日落时分(视季节约为下午5:30至6:15)是最受欢迎的时段,原因显而易见——天色变化迅速,城市灯光在暮色未尽时便开始亮起。届时人流较多。如想体验更从容的氛围,可选择晚上7:30至8:00,初期高峰已过。夜间视野清晰,待环境光线降低后,河面倒影更为清晰。正午是最无趣的时段——全年大部分时间光线平淡、雾霾明显。
周末建议提前在线购票,现场排队可能长达30至40分钟。
75层设有Blank Lounge,这是一家独立于Skyview门票体系之外的酒吧休息厅。无需购买观景台门票即可入内。鸡尾酒价格在180,000至320,000越南盾之间,属于Saigon空中酒吧的标准定价。座位依窗而设,视野仅比上方观景台略低。如果你想边喝酒边欣赏美景,而非购票体验旅游景点,这里是更好的选择。着装要求为商务休闲风,电梯处会严格执行。

地下一层的Vincom溜冰场是Saigon最接近正规溜冰设施的场所。每次入场约60至90分钟,含溜冰鞋租借的票价约为200,000至250,000越南盾。这是一块标准尺寸的冰场,并非季节性临时装置,冰面温度完全可以正常滑行。本地居民全年来此消遣,在热带城市体验零下温度的新鲜感至今未减。工作日上午人最少,周末及下午4时后则有较多儿童和团体入场。
商场楼上设有标准多厅影院(CGV)、地下一层美食广场提供稳定的越式和韩式餐饮,以及一家Vinmart超市,适合在乘电梯上楼前购买零食。
最便捷的方式是叫Grab——从Ben Thanh或Bui Vien出发,非高峰期约15至20分钟,费用为50,000至80,000越南盾,视路况而定。下车点为Nguyen Huu Canh路上的Vincom主入口。
53路公交从Ben Thanh公交站开往Vinhomes Central Park,约需25分钟,票价6,000越南盾。速度较慢,但如果不赶时间,是可行的选择。
骑摩托车经Thu Thiem隧道或Saigon桥横渡Saigon河较为直接,但Vinhomes的停车场需收费,繁忙的夜晚出场可能较慢。
目前尚无地铁线路覆盖——Ho Chi Minh City地铁1号线(Ben Thanh至Suoi Tien)不经过河的这一侧。未来或有线路延伸至此,但目前Grab仍是最实用的出行方式。

商场零售楼层较为普通,与Dong Khoi路上的Vincom Center大同小异,不必专程为此而来。美食广场用于快速果腹尚可,但并无特别之处。Saigon大多数酒店附近都有更好的街头美食;建议来前吃饱,或在楼下随便买点垫肚子,不必将美食广场当作目的地。
Skyview每日开放时间为上午9:30至晚上9:30,最后入场时间为晚上9:00。Blank Lounge下午4:00开始营业。整栋建筑全程空调,与室外酷热形成强烈反差——对寒冷敏感者建议备一件薄外套。完整游览建议预留2至3小时:电梯排队、观景台停留,以及在Blank喝一杯后再返程。
