    Hanoi 的美食绝不是在酒店餐厅里就能品鉴的。真正的美味藏在小巷里,在塑料小板凳上,在黎明时分,在那些顺便卖早餐的民居中。这趟为期三天的美食之旅将穿梭于老城区的经典老店,然后去寻觅散落在外围街区的特色美食——那些让当地人排起长队的美味。

    第一天 — 老城区:从早到晚

    早上 6 点从 Hang Hanh 街开始。此时城市的光线依然柔和,摩托车还不多。在两三个“[pho](/posts/pho-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-noodle-soup-guide)”摊位中挑一个排队——这里没有招牌,只有一口金属大锅,以及一位正舀着从凌晨 3 点就开始熬制的高汤的女人。点一小碗(大约 30,000 VND)。牛肉很有嚼劲,汤底则是盐、骨髓和时间熬出的精华。站着吃,大口吸溜出声。这就是 Hanoi 醒来的方式。
