    Gao Giong 究竟是什么

    Gao Giong 是一个占地 1,700 公顷的湿地生态旅游区,位于 Dong Thap 省 Cao Lanh 县,距离 Cao Lanh 市东南方向约 35 km。它坐落于 Dong Thap Muoi(芦苇荡)内,这是湄公河三角洲(메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ)最大的淡水沼泽之一。该区域的核心是一片白千层(“tram”)林,四周环绕着荷花池、泛滥的草地和运河,这里是数以万计的鹳、鹭、鸬鹚及其他水鸟的栖息地。

    该地区在 21 世纪初被开发为旅游区,但这片森林和鸟群的存在时间要久远得多。在汛期,这片芦苇荡会变成一片广阔的内陆海,而 Gao Giong 则是少数几个无需包租私人船只深入荒野,就能体验这种壮丽景观的便利地点之一。

    这里并不是一个经过精雕细琢的主题公园。它是一片原生态的湿地,只有最基础的设施——木栈道、观鸟塔和小船——但这正是它值得一游的原因。

    游客为何而来

    大多数游客来这里是为了两件事:鸟群和白千层林。Gao Giong 的观鸟塔可以让你直接俯瞰鸟类的筑巢地,成千上万的鸟儿在黎明和黄昏时分在此栖息。这种震撼是无需夸张修饰的——在一个极其翠绿、极其宁静的地方,看万鸟齐飞。

    第二个吸引人的地方是汛期体验。从 8 月到 11 月,周围的平原会被洪水淹没,乘船穿梭在被水淹没的森林中,感觉就像漂流到了一个完全不同的国度。水面上盛开着大片的荷花,当地人划着小木船采摘“sen”(莲子)——如果时机合适,你也可以参与其中。

    对于那些在湄公河三角洲游玩,且不满足于常规的 Can Tho 水上市场环线的游客来说,Gao Giong 提供了一个节奏更慢、商业气息更淡的替代选择。

    最佳游览时间

    最佳游览时间是 9 月至 11 月 的汛期高峰。此时水位很高,白千层林被部分淹没(这让乘船游览变得极具戏剧性),鸟群也最为活跃。荷花在 6 月和 7 月盛开,所以如果赏花是你的首要目的,请尽早安排行程。

    旱季(12 月至 4 月)适合在观鸟塔和步行小径游览,但这里的景观会失去很多特色。运河萎缩,森林地表干涸,乘船路线也会受到限制。全年都应避免在正午时分游览——湄公河三角洲在 11:00 到 14:00 之间的酷热令人难以忍受,而且此时鸟类也不活跃。

    交通指南

    从 Saigon 出发: 自驾或乘坐巴士前往 Cao Lanh 市(约 160 km,经 My Thuan 大桥路线车程 3-3.5 小时)。从 Cao Lanh 出发,Gao Giong 位于东南方向 35 km 处——骑摩托车或开车约需 45 分钟。没有直达景区的公共巴士,因此你需要自备交通工具,或者从 Cao Lanh 乘坐当地出租车/摩托的(xe om)。从 Cao Lanh 市中心出发的单程出租车费用约为 250,000-350,000 VND。

    从 Can Tho(껀터 / 芹苴 / カントー)出发: 向北约 90 km,车程约 2 小时。穿过 Vam Cong 大桥,途经 Lap Vo 县前往 Cao Lanh,然后按照路标前往 Gao Giong。如果你习惯了三角洲的道路状况,骑摩托车走这条路线会非常顺畅。

    门票约为每人 30,000 VND。景区内的乘船费用为 50,000-150,000 VND,具体取决于路线长度和团队人数。

    游玩项目

    登上观鸟塔

    漫步荷花池木栈道

    入口区附近的荷花池上铺设了木栈道。在花季(6 月至 8 月),粉红色的花朵开得非常密集,随手一拍就是大片。池塘附近的摊贩售卖新鲜莲子和 [莲花茶](/posts/lotus-tea-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-guide)——两者都值得一试。

    体验当地传统捕鱼

    部分行程包含在被淹没的田野里使用“lo”(竹编鱼篓)或撒网捕鱼的体验。这项活动具有季节性,且取决于水位,但如果有机会参与,这将是一次原汁原味的三角洲活动,绝非敷衍的表演。

    参观养蜂场

    Gao Giong 附近的小型养蜂场出产白千层蜂蜜(“mat ong tram”)。你可以观看蜂蜜提取过程并直接购买——价格比在 Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)买要便宜得多,通常约为每升 150,000-200,000 VND。

    附近美食推荐

    Gao Giong 设有一个小食堂,供应基础的三角洲菜肴,但如果想吃得更好,建议在游览前后去 Cao Lanh 用餐。

    推荐寻找“lau ca linh bong dien dien”——这是一种用淡水小鱼(“ca linh”)和黄色田菁花制作的火锅,仅在汛期(9 月至 11 月)供应。它是湄公河三角洲最具季节性的菜肴之一,过了这个时节就很难找到了。三角洲风味的“Banh xeo”——饼皮更薄、更脆,里面塞满了虾和豆芽——在通往 Cao Lanh 沿路的当地餐厅全年供应。镇上也很容易找到“Com tam”(碎米饭)店,适合快速解决一顿便宜美味的便餐。

    住宿推荐

    Gao Giong 景区内没有住宿设施。建议住在 Cao Lanh 市,那里有不错的选择:

    • 经济型: 沿主路的宾馆(“nha nghi”),每晚 200,000-350,000 VND。设施简单但很干净。
    • 中档型: 位于 Cao Lanh 市中心的 Hoa Binh 或 Song Tra 等酒店,每晚 400,000-700,000 VND,配有空调并供应早餐。
    • 舒适型: Muong Thanh Cao Lanh,每晚约 800,000-1,200,000 VND,是镇上最靠谱的选择。

    可以直接预订或直接到店入住——除了像 Tet(春节)这样的重大节假日外,Cao Lanh 的客房很少会订满。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带驱蚊液。 白千层林是一片湿地。这里的蚊子非常凶猛,尤其是在黎明和黄昏时分——而这正是你最想待在观鸟塔的时候。

    • 正午时分抵达。 天气炎热、没有鸟群、光线刺眼。只建议在清晨或傍晚前往。
    • 跳过乘船游览。 有些游客只登塔看一眼就走了。乘舢板穿梭于白千层林才是最棒的环节——千万别省略。
    • 试图从 Saigon 出发将 Gao Giong 作为一日游。 理论上可行,但你将花费 6 个小时在路上,而在景区只待 2 个小时。建议在 Cao Lanh 住一晚,并结合向北 40 km 外的 Tram Chim 国家公园一起游玩,那里有一个类似但规模更大的湿地生态系统。

    将 Gao Giong 作为 Dong Thap 深度游的一部分是最好的选择——把它与 Tram Chim 和 Sa Dec 花村结合起来,在这个大多数游客完全忽略的湄公河三角洲地区,安排充实的两到三天行程。它并不华丽,但展现了真实的三角洲生活,而这正是旅行的意义所在。
