    Hai Phong 不会为了游客而等待早餐。清晨6点,人行道上就已经挤满了塑料凳、冒着热气的锅具,以及那些光顾同一个摊位二十年的常客。如果您在前往 Cat Ba 的途中路过,或者只是在城里住上一晚,像当地人一样吃顿早餐绝对值得您早起。

    Hai Phong 真正引以为傲的招牌美食

    大多数关于 Hai Phong 的美食讨论往往始于也止于 "banh mi",但这座城市其实还有更具代表性的招牌:Banh da cua。这是一种以厚实的红褐色米面为底,配上新鲜蟹膏、番茄和空心菜的蟹肉汤面。它是这座城市大部分居民的首选早餐,味道与您在 Hanoi 或 Saigon 吃到的截然不同。

    城市苏醒前的糯米饭摊

    Hai Phong 的 Xoi 通常比南部地区的版本更干、甜度更低。这里的 Xoi xeo 配的炸红葱头做得非常地道——酥脆而不油腻。

    Pho 与清晨的汤面轮换

    Hai Phong 有着自己独特的 "pho" 风格,在城外鲜为人知。当地人吃的 Pho 汤底比 Hanoi 版本更清澈,八角味通常较淡,而且他们有时会加入一勺 giấm bong(一种发酵醋),这在当地几乎是独一无二的。

    若想品尝正宗的牛肉 Pho,火车站附近的 Minh Khai 街路段有几家从20世纪80年代就开始营业的摊位。一碗配有牛腩和牛筋的 Pho 大约 40,000 VND。请做好座位拥挤、翻台率极高的心理准备——在清晨6点的 Hai Phong,没人会慢悠悠地吃 Pho。

    此外值得一提的是:“banh canh cua”(蟹肉粗面汤)也会出现在 Ngo Quyen 区的一些早餐菜单上。它比 Banh da cua 更浓郁,但同样具备 Hai Phong 烹饪中那种浓郁的蟹香味。

    咖啡:当地人真正坐下来的地方

    Hai Phong 的“越南咖啡”遵循北部传统——慢滴、浓郁,配以炼乳或纯黑。虽然到处都能买到“Ca phe sua da”(冰牛奶咖啡),但 Bach Dang 街和 Tam Bac 湖周围的老式咖啡馆依然保留着几十年来不变的服务方式:热咖啡,用小玻璃杯盛装,不催促客人离开。

    Ben Binh 港口附近的街头咖啡摊在早上5点半就开门了,为渔民和早班工人提供一天开始前所需的提神饮品。咖啡价格为 15,000–20,000 VND。港口的位置和早起的人群,使其成为感受这座城市清晨气息的最佳地点之一。

    如果您想要更有氛围的环境,可以去 Dinh Hang Kenh 附近寻找老式咖啡店——狭窄的房间里摆放着木制家具,客人们在这一带还没被商业化开发前就一直光顾这里。

    用餐前须知

    Hai Phong 最好的早餐店通常没有英文招牌,大多数不接受刷卡,而且许多摊位在早上9点前就收摊了。总的原则是:如果店外排着长队或停着一堆摩托车,跟着去准没错。

    只收现金是常态。请准备好 20,000–50,000 VND 的零钱。Cho Sat 和 Cho Tam Bac 等市场是很好的定位点——摊贩们在清晨聚集在这些地方,因为那里人流量最大。

    如果您只是将 Hai Phong 作为中转站,早餐时段绝对是这座城市最有趣的几个小时。港口特色与北部蟹肉烹饪传统相结合,形成了越南美食版图中独一无二的体验。

    实用信息

    Hai Phong 的清晨美食高峰期在早上6点到8点之间——去晚了最好的摊位就卖完了。Hai Phong 距离 Hanoi 约 100km,无论是公路还是铁路交通都很方便,非常适合一日游,但如果想赶上早晨的美味,建议在此过夜。预算 80,000–120,000 VND 即可享用包含咖啡在内的丰盛早餐。
