    为什么 Gia Lai 的美食不容错过

    Ong Ke 街(靠近中心市场):一条狭窄的小巷,两旁林立着苍蝇馆子,供应 "tiết canh"、烤肉和汤类。这里的卫生条件不适合发朋友圈,但当地人都在这里排队。带着开放的心态和一个强大的胃去体验吧。

    Nhan Phuong 街:这里有几家家庭经营的餐厅,供应午餐(上午 11 点至下午 1:30)和晚餐(下午 5:30 至晚上 8 点)。他们不迎合游客——菜单是用越南语手写的,价格是本地价,食物非常地道。可以让酒店工作人员用越南语写下街道名称,然后出示给你的出租车司机看。

    Pleiku 市中心(Quang Trung 街附近)的咖啡馆和酒店也会供应一些改良版的地方菜肴,但味道往往被淡化,或者价格虚高。游客咖啡馆里的一份 "com lam" 套餐要 80,000 VND,而在市场只要 25,000 VND。除非是为了吃早餐或赶时间,否则尽量不要在酒店用餐。

    "Banh Mi" 配当地腌肉
