    人们来到这里通常有三个原因。首先是瀑布本身——在方圆几公里内分布着多个瀑布,因此你可以在一天内游览三四个瀑布而不必走回头路。其次,如果你想看看小型家庭作坊是如何种植、采收和加工罗布斯塔咖啡豆的,周围的咖啡产区绝对会让你大开眼界。第三,这里非常安静。你不会像在 Da Lat(달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット)附近的 Elephant Falls 或 Datanla 那样,在小径上挤满举着自拍杆的人群。

    如果你在 Da Lat 待过一段时间,想要看看没有度假小镇那种精致感的高地风光,这里非常适合安排一日游或过夜游。

    最佳旅游时间

    7月至11月是瀑布水流最充沛的时期,雨季让河流水量大增。9月和10月是丰水期——水势磅礴、水声震耳,周围的森林也最为翠绿。缺点是:下午几乎必定会下雨,而且小径会变得湿滑。

    12月至次年3月是旱季。到了2月,瀑布的水量会大幅减少,一些较小的瀑布甚至会变成涓涓细流。作为补偿,路况会更好,步道也很干燥。

    最佳时机:10月底或11月初。此时雨水逐渐减少,水量依然很大,而且道路已经足够干燥,骑摩托车会很舒适。

    如何从 Da Lat 前往

    Da Lat 是距离最近且旅游设施完善的主要枢纽。向西驱车前往 Dak Nong 瀑布群大约需要3到3.5小时,具体取决于你要去哪个瀑布——在省道上行驶约 150 km。

    骑摩托车: 最灵活的选择。在 Da Lat 租一辆半自动摩托车(本田 Wave 或类似车型)每天大约 150,000–200,000 VND。往返油费约为 80,000–100,000 VND。道路铺有柏油但蜿蜒曲折,穿过咖啡种植园的部分路段会收窄为单车道。仅建议有自信的骑手尝试。

    包车/带司机: 可以通过你在 Da Lat 的酒店安排。包含等待时间的全天往返行程预计需要 1,200,000–1,500,000 VND。如果你想专心欣赏风景,这是最舒适的选择。

    乘坐当地公交: 班次有限且速度较慢。从 Da Lat 南部客运站出发前往 Gia Nghia(前 Dak Nong 省会)的公交车票价约为 80,000–100,000 VND——但你需要从主干道换乘 xe om(摩托车出租车)才能到达各个瀑布。请预留额外的时间并做好讨价还价的准备。

    游玩项目

    徒步瀑布环线

    最大的亮点。通常的游览路线会依次经过三到四个瀑布。瀑布之间的步道既有维护良好的混凝土台阶,也有泥泞的森林小路——请穿上不怕弄脏的鞋子。预留3-4小时,以便轻松完成环线,包括拍照和游泳的时间。

    在瀑布底部的深潭游泳

    几个瀑布的底部都有很深的天然水潭。水很冷——明显比低地河流凉爽——玄武岩形成了天然的壁架供人休息。请自带毛巾和干衣服。这里没有救生员,也没有护栏。请根据常识判断水深和水流,尤其是在雨季。

    参观咖啡农场

    这一带是罗布斯塔咖啡的产区。通往瀑布的道路两旁分布着许多小型农场,只要你有礼貌地询问,很多农场主都会允许你进去参观。有些农场会直接出售新鲜烘焙的咖啡豆——每公斤 80,000–120,000 VND,比旅游商店里包装好的 Vietnamese coffee 便宜得多。如果你对越南咖啡文化感兴趣,这里就是它的原产地。

    欣赏高原日出

    如果你在附近过夜,清晨在玄武岩高原上翻滚的薄雾绝对值得你定个闹钟。在路边找个地势较高的地方——不需要特定的观景台——看着咖啡田从雾气中渐渐显现。

    探索玄武岩洞穴

    形成瀑布的火山地质同样在该地区造就了熔岩管和小型洞穴。有些洞穴无需装备即可进入——可以向当地人问路。对于较短的洞穴,带上头灯并穿上包趾鞋就足够了。

    附近美食推荐

    别指望这里会有成排的餐厅。最好的美食藏在省道旁那些小型的路边“com binh dan”(平价快餐)里。

    有两样东西值得一试:配有烤猪肉的“com tam”——这里的碎米饭使用的是当地饲养的猪肉,分量很足,通常为 35,000–50,000 VND。另外可以找找“banh canh”——这是一种在高地很受欢迎的木薯粗面汤,配有猪蹄或螃蟹。一碗大约 30,000–40,000 VND。

    如果你打算从 Da Lat 打包食物,出发前可以在中央市场附近的任何手推车上买些“banh mi”。

    住宿推荐

    经济型(200,000–400,000 VND/晚): 省道沿线小镇上基础的“nha nghi”(宾馆)。足够干净,有风扇或空调,热水供应不太稳定。别指望他们会说英语。

    中档型(500,000–900,000 VND/晚): 近年来出现了一些民宿和小型旅馆,尤其是那些依附于咖啡农场的住宿。这些通常包含早餐,并且可以安排当地向导。

    舒适型(1,000,000+ VND/晚): 最好的选择是以 Da Lat 为大本营进行一日游。Da Lat 拥有从青旅到精品酒店的各种住宿选择。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 即使在旱季也要带上雨衣。瀑布附近的微气候会产生雾气和突如其来的毛毛雨。
    • 给手机做好防水。说真的,较大瀑布底部的水花会弄湿你口袋里的任何东西。
    • 离开主干道前加满油。小路上的加油站非常稀少。

    • 带上现金。瀑布附近没有自动取款机,这里也不支持刷卡支付。

    • 穿凉鞋走步道。 潮湿的玄武岩非常锋利,而且红泥会弄脏一切。请穿有抓地力的包趾鞋。
    • 在2月份游览并期待看到大瀑布。 旱季意味着水位很低。如果你很看重瀑布的水量,请在9月至11月前来。
    • 因为阴天就不涂防晒霜。 即使在阴天,高地的紫外线依然很强。海拔高度和稀薄的云层总是会骗过人们。

    实用须知

    Cum Thac Dak Nong 并不是一个经过精心打磨的景点——这里没有售票亭,没有礼品店,也没有英文指示牌。但这正是它的魅力所在。从 Da Lat 出发预留一整天的时间,带上水和零食,把它当作一次高地公路旅行,而不是一个刻板的旅游目的地。这些瀑布就是你远离常规旅游路线所获得的最好回报。
