鞋过海。 沙洲上全是湿沙和浅海水。只适合穿橡胶凉鞋或光脚。
