    第1天 — 抵达与古城初探

    如果你乘坐早班机或从 Hanoi 搭乘夜班火车抵达,请直接前往酒店放下行李。预算有限的游客可以选择 Chu Van An 街附近的背包客聚集地(青年旅社 250,000–400,000 VND/晚)。中端选择:住在香江(Perfume River)附近,如 Hung Vuong 或 Le Loi 街周边(酒店客房 600,000–1.2 million VND)。把 Imperial Citadel 留到明天早上,今天就用来放松和享受美食。

    下午:步行(或花 30,000 VND/小时租一辆人力三轮车)前往南岸。参观 Tran Quoc Pagoda(免费入场),这是一座隐藏在古老法国区内的17世纪寺庙。坐在凉爽的庭院里,聆听僧侣们的诵经声。这里大多数时候都没有游客打扰。

    晚上:在 Ly Thuong Kiet 街上一家名为 Y #1 的“bun bo Hue (분보후에 / 顺化牛肉粉 / ブンボーフエ)”专卖店用餐。“Bun bo Hue”是一种地方特色的牛肉粉,汤色比 Pho 更深,味道更辣,配有猪血旺和虾酱(60,000 VND 一大碗)。点一杯冰镇的 bia hoi(生啤,10,000 VND),坐在低矮的塑料凳上。这就是定义了这座城市的 Hue 味道。

    第3天 — 皇陵巡游

    接下来:嗣德陵(Tomb of Tu Duc,250,000 VND),这是视觉上最为宏伟的一座。嗣德帝在位36年,生前就修建了这座陵墓,并将其作为避暑胜地。湖畔的亭台、城墙和石雕都极其精美。请一位向导(200,000 VND,现场雇佣)可以帮你解读其中的象征意义。

    在皇陵附近吃午餐——那里聚集着许多“com suon”(排骨饭)摊位。挑一家排队的店。一盘炸排骨、蒸蛋、腌菜配米饭只需 50,000 VND。

    第4天 — 香江与古刹

    今天的行程比较轻松。租一辆自行车(50,000 VND/天,大多数酒店都有提供),沿着香江向北骑行前往天姥寺(Thien Mu Pagoda),这座标志性的七层宝塔矗立在水面之上的岬角处。路程大约 3 km;慢慢骑,可以在路边的果汁摊停下来歇歇脚(20,000 VND 一杯加冰的新鲜百香果汁)。

    天姥寺在清晨十分宁静,到了中午就会变得拥挤。登上宝塔,坐在庭院里,看着僧侣们清扫落叶。这里有一个小型博物馆(门票 20,000 VND),展示了这座寺庙400年的历史。如果你在早上 9:30 之前抵达,就能避开拥挤的人潮。

    骑车返回市区。停下来吃个迟到的早餐:在 Pham Ngu Lao 街的 Banh Canh Cua 吃一碗“banh canh (반깐 / 粗米粉汤 / バインカイン)”——猪骨汤里配上劲道的木薯粉条(60,000 VND)。这是 Hue 的特色美食,在 Vietnam 的其他地方很难找到。

    下午:如果有时间,可以再次参观皇城——第二次造访总能发现你错过的角落。或者跳过皇城,漫步在江以南的法国殖民区。古老的别墅,绿树成荫的街道,宁静祥和。这里没有刻意的“旅游”景点,只有纯粹的氛围。

    晚上:在一家“ca tru”(传统室内乐和民歌演唱)餐吧用餐。Hue 是 ca tru 的中心。可以去 Nguyen Tri Phuong 街上的 Hue Ca Tru House,那里提供晚餐和现场表演(餐费+音乐每人 250,000–350,000 VND,请通过酒店提前预订)。在一座木制殖民风格的房子里,品着红酒或啤酒,聆听四位歌手和乐师演奏古老的乐器。这是 Hue 的文化精髓所在。

    第4天花费:租车 50K;果汁 20K;天姥寺 20K;banh canh 60K;ca tru 晚餐 300K。总计:约 450K VND($18)。

    第5天 — 市场与返程

    最后一个早晨:早早起床,再次前往 Dong Ba Market,这一次不是作为游客,而是作为买家。走过生鲜区(鱼、虾、牛肉)、水果通道和香料摊位。买一包 nem chua(发酵猪肉肠,一小包 50,000–100,000 VND)带回家;这是 Hue 及承天顺化省(Thua Thien Hue)的特产。

    在一家 Pho 店吃早餐——Hung Vuong 街上的 Pho Thom(50,000 VND)。这是当地人上班前吃早餐的地方;早上 6:30 开门,9点前就会卖光。

    如果你的火车或航班在下午出发,你还有时间最后一次漫步穿过 Trang Tien 桥,并在江边的咖啡馆坐坐。点一杯“ca phe sua da”和一个 banh mi,静静地看着香江流淌。Hue 有一种其他 Vietnam 城市所没有的慢节奏。到了第五天,你一定会深刻体会到这一点。

    五天预计总花费(住宿、餐饮、交通、门票):单人旅行者约 4.5–5.5 million VND($185–225),不含往返 Hue 的机票。Hue 是 Vietnam 消费最低的皇城目的地之一。最佳旅游时间是10月至次年4月(气候干燥,气温 15–25°C);5月至9月则炎热潮湿。请务必提前一天通过酒店预订皇陵包车和 ca tru 餐厅。
