    Doi Cat Nam Cuong 究竟是什么

    Doi Cat Nam Cuong 是一片绵延的红色和橙色沙丘,位于 Phan Rang 市中心以南约 7 km 处,现属于 Khanh Hoa 省(行政合并前为 Ninh Thuan)。沙丘占地约 700 公顷,由从东海吹向内陆的海岸风塑造而成。与北部 Mui Ne (무이네 / 美奈 / ムイネー) 商业化程度较高的白沙丘不同,Nam Cuong 给人一种原始的感觉——这里没有那么多旅游大巴,没有售票亭,而且每次去都能明显看到沙纹的变化。

    • 骑摩托车: 最灵活的选择。沿着 QL1A 向南行驶——道路平坦且铺设良好。中途不停留的话大约需要 2 小时。在 Nha Trang 加满油;过了 Ninh Hoa 后加油站会变少。在 Nha Trang 租摩托车,半自动挡的价格约为 120,000–180,000 VND/天。
    • 乘坐巴士: 从 Nha Trang 的 Phia Nam 汽车站有定期发往 Phan Rang 的城际巴士。车票价格为 70,000–100,000 VND,车程约 2–2.5 小时。从 Phan Rang 汽车站,可以乘坐当地出租车或 xe om(摩托车出租车)前往沙丘——7 km 的路程大约需要 30,000–50,000 VND。
    • 乘坐火车: 从 Nha Trang 到 Thap Cham 火车站(就在 Phan Rang 城外)大约需要 1.5 小时。根据座位等级,车票价格在 50,000–90,000 VND 之间。Thap Cham 火车站距离沙丘约 8 km。

    如果你从 Da Nang 或 Hoi An 出发,Phan Rang 是沿海公路南下之旅的一个合理停靠点。

    在沙丘可以玩什么

    在黄金时刻漫步沙脊

    参观附近的 Cham 塔

    Phan Rang 镇有着浓郁的当地美食特色。有两道不容错过的菜肴:

    • “Banh canh” cha ca —— 鱼汤木薯粗面,配以大块炸鱼饼。这是 Phan Rang 的招牌美食。可以去市场附近 Ngo Gia Tu 街上的一排“banh canh”店尝尝。一碗大约 30,000–40,000 VND。
    • 烤“nem chua (넴쭈어 / 酸肉肠 / ネムチュア)”配米纸 —— 炭烤发酵猪肉卷,用米纸和香草包裹。中央市场附近的街边摊位将其作为小吃出售,每份 10,000–15,000 VND。

    想吃海鲜的话,可以前往沙丘以东的海岸。路边的小店供应烤鱿鱼、蒸蛤蜊和海鲜“hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)”,价格公道。

    住宿推荐

    大多数游客会选择住在 Phan Rang 或附近的某个海滩区域。

    • 经济型: Phan Rang 镇中心的宾馆和迷你酒店起价为 200,000–350,000 VND/晚。设施简单但干净,通常配有空调和 Wi-Fi。
    • 中档型: 距离沙丘约 5 km 的 Ninh Chu 海滩沿岸新开了一些度假村和精品民宿。一间能看海景的舒适客房预计需要 600,000–1,200,000 VND/晚。
    • 以 Nha Trang 为大本营: 一些游客会将沙丘作为从 Nha Trang 出发的一日游目的地。这完全可行,但行程会很漫长,而且你会错过黎明时分最美的光线。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 带上比你预想更多的水。沙丘上没有任何商贩。每人至少两升。
    • 防晒霜和帽子是必不可少的,即使在“凉爽”的月份也是如此。
    • 起风时,一条薄围巾或魔术头巾会很有帮助——因为沙子会无孔不入。
    • 如果你骑摩托车,通往沙丘的最后 1 km 是一条沙路。请减速慢行,特别是当你骑的是轻型踏板车时。
