    简介

    Muong Lo 是继 Dien Bien 的 Muong Thanh 之后,Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 的第二大稻田山谷,在 Hoang Lien Son 山脉环绕的平坦盆地中绵延约2000公顷。该山谷海拔约300米,靠近 Nghia Lo 镇,位于极西北部的 Lao Cai 省境内。

    泰族少数民族——特别是黑泰族社区——几个世纪以来一直在这片山谷中耕作。他们的灌溉渠道由 Nam Thia 水系供水,每年5月将盆地变成一片水波荡漾的稻田拼图,到了9月则化作金色的梯田。与 Sapa 或 Ha Giang 陡峭的山坡梯田不同,Muong Lo 平坦而开阔,呈现出截然不同的视觉韵律。

    为什么值得一去

    大多数前往越南西北部的游客都会沿着 Sapa 或 Ha Giang (하장 / 河江 / ハーザン) 的路线游览,完全跳过了低地山谷。而 Muong Lo 则会回馈那些不走寻常路的游客。

    这里的吸引力很简单:开阔的风景、泰族的高脚屋村落、几乎为零的旅游基础设施(这是件好事),以及越南北部最美味的糯米饭。这里没有售票处或导游团。你可以骑着摩托车沿着田埂小路行驶,当有人招手时在村庄停下,品尝用柴火烹制的“xoi ngu sac”(五色糯米饭)。

    摄影师们为丰收季节的光影而来。骑行者将其作为穿越山口之间的休息站。注重文化的旅行者则是为了体验在2021年被联合国教科文组织列入名录的“xoe Thai”(泰族圈舞)而来。

    最佳旅行时间

    两个最佳时段:

    • 5月下旬至6月中旬 —— 稻田刚刚灌水并完成插秧。翠绿的嫩苗映衬着如镜的水面。清晨常有薄雾。
    • 9月下旬至10月中旬 —— 丰收的金黄。农民们手工收割水稻,山谷里弥漫着割草和木柴烟火的气息。这是旅游的旺季。

    尽量避开11月至次年3月:稻田里只剩褐色的麦茬,天空经常灰蒙蒙的,还伴有毛毛雨。7月至8月也可以,但要做好下午下暴雨的准备,且满眼皆绿(缺乏强烈的色彩对比)。

    交通指南

    从 Hanoi 出发

    经 Noi Bai–Lao Cai 高速公路向西北行驶,在 Yen Bai 下高速,然后沿 QL32 国道向 Nghia Lo 方向行驶。总距离:约 270 km,自驾或骑摩托车大约需要 5–5.5 小时。

    或者,从 My Dinh 车站乘坐夜班巴士前往 Nghia Lo(晚上 9–10 点左右出发,凌晨 3–4 点到达——不太理想),也可以乘坐较新的日间豪华中巴,大约需要 5 小时。

    从 Sapa 或 Lao Cai 市出发

    沿 QL32 国道向南行驶,穿过 Mu Cang Chai。这是一条壮观的山路——约 130 km,由于需要翻越山口,骑摩托车大约需要 4–5 小时。这是北部最棒的骑行路线之一,沿途穿过成片的梯田乡村。

    当地交通

    可以在 Nghia Lo 镇租一辆摩托车(本田 Wave 每天 150,000–200,000 VND)。山谷里的道路平坦、铺有柏油,非常容易骑行。如果你只在中央盆地内活动,自行车也是个不错的选择——可以向你住宿的民宿咨询。

    游玩推荐

    骑行田埂小路。 稻田间高高隆起的小路交织成网,绵延数公里。不需要地图——只需朝着山的方向骑行,在路尽头转弯即可。

    探访 Ban Sai Luong 或 Ban Dep。 传统的黑泰族村落,保留着完好的高脚屋。无需门票。请保持尊重——这些是人们的家,而不是展览品。

    观看或加入 xoe 舞蹈。 在一些民宿或社区活动室的晚上,会有“xoe Thai”圈舞活动。这项活动极具参与感——你会被拉进去一起跳。

    在 Suoi Giang 游泳。 距离 Nghia Lo 约 15 km,这个高地公社拥有古茶树(有些树龄超过300年)和清凉的山涧。这里的茶叶非常出色——可以直接向茶农购买,价格为每公斤 200,000–400,000 VND。

    徒步前往 Nghia Lo 观景台。 短暂攀登(约30分钟)到镇西的一个山顶,可以俯瞰整个山谷的全景。日出时分景色最佳。

    美食推荐

    这里的泰族美食与你在 Hanoi 那些主打“泰越融合”菜的餐厅里吃到的截然不同。

    • Xoi ngu sac —— 五色糯米饭,用天然植物提取物染色(紫色来自红蓝草,绿色来自斑斓叶,黄色来自姜黄)。在早市和民宿都有供应。
    • Ca suoi nuong —— 芭蕉叶烤溪鱼,配以“mac khen”(一种类似四川花椒的当地胡椒)。可以请任何一家民宿为你准备这道菜。
    • Thit trau gac bep —— 熏水牛肉,悬挂在厨房灶台上方数周制成。口感劲道,鲜香浓郁。
    • Com lam —— 竹筒饭,将糯米装入竹筒中在炭火上烤熟。在路边摊很常见,每筒 15,000–20,000 VND。

    如果想正正经经吃顿饭,Nghia Lo 镇的主干道上有几家“com Thai”餐厅——寻找带有泰文招牌的地方即可。一顿丰盛的大餐预计每人 80,000–150,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    民宿(Homestays) 是这里的正确选择。大多数是泰族高脚屋,地板上铺着床垫,配有蚊帐、共用浴室,并提供公共晚餐。

    • 经济型:150,000–250,000 VND/人/晚,包含晚餐和早餐。
    • 中档型:Ban Dep 的几家较新的民宿提供带热水的私人客房,价格为 400,000–600,000 VND/间。

    如果你需要空调和私人浴室,Nghia Lo 镇有基础的旅馆(nha nghi),起价 200,000 VND,但这样你就体验不到山谷的氛围了。

    实用建议

    • 仅限现金。 村子里没有自动取款机;Nghia Lo 镇有几台(Agribank、BIDV)。进入山谷前请先取好现金。
    • 语言。 当地人很少说英语。请下载 Google 翻译的越南语离线包。掌握一些基本短语会很有帮助。
    • 在 Nghia Lo 加满油。 一旦驶入田埂小路,就没有加油站了。
    • 蚊虫。 黄昏时分稻田附近的蚊子非常凶猛。请自带驱蚊剂或在当地购买(Soffell 品牌,任何药店均有售,25,000 VND)。
    • 网络连接。 Viettel 在这里的信号覆盖最好。其他运营商在村子里往往会没有信号。

    常见误区

    • 走马观花。 Muong Lo 不适合作为从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 出发的一日游目的地。至少需要住上两晚,才能真正融入这里的节奏。
    • 冬季前往。 11月至次年3月的山谷一片萧瑟。请根据水稻的生长周期来安排你的行程。
    • 期望有 Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ) 级别的基础设施。 这里没有旅游咨询台,没有英文菜单,也没有预订民宿的应用程序。但这正是它的魅力所在。直接过去,四处问问,随遇而安。
    • 错过 Mu Cang Chai 公路。 如果你从 Sapa 骑行过来,穿过 Mu Cang Chai 的 QL32 国道是你走这条路线的一半原因。除非时间紧迫,否则不要抄近路走高速公路。

    实用小贴士

    将 Muong Lo 作为西北大环线(Hanoi - Mu Cang Chai - Muong Lo - Hanoi)的一部分,或者作为 Sapa 路线的绕道之旅,是最佳的游玩方式。建议为这个山谷单独预留 2–3 天的时间。你将收获一个更宁静、更平坦、更亲切的越南北部,这是大多数游客从未见过的风景。
