    当地人去哪吃:市场与街角

    吃这些美食就别去那些正儿八经的餐厅了。Binh Thuan 最棒的食物藏在菜市场和街角里。

    Phan Thiet Central Market(Cho Binh Thuan,有时也被称为 Cho Lon)是这里的主要市场,拥挤且地面湿滑,一楼满是海鲜摊位,楼上则是面条摊贩。清晨(6:30–8:00 a.m.)去面食区逛逛,挑排队最长的摊位准没错。每个摊贩都专精于一两种汤面;配方很可能是摊主奶奶发明的。记得带现金,准备好站在塑料桌旁,和工厂工人及渔民们摩肩接踵地挤在一起吃。这才是最地道的体验。

    Ham Tien Ward (Phan Thiet) —— 位于市中心以西约 2 km 处的商住混合区。黎明时分(5:30–7:30 a.m.),你会在这里找到专做当地人生意的 banh canh (반깐 / 粗米粉汤 / バインカイン) 摊位。这些摊贩不迎合游客,通常在上午过半时就收摊了。如果你是个认真的吃货,不妨住在这里或附近。

    Mui Ne (무이네 / 美奈 / ムイネー) 海滨及小巷 —— 在这片游客聚集区,其实藏着一些相当不错的 banh mi 和 com tam 摊位。这里的 banh mi 使用当地每天现烤的法式面包,夹着烤虾或沙丁鱼;一个制作精良的三明治大约需要 25,000–35,000 VND。避开海滨餐厅;它们的定价是专门针对游客的,而且鱼也不新鲜。

    海鲜:新鲜与烧烤

    Binh Thuan 的海岸为 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 的高档餐厅供应海鲜,因此这里的鱼和鱿鱼绝对新鲜。但有一个诀窍:去随意的露天烧烤摊点餐,而不是去正规餐厅。

    烤鱿鱼 是最稳妥的选择。一只在炭火上烤制的整鱿鱼(约 300–400g)售价 120,000–180,000 VND。通常会搭配米纸、新鲜香草,以及由青柠、辣椒和鱼露调制的蘸酱。鱿鱼吃起来应该鲜嫩且带有轻微的焦香,而不是嚼不动。可以让摊贩切薄一点,这样你就能把它卷进米纸里吃了。

    烤虾 (tom nuong) —— 使用当地捕捞的大虾,纵向剖开后烤制。按重量计价(通常为每公斤 250,000–350,000 VND)。如果一个人吃,点半公斤就够了;大概会有 3–4 只大虾。虾肉应该紧实鲜甜,而不是软烂或带有腥味。

    去哪找这些美食:大约在下午 5–6 p.m.,当当地人开始准备晚餐时,去 Phan Thiet 或 Mui Ne 的小巷或侧街里寻找那些刚刚支起来的摊位。这些地方没有招牌;你可以找个当地的摩托车司机,让他给你指引一家 quan nuong(烧烤摊)。在那里,你能吃到比任何游客餐厅都更好、更便宜的美食。

    仙人掌果与当地农产品

    Binh Thuan 的半干旱地貌非常适合仙人掌(刺梨,越南语叫 tram-phat)的生长。这种水果味道清甜,略带涩味,被用来制作果汁、泡菜、果酱,甚至糖果。如果你在 4 月至 6 月的产季来到这里,你会发现它无处不在——街角有卖整果的摊贩,果汁摊挂着新鲜 nuoc tram(仙人掌果汁)的招牌,市场上则堆满了罐装的仙人掌果泡菜。

    仙人掌果汁 —— 鲜榨后加入少许青柠和糖稀释,清凉解渴且价格便宜(每杯 15,000–20,000 VND)。味道微甜带酸。最好在街边带着搅拌机的摊贩那里买;别在咖啡馆里点(放了太多糖)。

    仙人掌果泡菜 在每个市场都有售。味道酸中带点微辣,通常作为配菜或零食食用。一罐(小罐,约 400g)售价 30,000–50,000 VND。

    消费预期

    Binh Thuan 的物价很低。在当地摊位吃一顿丰盛的汤面加炸春卷配菜,只需 60,000–80,000 VND。两人份的烤鱿鱼、米饭和蔬菜总共大概 250,000–350,000 VND。一份 banh mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー) 三明治配咖啡的价格为 40,000–50,000 VND。唯一会让你多花冤枉钱的地方是 Mui Ne 的海滨游客区,那里的海鲜餐厅一份普通的烤鱼配米饭就要价 200,000–400,000 VND。

    如果预算有限,就在市场和街边摊吃。如果想找个地方坐下来好好吃一顿,请选择居民区里的小型家庭餐馆,而不是去游客区。

    游客陷阱与避坑指南

    Mui Ne 海滨海鲜餐厅 —— 这些餐厅是为旅行团设计的,收费是当地人价格的 2–3 倍。鱼通常也不新鲜(在展示柜里放了很久)。如果想吃海鲜,往内陆走,去当地的烧烤摊。

    餐厅里的“融合”版 mi quang (미꽝 / 广南面 / ミークアン) 或 banh canh —— 餐厅试图用不必要的配菜、进口食材或勾芡的浓汤来“改良”这些汤面。最美味的版本永远在市场摊位上,装在有缺口的碗里,由那些做了 20 多年的摊贩端到你面前。

    卖给游客的包装仙人掌产品 —— 被包装成“Binh Thuan 特产”礼品的高价果酱和糖果。如果你想买仙人掌果汁或泡菜,去市场买,价格只要三分之一。

    实用贴士

    Binh Thuan 的市场美食最好趁早去吃(吃汤面的最佳时间是 6–8 a.m.)。许多摊贩在 10 a.m. 之前就会收摊。烤海鲜则是晚餐专属;摊位大约在 5 p.m. 开始营业。如果你住在 Phan Thiet,可以问问酒店员工当地人都在哪吃饭——他们会给你指引那些游客通常找不到的小巷和街区。记得带现金;大多数街边摊不接受刷卡。此外,别被塑料桌子和只能站着吃的拥挤人群劝退——那才是真正美味所在的地方。
