Thac Gia Long 是一座宽阔的阶梯状瀑布,水流从宽阔的玄武岩岩架上倾泻约 10 米,汇入下方平静的水潭。它坐落在 Da Lat 以西的火山高原地带,四周环绕着咖啡种植园和成片的次生林。这座瀑布以 Nguyen 朝的第一位统治者 Gia Long 帝的名字命名,尽管这种历史渊源更多是民间传说,而非有史料记载的事实。真实的是:环绕瀑布的玄武岩柱是古代熔岩流的遗迹,周围的景观也遍布着类似的地质特征。

Thac Gia Long 位于 Da Lat 西南方向,公路距离约 130 km,或者在 Gia Nghia 镇以南约 30 km 处。
租一辆摩托车(在 Phan Dinh Phung 街沿线的店铺租车,价格为 150,000–200,000 VND/天),沿 QL20 向西骑行,然后向南转入 QL28。单程总骑行时间:3–3.5 小时。道路已铺设柏油且路况良好,不过通往瀑布的最后 5 km 是一条穿过农田的狭窄混凝土小路。
自驾或乘巴士前往 Gia Nghia(约 250 km,车程 5–6 小时)。从 Gia Nghia 出发,向南骑摩托车 30 分钟即可到达瀑布。从 Saigon 的 Mien Dong 车站每天都有开往 Gia Nghia 的巴士;票价大约在 200,000–250,000 VND 左右。
沿 QL14 向南行驶约 120 km,然后转向通往瀑布的岔路。骑摩托车不到 3 小时。
瀑布本身没有公共交通直达——你需要自己准备交通工具,或者从最近的城镇叫一辆当地的 xe om(摩托车出租车)。

瀑布附近: 住宿仅限于周边公社的少数几家简易宾馆(nha nghi)。一间配有风扇和热水的干净房间大约 200,000–350,000 VND/晚。不要指望他们会说英语或能使用预订软件。
Gia Nghia: 有几家中档酒店,提供空调、Wi-Fi 和早餐。房价从 400,000–700,000 VND 不等。如果你想在两天内游览全部三座瀑布,这里是最实用的落脚点。
Da Lat: 如果你是从 Da Lat 出发的一日游,返程路途漫长但并非不可行。Da Lat 拥有从 150,000 VND 的青旅床位到精品酒店的各个档次住宿。
