    为什么要在 Hai Duong 停留?

    Hai Duong 位于 Hanoi 以东 30 km 处,沿着 5 号国道,是前往 Ha Long Bay 或海防市(Haiphong)的必经之地。大多数游客只是驱车路过。这个省份充满乡村气息,并不起眼,甚至常常被刻意忽略——但这正是它的魅力所在。在这里,你可以欣赏到原生态的红河三角洲风光,探访真正的陶瓷作坊,以及那些每个月只有寥寥数名外国游客造访的寺庙。

    Bat Trang:陶瓷村与窑畔美食

    Bat Trang 与 Hanoi 仅隔着一条红河,但在行政区划上属于 Hai Duong,是这里的主要景点。自 15 世纪以来,这里一直是陶瓷中心——你在 Hanoi 老城区看到的所有青花瓷器都发源于此。

    如果想体验有人指导的制陶过程,可以通过 Instagram 直接联系陶艺家,或者让酒店帮忙安排工作室参观。大多数地方收费 300,000–500,000 VND,时长 2–3 小时,包含亲手体验拉坯。

    交通方式: 从 Hanoi 市中心乘坐 Grab 前往 Bat Trang(20–25 km,车程 45 分钟–1 小时,视交通情况而定)。或者,从 Gia Lam 车站(老城区东南 15 km 处)乘坐开往 Hai Duong 的当地公交车;在 Bat Trang 下车。费用:20,000 VND。

    Tran Quoc 寺与河畔寺庙漫游

    Tran Quoc 寺 坐落在 Hai Duong 市中心以西红河的一个小岛上。它是越南最古老的寺庙之一,始建于 6 世纪。这里的氛围宁静祥和——年迈的僧侣、盆栽植物、微拂的河风——而且旅游团比 Hanoi 附近类似的寺庙要少得多。

    乡村风光:骑行与稻田漫步

    在主要城镇之外,Hai Duong 地势平坦、宁静,充满农业气息。从 Hanoi 的酒店租一辆自行车,在 Hai Duong 的稻田中慢骑,既能让人冥想放松,又非常经济实惠。

    你可以要求导游或司机把你放在一个随机的村庄——比如 Thanh Ha 或 Van Giang,这两个地方都由 Hai Duong 管辖——然后在乡村道路上骑行 1–2 小时。你会路过水牛、牛车、在水泥平台上打排球的孩子们,以及坐在塑料凳子上抽烟的老人。午餐时,可以在一家“Com Tam”(碎米饭)摊位停下——味道总是很好,而且价格永远低于 50,000 VND。

    有组织的“陶瓷游”: Hanoi 的旅行社会组织前往 Bat Trang 的团队游,行程固定,大巴上挤满人,还有专门给游客做统一讲解的餐厅。不如自己安排行程——花 200,000 VND 雇一位当地的摩托车司机,或者打个 Grab,然后徒步探索。

    实用须知

    最佳游览时间:10 月至次年 4 月。5 月至 9 月气候炎热潮湿,频繁的降雨会让村庄的道路变得泥泞。在 Hanoi 以外的地方,公共厕所和西餐很少见;入乡随俗,吃当地人吃的食物。请携带现金——许多小作坊和乡村小吃店不接受刷卡。从 Hanoi 出发的一日游是非常现实的;如果在当地的宾馆过夜(每晚 300,000–500,000 VND),环境会更加安静,也能让你早起去游览寺庙和窑厂。
