    Nui Ba Den 海拔986米,矗立在 Saigon 西北部的平坦湄公河平原上,方圆百里内独树一帜。它是越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)南部的最高点,也是重要的朝圣地。自从缆车系统建成后,这里更是成为了从 Ho Chi Minh City 出发最便捷的山地一日游目的地之一。

    它的背景与重要性

    Nui Ba Den 意为“黑婆山”,得名于当地的一个传说:一位名叫 Ly Thi Thien Huong 的女子为了不背叛丈夫,选择从山顶纵身跃下。几个世纪以来,这座山一直是佛教徒的朝圣胜地。在 Tet(春节)和其他农历节日期间,山坡上星罗棋布的寺庙依然会吸引成千上万的信众。

    游客为何慕名而来

    山顶的绝佳视野是最大的亮点。在晴朗的清晨,你可以俯瞰交织的稻田、橡胶林,以及东南方向 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)若隐若现的城市天际线。乘坐缆车本身也绝对值回票价——它是越南最长的缆车之一,悬浮在茂密的热带雨林上方,脚下是广袤的平原,这种体验非常奇妙。

    除了自然风光,山顶的寺庙群(Chua Ba Den)和半山腰的寺庙(Chua Hang)都是香火鼎盛的礼佛之地。如果你在节日期间来访,会看到香烟缭绕、听到诵经声,并与成千上万的越南朝圣者同行。

    最佳游玩时间

    旱季(11月至次年4月)是出游的黄金窗口。12月和1月的清晨通常最为晴朗,雾霾较少,山顶温度也更凉爽(山顶气温可能会降至20°C以下,这与 Saigon 35°C的高温相比反差极大)。尽量避开 Tet(뗏 (베트남 설날) / 越南春节 / テト (ベトナム旧正月))和 Lunar New Year 期间的周末,除非你喜欢在缆车里体验摩肩接踵的拥挤。

    雨季(5月至10月)常有午后雷阵雨和浓雾,可能会让山顶的景色完全被遮挡。如果你必须在雨季前往,请务必在清晨尽早出发。

    如何从 Saigon 前往

    Tay Ninh 位于 Saigon 市中心西北约90公里处。你有以下几种交通选择:

    • 巴士: 从 An Suong 汽车站(Hoc Mon 区)乘坐巴士前往 Tay Ninh 汽车站。票价在 60,000–80,000 VND 之间,车程约 2–2.5 小时,具体取决于路况。从 Tay Ninh 汽车站出发,可以搭乘当地的 xe om(摩托车出租车)或出租车前往山脚——距离约 11 km,花费 50,000–80,000 VND。
    • 摩托车: 从 Saigon 骑行经 22 号国道前往,大约需要 2–3 小时。路线简单,大部分是平路,路况不错。山脚下的停车费约为 10,000–20,000 VND。
    • 包车或 Grab: 从 Saigon 出发的单程 Grab 专车费用为 500,000–700,000 VND。一些游客会预订全天往返包车,价格在 1,200,000–1,500,000 VND 左右,如果你想顺路参观 Tay Ninh 镇上的 Cao Dai 寺,这种方式会非常方便。

    游玩项目

    乘坐缆车登顶

    太阳世界(Sun World)Ba Den 山缆车系统分为两段。下段缆车将你带到半山腰的中转站,那里有花园和寺庙群。上段缆车则继续通往山顶附近。包含两段缆车的成人往返票价约为 300,000–350,000 VND。上山全程大约需要 20 分钟,爬升高度非常可观。

    徒步古老的朝圣步道

    如果你想用汗水换取美景,从山脚到山顶的徒步路线大约 5 km,海拔爬升约 900 米。根据个人体能不同,大多数人上山需要 2.5–4 小时。步道陡峭,树根盘错,且有树荫遮蔽——请务必携带足够的水(至少 2 升)并穿一双合适的徒步鞋。你可以选择徒步上山、乘坐缆车下山,这也是大多数经验丰富的徒步爱好者的选择。

    参观 Chua Hang(洞穴寺庙)

    位于 Tay Ninh 镇的 Cao Dai 教廷是越南最具建筑特色的宗教建筑之一。它就在前往或离开山区的必经之路上,中午的祈祷仪式(大约 12:00 PM)对遵守礼仪的游客开放参观。建议预留 30–45 分钟的游览时间。

    附近美食推荐

    Tay Ninh 有着独特的美食文化。一定要尝尝 Tay Ninh 风味的“banh canh”——这是一种以猪肉熬制高汤的粗木薯面,通常搭配猪蹄食用。Tay Ninh 市场附近的小摊每碗售价 30,000–45,000 VND。该省还以“banh trang”(米纸)闻名——撒有辣椒、大蒜和虾干的 Tay Ninh 米纸是一道地方特产,在每家路边小店都能看到它们堆积如山。不妨买几包在路上吃,每包只需 10,000–20,000 VND。

    山脚下有一个美食广场,供应标准的越南菜式——“com tam”、汤面、烤肉等——价格为景区标准(每份 50,000–80,000 VND)。

    住宿指南

    大多数游客会将 Nui Ba Den 作为从 Saigon 出发的一日游。如果你想在 Tay Ninh 过夜以便看日出:

    • 镇中心附近的经济型客栈:200,000–350,000 VND/晚。设施简单但很干净。
    • 中档酒店(Vinpearl 在此有一家酒店,还有一些当地选择):600,000–1,200,000 VND/晚。
    • 靠近山脚的民宿也开始兴起,通常为 300,000–500,000 VND/晚。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 即使在炎热的月份,也要为登顶准备一件轻薄的外套。在海拔近 1,000 米的地方,风寒效应非常明显。

    • 正午抵达: 山脚下的高温令人难以忍受,雾霾会破坏山顶的视野,而且在雨季,午后的暴风雨来得极快。
    • 徒步不带水: 步道上有几个饮料摊,但不要完全指望它们。请务必自带饮用水。
    • 只坐缆车: 半山腰区域和 Chua Hang 绝对值得一停。不要只是直达山顶然后原路返回。
    • 忽略 Tay Ninh 镇: Cao Dai 寺和当地的美食会让这趟旅程不仅仅是一次简单的登山游。

    实用提示

    Nui Ba Den 非常适合作为从 Saigon 出发的一日游,或者作为湄公河三角洲(메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ)长途环线或前往柬埔寨边境途中的一站。将它与 Cao Dai 寺结合起来,你就能度过充实而从容的一天。如果你之后要向南行进,Can Tho 和三角洲地区都在多日游路线的辐射范围内。
