    Cho Noi Tra On 究竟是什么

    虽然大多数游客会直奔 Cai Rang 或 Cai Be,但“Cho Noi Tra On”在 Vinh Long 省的 Hau River 上已经运营了一个多世纪。它坐落在 Tra On 运河与主河道的交汇处——这里自然而然地成为了周边地区的农民、水果商和渔民家庭的聚集地。

    Tra On 为你提供原汁原味的 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 水上市场体验,没有丝毫表演成分。在 Cai Rang,现在的摊贩会为旅行团摆姿势,并在涂着 Instagram 风格色彩的船上售卖椰子咖啡。Tra On 还没有走到那一步。这里的交易是真实的,节奏是从容的。你看到的是商业活动,而不是一场表演。

    它还位于三角洲中真正充满乡村气息的地带。Vinh Long 市和 Tra On 镇之间的河岸上分布着果园、砖窑和高脚屋——这种风景在 Can Tho (껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー) 等更发达的中心地区附近正在逐渐消失。

    最佳游览时间

    市场全年开放,但最好的月份是 12 月至次年 4 月——这是 Mekong Delta 的旱季。河流水位适中,清晨很少下雨,而且水果丰收期(尤其是柚子、芒果和红毛丹)在 1 月至 3 月达到顶峰,这意味着会有更多的船只和更活跃的交易。

    尽量避开雨季高峰期(9 月至 11 月),除非你真的喜欢在凌晨 4:30 被淋透。市场依然会营业,但当河水湍急且水位高涨时,出现的卖家会减少。

    无论哪个季节,请在早上 5:30 前抵达。交易高峰期在 5:00 到 7:00 之间。到了 8:00,大多数批发船只都已经散去,你只能在空荡荡的河面上漂流,纳闷这里到底有什么好看的。

    如何前往

    距离最近的主要枢纽是 Can Tho,位于以南约 60 km 处。从 Can Tho 的汽车站出发,全天都有开往 Tra On 镇的小巴(票价约 60,000–80,000 VND,车程约 90 分钟)。从 Vinh Long 市出发则更近——大约 40 km,骑摩托车或乘坐当地公交车(50,000 VND)约需一小时。

    如果你从 Saigon 出发,可以乘大巴前往 Vinh Long(从 Mien Tay 汽车站出发需 3–3.5 小时,票价约 120,000–150,000 VND),然后再继续前往 Tra On。

    到达 Tra On 镇后,你需要安排一艘船。宾馆和当地的旅游运营商可以在前一天晚上帮你安排好。租一艘带船夫的小木船游览 2–3 小时,预计花费 250,000–400,000 VND。沿河的一些民宿会将乘船游览包含在住宿套餐中——值得提前问一下。

    从 Vinh Long 市租一辆摩托车骑行前往是最灵活的选择。公路有很长一段是沿着河走的,沿途会穿过宁静的果园村庄。单程预算大约一小时。

    让你的船夫把船靠向大型商船。你会看到一家人仅凭平衡感、篮子和几十年的经验,在船只之间转移几百公斤的水果。这种规模令人印象深刻——这些可不是用来装饰的舢板。

    直接向卖家购买水果

    看到哪个好就指哪个。卖家很乐意按市价为你装满一袋山竹或火龙果——价格通常只是你在城市市场里买的一小部分。带上一把小刀,直接在船上享用吧。

    在水上吃早餐

    有几艘船会卖“hu tieu”——这种猪肉鲜虾米粉汤是 Mekong Delta 的招牌早餐。把船靠过去,递上 25,000–30,000 VND,一边漂流一边吃上一碗。有些船还卖“banh mi”和浓郁的滴漏咖啡。

    逛完市场后探索河岸

    让船夫穿过市场,继续驶向较小的运河。两旁长满水椰子的狭窄水道比主河道更安静,也更适合拍照。你会路过养鱼场、小寺庙,以及在水边洗衣服的家庭。

    参观 Tra On 镇上的市场

    回到岸上,Tra On 的菜市场值得你花 30 分钟逛一逛。这里是水上市场批发货物的最终去处——一个喧闹、拥挤、完全本土化的体验。这里是购买鱼干、“nem chua”和热带水果带走的好地方。

    附近美食推荐

    Tra On 镇算不上什么美食胜地,但有两样东西值得一试:

    • Nam Vang 风味的“Hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)”——当地的汤粉,以猪肉为底,配有鲜虾和清汤。镇上市场附近有几家小店开得很早。如果你想尝试拌酱而不是带汤的,可以点“hu tieu kho”(干拌版)。价格在 30,000–40,000 VND 左右。
    • “Banh xeo”——里面塞满虾和豆芽的酥脆姜黄煎饼。Mekong Delta 的版本比你在 Saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン) 找到的更大、更脆。距离河边码头两个街区的地方有一个无名摊位,当地人会在上午 10 点左右排队购买。看到冒烟的地方就是了。

    住宿推荐

    Tra On 镇有几家基础的宾馆(“nha nghi”),价格在 150,000–250,000 VND 之间——足够干净,有冷水和风扇房。别抱太高期望。

    更好的选择是住在 Vinh Long 市和 Tra On 之间沿河的民宿。有几户家庭出租房间,每晚 300,000–500,000 VND,包含晚餐和早餐。有些民宿还会将水上市场乘船游览作为住宿的一部分来安排。这才是最理想的体验方式——你在河畔醒来,在夜色中登船,在第一笔交易开始前就抵达了市场。

    如果你需要空调和热水,可以住在 Vinh Long 市,并安排清晨的交通。那里的酒店价格在 400,000–800,000 VND 之间。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 预订从 Can Tho 出发且“包含 Tra On”的旅行团。——这些团通常会让你在 30 分钟内匆匆走完,以便大巴能赶回 Cai Rang。建议自由行或在当地预订。
    • 跳过小运河。——市场本身大约需要逛一个小时。如果你立刻折返,就会错过乘船游览中最棒的部分。

    实用须知

    游览 Tra On 水上市场的最佳方式,是搭配在 Vinh Long 河畔民宿住上一晚,并花一天时间探索周围的果园。它并不是一个值得你飞越大半个国家专程前往的目的地——但如果你要在 Mekong Delta 逗留,并且想看一个没有为旅行团过度粉饰的水上市场,这里绝对是不二之选。
