    Khu Du Lich Sinh Thai Nguoi Giu Rung(大意为“守林人”)是一个隐藏在昔日 Ben Tre 省(在越南近期的行政区划合并后,现已成为扩建后的 Vinh Long 省的一部分)水路沿线的生态旅游区。该景点坐落于 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 典型的红树林与果园之中,其核心理念是保护白千层(“tram”)森林生态系统,同时为游客提供比常见的椰子糖工厂观光路线更接地气的体验。

    这个项目源于当地的一项环保行动。创始人并没有像该三角洲地区常见的做法那样,砍伐森林来修建水产养殖池,而是完好地保留了植被覆盖,并在树冠和水路之间修建了低环境影响的木栈道、高脚屋和水上浮台。这里规模不大,甚至有些原生态的粗犷,但也正因如此才显得格外有趣。

    为什么值得一游

    大多数游览 Mekong Delta 的人最终都会选择从 Saigon 出发前往 Ben Tre 或 Can Tho 的一日游,骑行穿过稻田,品尝椰子糖。而 Nguoi Giu Rung 吸引的则是另一群人——或者说,适合另一种心境。你来这里是为了放慢脚步。森林十分宁静,水路狭窄到小船仅能勉强通过。这里没有高音喇叭,没有纪念品摊位,也没有拥挤的人潮。

    如果你已经去过三角洲那些较大的热门景点,这里会是一个很好的调剂。如果你刚好要在 Vinh Long 停留——你也确实应该停留,因为这座小镇有南部最美味的“hu tieu”之一——那么这里非常适合作为半日或一日游的周边行程。

    最佳旅游时间

    Mekong Delta 分为两个季节:雨季(5月至11月)和旱季(12月至次年4月)。这两个季节都适合来此游玩,但会带来不同的体验。

    旱季(12月至次年4月): 出行更方便,步道上的泥泞较少,水位较低,因此能更清楚地看到森林地表。1月和2月恰逢 Tet,所以会有较多国内游客,民宿价格也会略有上涨。

    雨季(6月至9月): 水位上涨,森林被水淹没,你可以划皮划艇或小船穿过那些在其他季节干涸的水道。大多数下午都会下雨——雨势大但时间短。早晨通常天气晴朗。游客较少,满眼皆是更浓郁的绿意。

    尽量避开 Tet (뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月)) 的高峰期(即真正的法定假日周),除非你喜欢和带着全套野餐装备的越南大家庭争夺游船座位。

    交通指南

    最实用的交通枢纽是 Vinh Long 市,位于 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 西南约 130 km 处。

    从 Saigon 出发: 从 Ben Xe Mien Tay(西部客运站)开往 Vinh Long 的巴士每 30–45 分钟一班。车程约 2.5–3 小时,票价在 80,000–120,000 VND 之间,具体取决于客运公司。Phuong Trang (FUTA) 和 Thanh Buoi 是可靠的选择。

    从 Vinh Long 市区到 Nguoi Giu Rung: 该景点距离 Vinh Long 市中心约 30–40 km,具体取决于你穿过三角洲乡间小路的确切路线。你可以花大约 150,000–200,000 VND 雇一辆摩托车出租车(“xe om”)单程前往,或者在镇上以每天 120,000–150,000 VND 的价格租一辆摩托车自己骑行。道路平坦,大部分是铺面公路,沿途会穿过果园地带——根据季节不同,能看到椰树、菠萝蜜和红毛丹。Google Maps 在这里能用,但最好让酒店前台用越南语写下景点的名字,因为在最后几个路口,你不可避免地需要停下来向当地人问路。

    1. 乘船穿梭白千层林

    3. 体验蜂蜜采收演示

    三角洲的几个生态旅游景点都提供这个项目,但这里的表演痕迹较少。当地的养蜂人会向你展示如何从建在森林里的蜂巢中采收白千层蜂蜜。你可以当场品尝——白千层蜂蜜比市场上常见的龙眼蜜更清淡,花香味更浓。买一罐带回家大约需要 100,000–150,000 VND。

    在 Vinh Long 镇上,一定要找找“hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)”——这种南部汤面比北方的口味更清淡、更偏甜。Hu Tieu Nam Vang 摊位随处可见;这里的汤底是猪骨熬制的,配以虾、猪肉片和一把炸红葱头。一碗价格在 30,000–45,000 VND。如果想尝试不同的口味,可以尝尝“banh xeo”——一种酥脆的姜黄煎饼,里面塞满了虾和豆芽。三角洲风格的“banh xeo”通常比你在 Saigon 吃到的更大、更脆。

    住宿推荐

    Nguoi Giu Rung 本身可能提供基础的民宿式住宿——高脚屋或合住的宿舍小屋。每晚价格在 200,000–400,000 VND 左右,设施极简,配有蚊帐和冷水淋浴。请提前致电确认是否有空房。

    在 Vinh Long 镇上,Pham Thai Buong 街沿线的宾馆和微型酒店起价为 250,000 VND,提供带空调和热水的干净客房。中档选择如 Cuu Long Hotel 或 Phuong Hoang Hotel 的价格在 400,000–700,000 VND 之间。如果想体验更有特色的住宿,岛上的民宿(如乘渡轮可达的 An Binh 岛)提供果园环境和家常菜,价格为 350,000–500,000 VND,包含晚餐和早餐。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带驱蚊剂。 白千层林很美,蚊子也深知这一点。尤其是在黎明和黄昏时分。
    • 穿不怕湿的鞋。 人字拖在木栈道上没问题;但在靠近水边的泥泞地段,运动凉鞋会更好。
    • 备足现金。 景点内没有自动取款机 (ATM)。Vinh Long 镇上有很多——出发前记得取钱。
    • 尽早出发。 早上 7:00–7:30 抵达,能享受到最好的光线并观赏鸟类活动。到了上午 10:00,天气变热,森林也会安静下来。
    • 学一句越南语: “Cho toi mot ly tra da”——“给我一杯冰茶”。你会需要它的。

    避坑指南

    • 把它当成主题公园。 这是一个以环保为理念的景点,而不是度假村。请调整你的期望值——设施简陋、餐饮选择有限、森林深处没有 Wi-Fi。但这正是它的魅力所在。
    • 从 Saigon 匆忙赶来一日游。 乘坐巴士往返需要 5–6 小时,会耗费你一整天的时间。不如在 Vinh Long 住一晚,第二天早上再去游览。
    • 为了只走木栈道而放弃乘船。 栈道固然不错,但水路才是体验的核心。不要为了省钱而错过乘船游览。

    实用须知

    Nguoi Giu Rung 规模小巧、低调,并不打算与三角洲各地如雨后春笋般涌现的精致生态度假村竞争。这正是它值得你绕道前往的原因。将它与探索 Vinh Long 河畔市场和岛上民宿的一日游结合起来,你就能获得最纯粹的 Mekong Delta 体验之一——完全不需要去什么椰子糖工厂。
