    Ham Ho 是什么及其重要性

    最佳游览时间

    3月至5月 是最佳时机——水位适中,天气温暖但不酷热,而且可以避开6月和7月周末挤满这里的暑假人群。

    9月至次年1月 是雨季。河水暴涨,部分河段变得无法通行,在遭遇强风暴后,景区偶尔会关闭。如果你在连续下了一周雨后才来,可能会发现峡谷已被禁止进入。

    工作日总是更好的选择。周末早晨会有一辆辆大巴从 Quy Nhon 驶来,到了上午 10 点,主要的游泳区就会变得拥挤不堪。

    如何从 Quy Nhon 前往

    Quy Nhon 是你的出发点。Ham Ho 位于其西北约 55 km 处,沿着 QL19 公路向 Tay Son 方向行驶,车程大约需要 1 小时 15 分钟。

    摩托车: 自由行旅客最常见的选择。在 Quy Nhon 租车每天大约 120,000–150,000 VND。全程都是铺装路面——QL19 是一条维护良好的国道。在 Phu Phong 镇附近有路牌的交叉口转弯。最后 3 km 是一条穿过村庄的较窄道路。

    出租车或 Grab: 从 Quy Nhon 市中心出发的单程 Grab 大约需要 350,000–450,000 VND。你可以与司机协商包含等待时间的往返行程,总价约为 700,000–900,000 VND。出发前务必确认好等待事宜——因为在 Ham Ho 本地很难叫到车。

    跟团游: 一些 Quy Nhon 的酒店和当地旅行社会将 Ham Ho 与 Tay Son 博物馆(约 10 km 外)打包成半日游,每人 400,000–600,000 VND,包含午餐。如果你不骑车,这会是个划算的选择。

    游玩项目

    徒步峡谷步道

    主步道沿着 Con River 向上游延伸约 2 km。你需要在巨石之间跳跃,徒步穿过浅水区(记得带上可以下水的凉鞋),并穿过两侧岩石夹击的狭窄峡谷段。这算不上是徒步旅行——更像是在攀爬。往返请预留 1.5 到 2 小时。

    在天然水池中游泳

    河流沿岸有几个地方变宽,形成深到足以游泳的水池。最大的一个距离入口约 500 米。水温全年保持凉爽。这里没有救生员,所以请自行判断水流情况——尽量选择平静的水池,带孩子时尤其要注意。

    参观 Tay Son 历史展览

    在入口附近,有一个小型的露天展览,通过雕像、武器复制品和双语展板介绍了 Tay Son 起义。参观大约需要 15 分钟,能让你了解除了风景之外,这个山谷为何具有重要意义。

    体验竹篮船

    当地经营者在水流较平缓的河段提供短途的“thuyen thung”(圆形竹篮船)体验。每人大约 30,000–50,000 VND,持续 10–15 分钟。主要图个新鲜,但如果你以前没坐过,还是挺有趣的。

    在巨石上野餐

    自带食物或在入口附近的小摊购买,然后在河边找一块平坦的岩石。大多数越南家庭都是这么做的——铺开垫子,切开一些水果,坐下来享受。根本不需要去餐厅。

    附近就餐推荐

    公园内的小吃摊出售烤肉串、“banh xeo”(酥脆的姜黄煎饼——这里的越南中部版本比南部风格的更小、更脆)、玉米棒和饮料。预算为每人 50,000–80,000 VND。

    如果想吃顿正餐,可以开车回到 Phu Phong 镇。在主路旁寻找“com tam”(碎米饭)店——一盘配有烤猪肉、鸡蛋和腌菜的碎米饭大约 35,000–45,000 VND。在 Tay Son 博物馆交叉口附近的几家家庭经营的小店里,也有味道不错的“bun cha”,不过别指望能达到 Hanoi 那样的精致水准。

    住宿推荐

    大多数游客选择住在 Quy Nhon,并将 Ham Ho 作为一日游的目的地。这是明智的选择——景区本身没有住宿,而 Tay Son 镇的住宿选择仅限于基础的宾馆(“nha nghi”),每晚 200,000–350,000 VND。

    Quy Nhon 拥有各种住宿选择,从海滩附近 150,000 VND 的青旅床位,到 500,000–800,000 VND 的中档酒店应有尽有。如果你想住得更近一些,Phu Phong 镇有几家迷你酒店,价格在 250,000–400,000 VND 左右。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 穿涉水鞋或运动凉鞋。 岩石很滑。在峡谷步道上穿人字拖是个糟糕的主意。
    • 自带水和零食。 摊位的价格很公道,但选择有限,尤其是在工作日,出摊的小贩较少。
    • 尽早出发。 早上 8 点前到达,你几乎可以独享整个峡谷。到了上午过半,旅行团就会陆续抵达。
    • 携带现金。 景区内没有自动取款机。最近的在约 3 km 外的 Phu Phong。
    • 防晒很重要,即使有树荫遮挡——开阔的巨石区域反光非常强烈。

    避坑指南

    不要在这里安排一整天。 游览 Ham Ho 最多只需 3–4 小时。可以将其与附近的 Tay Son 博物馆或 Quang Trung 博物馆结合起来,凑成充实的一日游。

    大雨过后不要在未确认路况的情况下前往。 致电景区管理处或询问你在 Quy Nhon 的酒店——他们会知道峡谷是否开放。

    不要跳过上游区域。 大多数游客都聚集在入口附近的水池。越往里走,峡谷就越安静,也越有趣。

    实用须知

    将 Ham Ho 作为以 Quy Nhon 为大本营的行程的一部分是最好的安排——在海边度过几天,然后抽出一个上午前往峡谷和 Tay Son 历史遗址。它并不是一个值得你专程前往的目的地,但如果你已经在 Binh Dinh 省,这个峡谷绝对是该地区最纯粹的户外体验之一。没有花里胡哨的噱头,没有为了发 Instagram 而刻意布置的场景——只有纯粹的流水与岩石。
