    Nha Hang Ngon — 经典越南菜的典范

    Oc Dao — 在轻松氛围中享用地道海鲜

    并非所有的奢华餐饮都需要预订和着装要求。位于第 4 区 Vinh Khanh 街(当地人称之为“蜗牛街”)的 Oc Dao,是Saigon人花大钱吃海鲜却又不拘礼节的地方。你坐在塑料凳上,头顶是裸露的灯泡,但烤扇贝、黄油炒蛤蜊和辣椒炒蟹是这里每晚 6:30 就座无虚席的原因。

    人均预算 400,000–700,000 VND,具体取决于当季食材和你的点单量。

    Cuc Gach Quan — 老宅里的诚意烹饪

    位于第 1 区 10 Dang Tat 的环境非常加分——古董木家具、柔和的灯光、花园庭院——但厨房并没有仅仅依靠氛围取胜。Cuc Gach Quan 提供比家常菜稍显精致的越南南部料理:焦糖酱炖鱼、蒜蓉炒空心菜、红烧猪排。这里没有刻意求新,价格属于中高档(人均 350,000–650,000 VND),服务周到而不刻板。

    晚餐建议预订,尤其是周四到周六。

    Noir. Dining in the Dark — 可选,但值得一试

    Noir 的重点不在于食物本身——这是一种由视障服务员引导的漆黑环境用餐体验——但其越南菜套餐确实非常出色。在没有视觉辅助的情况下享用“com tam”或春卷,会带来一种奇妙的失重感,反而让你对风味更加敏锐。它位于平盛区(Binh Thanh District),距离市中心约 3 公里。完整套餐人均约 600,000–850,000 VND。预订时请告知饮食禁忌。

    关于“蛋咖啡”和餐前饮品

    Saigon的高端餐饮场景与该市浓厚的咖啡文化自然融合。晚餐前,值得在 The Workshop 或 Shin Coffee 这样的地方坐下来喝一杯地道的“越南咖啡”——ca phe da,而不是去连锁店。在一家优秀的独立咖啡馆,一杯“Ca phe sua da”(炼乳冰咖啡)只需 35,000–55,000 VND,这比大多数酒店酒吧更值得你花上半小时去品味。

    Anan 和 Cuc Gach Quan 是周末最容易订满的两家餐厅。两者均可通过电话或网站预订。对于 Oc Dao 和 Nha Hang Ngon,在下午 6 点前或晚上 8:30 后到达可以避开排队高峰。这些餐厅的着装要求最多只需“商务休闲”——Saigon(西贡)的炎热天气让没人会穿得过于正式。

    实用信息

    这些餐厅大多位于第 1、3 或 4 区,乘坐 Grab 往返仅需 10–15 分钟。所列价格仅为餐饮费用;进口葡萄酒会显著增加账单金额,所以如果你想控制预算,可以考虑越南精酿啤酒或冰茶。小费并非强制,但在高端餐厅支付 5–10% 的小费是合理的。
