    Cho Con 是 Da Nang 当地人真正会去的市场。虽然游客有时会默认去离河更近的 Han Market,但 Cho Con 才是这座城市进行日常采购的地方,而且几十年来一直如此。

    它的前世今生

    Cho Con 位于 Hai Chau 区的 Ong Ich Khiem 街,在 Han River 以西约 1.5 km 处。该市场自 20 世纪 40 年代起就以某种形式运营,从一个露天交易点发展成你今天看到的庞大三层混凝土建筑。现在的建筑建于 1984 年,并在 21 世纪初进行了翻修。它占地约 14,000 平方米,容纳了大约 2,000 个摊位。

    “Cho Con”这个名字字面意思是“小市场”——这很讽刺,因为它是 Da Nang (다낭 / 岘港 / ダナン) 最大的室内市场。这个名字源于它曾是最初河畔交易区之外的次要市场。如今,它已经没有任何“小”的感觉了。

    随着 Da Nang 近期与 Quang Nam 合并后的行政区划调整,这座城市发展迅速,但 Cho Con 依然深深扎根于其老街区的特色之中。

    Cho Con 并不是传统意义上的旅游景点。这里没有售票处,没有导游,也没有适合发 Instagram 的网红墙。它提供的是一个真实视角,让你看到一座中等规模的越南城市是如何解决饮食起居的。单是底层就堪称一堂关于越南中部食材的教育课——各种橙色色调的虾米、按罐出售的发酵鱼酱,还有现磨的辣椒碎。

    这里也是在 Da Nang 购买布料、定制服装和带回家乡的当地小吃的绝佳去处之一。由于顾客群体主要是当地人,这里的同类商品价格通常比 Han Market 便宜 15-30%。

    最佳游览时间

    市场每天大约从 6:00 AM 营业到 6:00 PM,不过许多食品摊贩在 5:00 PM 就开始收摊了。最佳游览时间是 7:00 到 9:00 AM 之间,此时生鲜区最为热闹,食品摊位也火力全开。到了中午,即使开着风扇,建筑内的闷热感也会变得非常强烈。

    就季节而言,Da Nang 从 3 月到 8 月的旱季最适合在市场里闲逛。雨季(9 月至 12 月)并不会让 Cho Con 关门,但在倾盆大雨时,周围的街道可能会积水,让前往市场的路变得泥泞不堪。

    如何前往

    从 Da Nang 市中心或沿着 Vo Nguyen Giap 的海滩酒店带出发,前往 Cho Con 的车程很短。

    • Grab 摩托车:从 My Khe Beach 沿线的大多数酒店出发,费用为 15,000-25,000 VND,约 10 分钟。
    • Grab 汽车:35,000-50,000 VND,路线相同。
    • 从 Han Market 步行:沿 Hung Vuong 街向西 1.2 km,步行约 15 分钟。
    • 从 Da Nang 火车站出发:向南不到 1 km——步行不到 10 分钟即可到达。

    如果你从 Hoi An(向南约 30 km)出发,可以乘坐 Grab 或当地的 1 路公交车,费用为 30,000 VND,大约需要 50 分钟。

    市场内可以做什么

    在底层一路吃过去

    底层的美食区才是真正的吸引力所在。摊位上供应“mi quang”——这种染了姜黄色的面条是越南中部烹饪的代表——每碗 30,000-40,000 VND。你还会发现“banh xeo”,以 Da Nang 特有的方式折叠得宽大酥脆,与 Saigon 的版本不同。一盘大约 20,000-30,000 VND。在 Ong Ich Khiem 入口附近的一个摊位多年来一直在制作加了螃蟹的“banh canh”;如果语言不通,可以说“banh canh cua”并用手指一下。

    购买干货和小吃

    二楼有一排排的摊贩出售鱿鱼干、芝麻糖、“nem chua”(发酵猪肉卷)以及各种米饼。这些比冰箱贴更适合做纪念品。一袋加了芝麻和椰子的“banh trang”(米纸)大约 30,000-50,000 VND,放在背包里也很方便携带。

    购买布料或定制服装

    与 Hoi An (호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン) 的裁缝店相比,Cho Con 的纺织品区商业化气息没那么浓,这意味着起步价更低。量身定制一件简单的棉质衬衫起价约为 150,000 VND。不要指望这里有和 Hoi An 一样的英语服务——带上你想要的款式照片,并使用翻译软件。

    逛逛菜市场区

    即使你不打算做饭,海鲜和肉类区也值得慢慢逛一逛。鱼类直接来自 Da Nang 的沿海船队,种类令人惊叹——蛏子、皮皮虾、鲳鱼、盲槽鱼,到了 7:00 AM 都会整齐地摆放在冰块上。

    挑选当地咖啡

    几个摊位按重量出售研磨好的越南咖啡 (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー)。半公斤装的罗布斯塔拼配咖啡根据烘焙程度不同,价格在 60,000-100,000 VND 之间。如果你对“ca phe sua da”情有独钟,这里是回家前囤货的好地方。

    附近去哪吃

    就在市场南门外,一排街边推车售卖“bun cha (분짜 / 烤肉米粉 / ブンチャー) ca”——这是一种 Da Nang 特色的鱼饼汤粉。一碗的价格为 35,000-45,000 VND。如果想吃点更顶饱的,可以向东朝河边走 5 分钟,在 Hung Vuong 街沿线的一家米饭店吃“com tam”——碎米饭配烤猪肉和煎蛋,大约 40,000 VND。

    如果你还没尝过蛋咖啡 (에그커피 / 蛋咖啡 / エッグコーヒー),向东北方向步行 10 分钟到 Le Duan 街,那里有几家咖啡馆供应相当地道的版本,尽管 Hanoi 的纯粹主义者可能不敢苟同。

    住宿推荐

    Cho Con 位于 Da Nang 的中心区 Hai Chau,因此住宿选择非常密集。

    • 经济型:Yen Bai 或 Le Duan 街上的青旅和客栈,150,000-300,000 VND/晚。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 带上现金。 这里几乎没有摊贩接受刷卡。附近的 Hung Vuong 和 Ong Ich Khiem 街上有 ATM 机。
    • 温和地砍价。 这里的价格不像 Han Market 虚高得那么厉害,但摊贩的报价仍会比他们的底价高出 10-20%。友好的还价往往比咄咄逼人的讨价还价更有效。
    • 自带环保袋。 摊贩默认使用薄塑料袋,很快就会积攒一大堆。
    • 把大背包留在酒店。 过道很窄,尤其是在楼上。一个斜挎包或小巧的日用背包就足够了。
    • 用手机看价格。 如果存在语言障碍,摊贩会在计算器或你的手机屏幕上按下数字。

    避免常见的错误

    • 中午去。 闷热的天气、逐渐散去的人群以及准备收摊的食品摊位,使得中午成为最糟糕的游览时段。
    • 跳过楼上。 大多数游客只在一楼转悠。楼上的干货和纺织品才是当地人真正花钱的地方。
    • 拿它和 Ben Thanh Market 比较。 Cho Con 并不是为游客精心打造的。这正是它的魅力所在。如果你想要空调和明码标价,这里并不适合你。
    • 购物前不吃东西。 先去食品摊位大快朵颐吧。吃饱了你才能做出更好的购物决定,而且卖“mi quang (미꽝 / 广南面 / ミークアン)”的大妈们在清晨时分最为精神抖擞。

    实用提示

    Cho Con 最适合搭配清晨沿着 Han River 的散步,或者下午前往 Ba Na Hills 的金桥之旅。为市场本身预留大约 90 分钟的时间——如果要在那里用餐,则需要更久。它可能不会成为大家在晚餐时津津乐道的亮点,但正是这样的地方,会让你觉得你是真正来过 Da Nang,而不仅仅是去过那里的海滩度假村。
