    七天对于越南(Vietnam)来说时间很紧,但如果你舍弃海滩度假,将“吃”作为核心活动,完全可以覆盖这个国家最具代表性的三种地方菜系。这条行程安排为:Hanoi(3晚)→ Hoi An(1晚)→ Saigon(3晚)。各站之间请搭乘飞机——在如此短的行程中,不要选择过夜火车。

    第一天 — 抵达Hanoi,熟悉环境

    飞抵Noi Bai机场。搭乘计价出租车前往老城区(Old Quarter)费用约为250,000–300,000 VND。住宿地点不必纠结——选择老城区内或紧邻区域,方便步行去吃早餐。

    你在越南的第一餐应该是“pho”。去Bat Dan街上的Pho Bat Dan。店面早上6点开门,只收现金,没有英文菜单,排队速度很快。一碗粉大约60,000 VND。在窗口点餐后找座位,两分钟内热腾腾的汤粉就会端上来。汤头清澈、肉质精瘦、鲜美浓郁——这就是北方的风格,不加海鲜酱,也不加豆芽。

    下午,在老城区漫步。在任意小巷找一家店喝杯“ca phe sua da”。路边摊的冰奶咖价格在20,000–30,000 VND之间。如果你在Dinh Tien Hoang附近,步行十分钟内就能找到老城区的鸡蛋咖啡店——“鸡蛋咖啡”非常值得一试,最好是在午后坐在窗边慢慢品味。

    晚餐:去Le Van Huu街的Bun Cha Huong Lien吃“bun cha”。这就是2016年安东尼·波登带奥巴马去过的那家店。套餐价格约80,000–100,000 VND,包含烤猪肉饼、米粉、新鲜香草和一碗蘸用的甜味鱼露汤汁。记得加一份“cha gio(炸春卷)”泡进汤里。

    第二天 — 深入探索Hanoi

    早餐:去Hang Ga街的Banh Cuon Gia Truyen吃“banh cuon(蒸米卷)”。蒸米皮包裹着猪肉和木耳,上面撒着炸葱酥。约45,000 VND。要早点去——通常8点前就卖完了。

    上午,步行前往Hoan Kiem湖,然后去Dong Xuan市场。这不是一个食品市场,而是纺织品批发市场,但周围街道有一些值得驻足的“bun rieu(蟹肉米粉汤)”和“banh mi”摊位。

    午餐:“mi quang(广南面)”在Hanoi吃可能会觉得有些违和(这是中部菜肴),虽然有些北方店做得不错,但建议还是留到Hoi An再吃。

    下午:参观文庙(Temple of Literature)。从老城区步行或打个Grab很近,不用赶时间,大约一小时就能逛完。

    晚餐:留在老城区附近,在“bia hoi”街角吃点“nem chua(酸肉肠)”作为下酒菜——具体位置在Luong Ngoc Quyen和Ta Hien的交叉口。扎啤每杯10,000–15,000 VND。

    第三天 — Hanoi的最后一个早晨,飞往Da Nang

    退房前吃一碗“pho”或一个“banh mi(越式法包)”作为快手早餐。预订VietJet或Bamboo航空的早班机前往Da Nang(提前一周预订,单程约800,000–1,200,000 VND)。中午抵达后,直接搭出租车前往Hoi An——距离约30公里,计价出租车费用约350,000–400,000 VND。

    第四天 — Hoi An:一日游,高效打卡

    Hoi An(会安)很小。你可以在20分钟内从头到尾走完古镇,这意味着你可以非常高效地吃遍这里。

    早餐:去Tran Hung Dao街一条窄巷里的Ba Le Well吃“banh xeo”。滋滋作响的虾肉猪肉煎饼,配上一大堆香草和用来包裹的米纸。约65,000 VND。

    午餐:“cao lau”是你在Hoi An必吃的菜,别处吃不到——这种粗小麦面条是用当地特定水井的水制作的,口感无法复制。在Tran Phu街的室内市场里找任意摊位点一份即可。价格约40,000–55,000 VND。

    零食:市场附近路边摊的“mi quang”。姜黄色的面条配上猪肉、虾和烤芝麻脆饼,大约35,000 VND。

    傍晚:晚上6点后漫步在灯笼点缀的古镇,然后搭乘当晚或次日清晨的航班前往Saigon。

    第五天 — 抵达Saigon

    飞抵Tan Son Nhat机场。打车到第一区(District 1)费用约150,000–200,000 VND。如果想住在市中心,可以选择Ben Thanh市场或Bui Vien附近的住宿。

    午餐(如果中午前抵达):去Vo Van Tan街的Com Tam Thuan Kieu吃“com tam”。碎米饭配烤猪排、猪皮丝和煎蛋。这是Saigon最地道的午餐,价格约55,000–70,000 VND。

    晚餐:在第五区或第六区的路边摊吃“hu tieu”。Saigon版本的比南部湄公河风格更清淡——清澈的猪骨汤、细米粉、大虾和猪肝。约50,000–60,000 VND。

    第六天 — Saigon美食巡礼

    早餐:Le Thi Rieng街的Banh Mi Huynh Hoa。这里永远在排队;动作要快,点一份塞满肉酱、冷切肉和腌萝卜丝的三明治。约45,000 VND。

    上午:在任意路边摊买“goi cuon”——鲜虾猪肉春卷,蘸花生酱吃。分量很轻,正好留着肚子吃午餐。

    午餐:去第三区的专门店吃“bun bo hue”。辛辣的牛肉香茅汤头是Hue的招牌,但Saigon的店铺也做得非常地道。约60,000–75,000 VND。

    傍晚:在Ben Thanh市场区域扫荡街头小吃,并在路边的塑料凳咖啡摊喝最后一杯“ca phe sua da”。

    第七天 — 最后一个早晨,返程

    吃掉你还没来得及尝试的食物。如果你这周错过了“banh canh”——一种类似乌冬面的粗面,配上浓郁的蟹肉或猪肉汤底,在Saigon外围区域随处可见,约45,000 VND——现在正是时候。之后前往机场。

    实用贴士

    国内航班总数:两次(Hanoi → Da Nang,Da Nang → Saigon)——如果提前预订,往返预算约1,600,000–2,400,000 VND。这里提到的多数菜品价格都在80,000 VND以下;如果不去游客导向的餐厅,全天吃得很好的花费通常不会超过400,000 VND。请准备小额现金——街头小贩通常找不开500,000 VND的大钞。
