    Saigon — 成功率最高

    Saigon 拥有越南最大的穆斯林社区,主要集中在第一郡的 Nguyen An Ninh 街,以及 Cho Lon 附近以占族(Cham)为主的社区。在这里,你找到清真 Banh Mi 的几率最高。

    Da Nang — 折中之选

    如果你计划在 Hue 和 Hoi An 之间旅行,Da Nang 是一个合理的停靠点。Hoi An 本身在河边有几家穆斯林友好的餐厅,尽管 Banh Mi 不一定是主角——“cao lau”和烤肉往往占据菜单主导地位。

    如何现场核实

    购买前请检查三件事:

    1. 要求查看证书。 “co chung nhan Halal khong?”(你有清真认证吗?)这句话在大多数穆斯林经营的商店都能听懂。合法的摊主会向你展示实体证书,而不是指着贴纸。

    2. 检查肉类来源。 越南的清真鸡肉最常来自 Binh Duong 或 Long An 省持有 HCA 认证的工厂。如果摊主能叫出供应商的名字,这是一个好迹象。

    3. 观察准备台面。 同时用于猪肉和鸡肉产品的共用砧板和刀具是常见的交叉污染问题。专业的清真摊位会有独立的设备。

    清真 Banh Mi 在 Saigon 最容易买到,那里围绕成熟清真寺的基础设施支持着真正的供应链。在 Hanoi 和 Da Nang,选择确实存在,但需要更多的主动寻找,并对时间安排保持灵活性。旅行前下载 HalalTrip 或 Zabihah 应用程序——两者都有越南的列表,虽然不够全面但正在改进,且用户评论经常会指出那些让游客失望的摊位。
