    如果你参观过湄公河三角洲的其他旅游果园,这里的布局会让你感到熟悉:一个接待区、带河景的带顶凉亭餐厅、穿梭于果树间的步道网络,以及一个供乘坐舢板的小码头。让Lan Vuong在三角洲数十家类似景点中脱颖而出的是它的规模和维护水平。园区维护得很好,但又不会让人觉得过度修饰,即使在周末,员工与游客的比例也保持在合理的水平。

    游客为何而来

    大多数游客来此通常出于三个原因之一。来自Saigon的周末短途旅行者将其视为一日游的避风港——距离够近,可以开车前往;绿意盎然,足以让人放松身心。游览湄公河三角洲的旅客会在这里停留,作为Vinh Long镇和河流之间的一项具体活动。而热爱美食的游客则是专门为烹饪课程而来的,这里的课程比靠近Can Tho的一些旅游景点那种表演性质的展示更具实践性。

    这里不需要花上一整天的时间。三到四个小时是最佳时长——足够你游览运河、漫步果园、享用午餐,并在午后的酷热将你困在凉亭下之前离开。

    最佳游玩时间

    5月至8月的采摘季显然是最吸引人的。那时果园里挂满了红毛丹、山竹、榴莲和龙眼,门票中包含的“水果随便吃”福利也才显得真正划算。如果在1月或2月来,你仍然能找到一些水果,但品种会减少。

    就天气而言,12月至次年4月是旱季——步道上的泥泞较少,河上的行船条件也更可预测。代价是水果较少。如果你只能选择一个时间段,请定在5月或6月:水果季已经开始,9月和10月的暴雨尚未到来,果园绿意盎然且不会积水。

    如果可以,请避开周末和越南的公共假日。公园在周六会接待大量国内旅游团,运河游船需要排队。周二早上的体验则完全不同。

    如何前往

    Lan Vuong位于Saigon西南约130 km处——开车大约需要2.5到3小时,具体取决于出城的交通状况。沿着Ho Chi Minh City (호치민시 / 胡志明市 / ホーチミン市) - Trung Luong高速公路向My Tho方向行驶,然后继续沿60号国道穿过Ben Tre镇向Vinh Long方向行驶。当距离公园还有几公里时,主路上就会有路标指示。

    如果你乘巴士前往,可以从Mien Tay巴士站乘坐Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 到Vinh Long的班车(约100,000–130,000 VND,耗时2.5小时)。从Vinh Long巴士站出发,乘坐Grab摩托车到Lan Vuong大约需要40,000–60,000 VND,具体取决于实际距离。车站当地的“xe om”(摩的)司机都知道这个地方。

    从Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 出发,向东北方向行驶约70 km——沿着1A国道行驶然后向南转,开车或骑摩托车大约需要1.5小时。

    游玩项目

    乘坐舢板游览运河

    穿梭于运河网络中的窄船之旅是这里的核心体验。船夫划着船,带你穿过悬垂的果树下,沿着几乎不比舢板宽多少的水道前行。游船时间持续20–30分钟。这项活动包含在大多数门票套餐中,但请在售票处确认——一些经济型门票仅包含果园漫步。

    漫步果园边摘边吃

    果园的小路环绕着龙眼、红毛丹、菠萝蜜和山竹林。在水果季,你可以边走边摘边吃——工作人员会在入口处递给你一个篮子。这里的山竹在应季时真的非常美味。在非水果季,散步依然令人愉悦,只是收获没那么丰富。

    烹饪课程

    Lan Vuong开设了烹饪课程,你可以亲手制作几道湄公河三角洲的菜肴——通常是“[banh xeo](/posts/banh-xeo-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-sizzling-pancake)”(南方风味,比Hue的版本更薄更脆)、新鲜春卷和一道河鱼菜肴。课程大约持续一个小时,你可以品尝自己做的食物。小团队通常需要提前预订;在客流量大的日子里,如果课程已经在进行中,直接加入也是可以的。

    钓鱼

    这里有一个放养了鲶鱼和罗非鱼的小池塘。这比听起来更有趣——鱼儿咬钩非常猛烈,孩子们很喜欢。你可以支付一定费用让现场厨房烹饪你的渔获(加工费通常为50,000–80,000 VND)。

    河景午餐

    即使你跳过其他所有活动,在河畔凉亭享用午餐也值得你在此停留。从Co Chien河吹来的微风让正午的酷热变得可以忍受,而厨房则专注于他们最拿手的菜肴:河鱼、椰汁炖菜以及来自花园的新鲜香草。

    附近美食推荐

    园内的餐厅午餐做得很不错,但如果你想在公园外用餐,Vinh Long镇上也有很好的选择。寻找“hu tieu”——这是湄公河三角洲的招牌汤面,配有猪肉、虾和清汤,比你在Saigon能找到的任何汤面都要清淡。在Vinh Long市场附近的当地小店,一碗的价格为35,000–50,000 VND。

    如果想吃点更顶饱的,主干道两旁到处都有卖烤猪肉碎米饭“com tam”的摊位。满满一盘配上一杯饮料,价格很少超过60,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Lan Vuong本身不提供过夜住宿。大多数游客要么从Saigon出发一日游,要么住在Vinh Long镇上。

    • 经济型:Vinh Long镇中心的宾馆每晚价格为200,000–350,000 VND。设施基础但很干净,通常配有空调和热水。
    • 中档型:沿河几家较新的酒店收费为500,000–800,000 VND。房间很现代,Wi-Fi信号好,有些还包含早餐。
    • 民宿:Vinh Long附近岛屿上的几家民宿提供传统木屋的过夜住宿。预计每人300,000–500,000 VND,包含晚餐和早餐。与镇上的酒店相比,这是一种更好的文化体验。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带驱蚊剂。果园和运河虽然美丽,但昆虫也很多。在乘坐舢板前喷好驱蚊液。
    • 穿不怕弄脏的鞋子。步道大部分是铺好的,但靠近运河码头的路段会变滑,尤其是在雨后。
    • 门票套餐价格从每人约100,000到250,000 VND不等,具体取决于包含的项目(仅果园 vs. 果园+游船+午餐)。在付款前,请向售票处询问详细的明细。
    • 公园内仅收现金。现场没有ATM机。出发前请在Vinh Long镇上取好现金。
    • 如果你从Saigon骑摩托车来,请在离开Ben Tre镇之前加满油。公园附近的乡村道路上加油站比较稀少。

    避坑指南

    不要期望在下午2点之后到达还能体验所有项目——烹饪课程逐渐结束,水果采摘活动减少,厨房在下午3:30左右就开始打烊了。早上到达,最好是在上午9点或10点左右,能让你有最充裕的时间体验一切。

    不要预订那种将Lan Vuong与其他三个景点捆绑在一天内的湄公河三角洲跟团游。你在这里只能停留45分钟,这远远不够。要么自由行,要么找一个能在Vinh Long省安排整整半天时间的旅行团。

    不要为了省钱而跳过游船项目。运河网络才是你来这里的理由——单单漫步果园虽然令人愉快,但并不出彩。留出额外预算购买全套门票吧。
