    为什么值得一去

    主要有三个原因:

    宁静。 如果你曾在周末去过 Da Lat (달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット),在 Tran Phu 街上堵车,被按喇叭的旅游面包车包围,那么 Van Hoa 就是一剂解药。这片高原的游客寥寥无几——有时你可以独自承包整片山坡。

    风景。 广阔的草地被成片的松树和桉树点缀,向东可以眺望海岸,向西可以深入更高的高地。清晨,低矮的云层会盘旋在你脚下的山谷中。随手一拍就是大片。

    过渡地带。 Van Hoa 位于沿海低地与 Central Highlands (중부 고원 / 中部高原 / 中部高原) 的交汇处。生态变化非常明显——在不到 30 分钟的时间里,你会从稻田爬升,穿过干燥的灌木丛,进入凉爽的松树林。

    最佳旅游时间

    旱季从 1 月持续到 8 月。3 月到 5 月是理想的季节:白天温暖(22–28°C),夜晚凉爽,降雨极少,而且得益于雨季后期的水分,草地依然翠绿。避开 9 月到 11 月——大雨会让进山的路变得湿滑,风景也会连续几天被灰蒙蒙的云层遮蔽。

    工作日总是更好的选择。周末高原会迎来一些国内游客,尤其是来自 Tuy Hoa 市的游客。

    如何前往

    高原位于 Tuy Hoa(Phu Yen 的首府)以西约 35 km 处,途经 643 省道。爬升路段从 Song Hinh 县开始。

    从 Tuy Hoa 出发: 租一辆摩托车(火车站附近的客栈租金为 150,000–200,000 VND/天),然后向西骑行。道路铺有柏油,但比较狭窄,靠近山顶的部分路段有些破损。包括停车休息在内,请预留 60–90 分钟。

    从 Quy Nhon 出发: 沿 QL1A 向南行驶约 130 km,然后向西。这是一趟漫长的一日游,但完全可行。

    从 Da Nang 或 Hoi An 出发: 乘车大约需要 5–6 小时。大多数人会将 Van Hoa 与更广泛的越南中部环线结合起来游玩。

    没有直达高原的公共汽车。你可以乘车到 Song Hinh 镇,然后雇一辆“xe om”(摩托车出租车)完成最后 20 km 的爬坡,但这会限制你到达山顶后的灵活性。

    游玩项目

    环高原骑行

    主要的活动就是骑摩托车或自行车穿越高原。主干道全程环线约 25–30 km,骑摩托车走走停停大约需要 3–4 小时。沿途会经过松树林、开阔的草地、小型的 Ede 和 Cham 族社区以及咖啡农场。

    参观风电场

    一个风力发电项目在高原的部分地区安装了涡轮机。无论你从审美上是喜欢还是讨厌它们,以草地为背景,它们都能拍出有趣的照片,而且通往涡轮机的通道也为你打开了原本无法到达的观景点。

    徒步至东部边缘

    从高原中心向东走,你就会到达悬崖边缘,这里的高地向海岸方向急剧下降。在晴朗的早晨,你可以一直看到大海——Tuy Hoa 的海岸线就像一条细细的白线清晰可见。

    参观咖啡农场

    高原上有几户人家种植罗布斯塔咖啡。这里并不是为游客准备的——没有品鉴室或礼品店——但如果你停下来并表现出兴趣,人们通常会邀请你参观晾晒床,并与你分享一杯他们自己生产的咖啡。这是最原汁原味的 Vietnamese coffee 文化。

    餐饮指南

    直说吧:高原上没有餐厅。你的选择有:

    • 从 Tuy Hoa 打包食物。 在上山前买些“banh mi”和水果。如果你想在出发前吃一顿丰盛的早餐,Tuy Hoa 的中心市场有非常棒的“com tam”摊位。
    • Song Hinh 的路边小摊。 在爬坡前的主干道旁,可以买到基本的“com binh dan”(碟头饭,30,000–45,000 VND)。
    • 民宿餐食。 如果留宿一晚,你的主人几乎肯定会为你做饭——期待一下高地的主食,如烤肉、竹笋汤和当地蔬菜。每餐预算为 80,000–120,000 VND。

    住宿指南

    在高原上: 这里有少数几家民宿在运营,大多是带有空房的家庭住宅。别指望能在预订平台上找到它们——你需要向当地人打听,或者通过越南语的 Facebook 群组寻找(搜索“Cao Nguyen Van Hoa homestay”)。房间设施很简单:床垫、蚊帐、共用浴室。每晚 200,000–350,000 VND。

    在 Song Hinh: 县中心附近有两三家 nha nghi(客栈)。设施实用,但谈不上有什么魅力。150,000–250,000 VND。

    在 Tuy Hoa: 如果你倾向于一日游,这里有更多常规的酒店选择。经济型酒店 300,000 VND 起;不错的舒适型酒店大约 500,000–700,000 VND。

    实用提示

    • 上山前加满油。 最后一个加油站在 Song Hinh 镇。高原上没有任何加油设施。
    • 带上保暖衣物。 旱季的夜晚气温会降至 15–18°C。如果你在黎明时分骑摩托车,你会需要一件外套。
    • 只收现金。 高原上没有 ATM 机。从 Tuy Hoa 带足现金——500,000 VND 足够让你舒舒服服地度过一天。
    • 手机信号时断时续。 Viettel 在这里的覆盖率最好,但要做好在山谷中遇到信号盲区的准备。
    • 尊重农田。 开阔的田野看起来像公共草地,但大多数是私人拥有的。请沿着道路和小径行走,不要横穿种植区。

    常见误区

    安排半日游。 高原适合慢节奏的旅行。匆匆忙忙跑上去拍张照就下山,完全失去了意义——这里的氛围会随着一天中光线和云层的变化而改变。

    期待 Da Lat 的基础设施。 这里没有缆车,没有花园,也没有网红咖啡馆。这正是它的魅力所在,但请做好心理准备。

    穿人字拖骑车上山。 路上有碎石路段,而且天气会变冷。请务必穿包趾鞋。

    实用建议

    将 Van Hoa 作为更广泛的 Phu Yen 或 Central Highlands itinerary 的一部分是最好的选择。将它与在 Phu Yen 海岸住上几晚结合起来——不到一小时的骑行就能体验到海滩和高地的鲜明对比,这是越南中部被低估的乐趣之一。这里没有门票,没有售票亭,也不需要导游。你只需要带上燃料、食物,以及一颗愿意待在这个几乎没什么繁华事物的地方的心。
