    摄影师为金色的丰收季而来。摩托车手为盘山公路而来。徒步旅行者为村庄之间的小径而来。而每个人回去后,都会谈论这里的宁静。

    最佳游玩时间

    与 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的大多数目的地相比,时机的选择在这里尤为重要。

    • 5 月底至 6 月(灌水季): 梯田里灌满了水,刚刚插上秧苗。稻田变成了倒映蓝天白云的镜子。游客比收获季少。道路可能会比较湿滑。
    • 9 月底至 10 月初(收获季): 这是最热门的黄金时段。水稻变黄,山坡闪耀着金光,一年一度的“倒水节”(Tet Mua Nuoc Do)吸引着众多游客。路上会有更多同行者,尤其是在 9 月底的滑翔伞节前后。
    • 11 月至次年 4 月: 收获后。梯田里只剩下褐色的残茬。虽然有一种荒凉的美,但这并不是大多数人脑海中的画面。

    如何前往

    从 Hanoi 骑摩托车前往

    经典路线:Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) → Son Tay → Phu Tho → Nghia Lo → Tu Le → 沿 32 号公路到达 Mu Cang Chai。全程约 280 km,算上休息时间大约需要 7-8 hours。从 Tu Le 穿过 Khau Pha 垭口的最后一段路是越南北部最美的山路之一——30 km 的发夹弯,两侧是令人惊叹的梯田景观。

    从 Hanoi 乘巴士前往

    从 My Dinh 汽车站有直达 Mu Cang Chai 镇的卧铺巴士。车程约 6-7 hours,票价在 250,000–350,000 VND 左右。通常在傍晚(次日清晨抵达)或清晨发车。到达 Mu Cang Chai 镇后,你需要一辆摩托车——可以在当地租用或乘坐 xe om(摩的)——才能前往梯田观景台。

    从 Sapa / Lao Cai 前往

    你可以从 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 向南穿过 Than Uyen 走环线,骑摩托车约 4-5 hours 即可到达 Mu Cang Chai。路况不错但比较蜿蜒。如果你打算走一条更广阔的 Ha Giang–Sapa–Mu Cang Chai 大环线,这条路线非常合适。

    游玩推荐

    骑行 Khau Pha 垭口。 这里常被称为越南四大名口之一。Tu Le 和 Mu Cang Chai 之间 30 km 的路段穿过海拔约 1,200 m 的垭口,下方可以俯瞰壮丽的梯田。

    漫步 La Pan Tan 梯田。 从公路出发,有一条 2-3 hours 的环形步道,带你穿过稻田进入村庄。不需要向导——路径很明显,当地人也早已习惯了徒步者。

    前往游客较少的 Che Cu Nha。 大多数旅行团都会在 La Pan Tan 停留。再往前走几公里的 Che Cu Nha 拥有相似的景色,但游客却少得多。

    在 Mam Xoi 观景台看日出。 这个形似“饭碗”的山头是该县最受欢迎的摄影点。请在早上 5:30 之前到达,以避开旅游大巴的人潮。

    在 Tu Le 泡温泉。 位于 Mu Cang Chai 前方 20 km 处的 Tu Le 镇拥有天然温泉,生活节奏也更慢。如果你想在从 Hanoi 出发的路途中休息一下,这里是个不错的过夜点。

    餐饮推荐

    Mu Cang Chai 镇的主干道旁有几家“com binh dan”(平价饭)小店。一份配有烤猪肉、青菜和清汤的米饭大约需要 40,000–60,000 VND。有些地方供应“thang co”——一种 Hmong 族风味的内脏和香草炖菜,口味比较挑人,但值得一试。

    在 Tu Le,可以找找“com lam”(竹筒饭)和“xoi ngu sac”(五色糯米饭)——这两种都是在其他地方很难找到的 Hmong 族/Thai 族特色美食。路边摊上炭烤的乌骨鸡也非常美味。

    在主镇之外,不要指望能找到 pho 或 banh mi。如果你要在步道上度过一整天,请自备零食。

    住宿推荐

    民宿(Homestays) 是主要的住宿选择,也是体验该地区风情的最佳方式。住宿条件通常是木制高脚屋、共用浴室、铺在地板上的床垫以及家常晚餐。价格为每人 150,000–300,000 VND,包含晚餐和早餐。La Pan Tan 和 Che Cu Nha 都有民宿可供选择——可以在当地询问或通过 Facebook 页面预订。

    Mu Cang Chai 镇 有几家宾馆和一两家较新的精品风格住宿(500,000–800,000 VND/晚),提供独立房间和热水。舒适度逐年提高,但不要期望能达到 Da Lat (달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット) 级别的住宿条件。

    Tu Le 是一个可靠的替代落脚点——开发程度稍高,温泉附近有几家度假村风格的住宿。

    实用提示

    • 在 Nghia Lo 或 Tu Le 加满油。 Mu Cang Chai 虽然有加油站,但在节庆期间可能会断供。
    • 仅限现金。 Mu Cang Chai 镇上只有一台 ATM 机(Agribank),而且有时会被取空。请从 Hanoi 带足越南盾。
    • 手机信号 在 Tu Le 和 Mu Cang Chai 之间时断时续。请提前下载离线地图。
    • 洋葱式穿衣。 即使在 9 月,海拔 1,000 m 以上的早晨依然很冷(15-18°C)。但下午气温会迅速回升。

    常见错误

    从 Hanoi 出发的一日游。 理论上可行,但体验会很糟糕——单程 7 hours 的车程让你根本没有时间真正游览任何地方。建议至少住两晚。

    只去 Mam Xoi。 这个观景台很有名,但也很拥挤。最美的梯田景色其实隐藏在各个公社之间的小路上——四处逛逛,你就会发现它们。

    跳过 Tu Le。 大多数骑手为了赶到 Mu Cang Chai 而匆匆路过这里。Tu Le 的山谷、温泉和 Thai 族村落至少值得你花上半天时间。

    11 月来访却期待看到金色的梯田。 大多数年份的收获季在 10 月中旬就结束了。在那之后,梯田会一直光秃秃的,直到下一个种植周期。
