    Kien Giang 的饮食特色

    Kien Giang 位于 Mekong Delta (메콩 델타 / 湄公河三角洲 / メコンデルタ) 的最南端,这片沼泽密布的咸水地带是越南与柬埔寨的交界处。这里的食物反映了其地理特征:半咸水河、时令海鲜,以及浓厚的 Khmer 文化印记——你能在米粉菜肴和以香草为主的汤品中品尝到这种风味。

    Hu Tieu U Minh

    Banh Canh

    另一道 Mekong 地区的主食。Kien Giang 的炸春卷做得又薄又脆,里面塞满了猪肉末、虾肉、蟹肉,有时还会加些小竹笋丁。内馅总是温热且微润的——绝不会干巴巴。当地人把它们当零食或配菜吃。

    最佳品尝地:任何市场或糕点摊位。价格:每卷 5,000–10,000 VND。

    当地人真正去吃的地方

    Rach Gia 市场(Cho Rach Gia)

    这是该市主要的菜市场,从黎明营业到午后。前面的摊位干净整洁。而后面的摊位——那些摆着塑料凳、没有招牌的地方——才是当地人吃早餐的去处。在这里你能找到 "hu tieu (후띠우 / 粿条 / フーティウ)"、"banh canh"、牛肉汤面以及几十种其他美食。这里没有英文菜单,但指着锅点菜完全没问题。每餐价格:30,000–50,000 VND。

    Ha Tien 市场(Cho Ha Tien)

    比 Rach Gia 市场小,也更杂乱,但更原汁原味。这里的虾来自河里;鱼则是当天早上刚捕捞上来的。后面的摊位为码头工人和渔民提供 "hu tieu" 和 "com tam (껌땀 / 碎米饭 / コムタム)"。请在早上 9 点前到达。价格:25,000–40,000 VND。

    Ha Tien 的河畔小摊

    沿着 Giang Thanh 河(将 Ha Tien 与柬埔寨隔开的河流),下午会有十几家小摊在烤鱼和海鲜。一条炭烤小全鱼的价格为 30,000–50,000 VND。搭配米饭和鱼露一起吃。单是这个地点就值回票价了:你在距离边境仅几米的地方用餐,看着长尾船在河面上穿梭。

    Rach Gia 市的街角

    在 Ngo Quyen 和 Tran Phu 的十字路口(Rach Gia 市中心)附近,寻找手推车摊贩和聚集的塑料凳。这里从早上 5:30 到 10:00 售卖早餐 "banh mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー)"、"banh hoai" 和甜糯米饭。价格:10,000–25,000 VND。

    需要避雷的地方

    河畔的游客高价餐厅

    Ha Tien 的海滨有一些专门接待背包客和旅行团的餐厅酒吧。价格比市场价高出 2 到 3 倍。食物味道不差,但不是正宗的 Kien Giang 风味。在当地小摊卖 30,000 VND 的烤鱼,在这里要卖到 100,000 VND 甚至更高。请避开。

    Ha Tien 的一些旅游商店出售虾干、鱼干和盐腌海鲜零食。其中很多并非产自 Kien Giang,而且已经在货架上放了几个月。如果你想买海鲜纪念品,请去菜市场,找那些你能亲眼看着他们制作的摊贩,少量购买。

    越南咖啡和 Bia Hoi

    蜜饯和果脯

    Kien Giang 的市场出售椰子糖、木瓜蜜饯和姜脯。这些东西便宜又轻便,非常适合作为礼物。一小袋价格为 10,000–20,000 VND。

    Kien Giang 的饮食文化不加雕饰,并以此为傲。市场在早上 6 点到 11 点之间最繁忙,食材也最新鲜;如果你想挑到最好的,请尽早到达。站着或坐在塑料凳上吃;这才是最地道的吃法。不要指望有英文菜单,但店员对你用手指和打手势点菜会很有耐心。市场摊位只收现金;部分中档餐厅接受刷卡。自来水不宜直接饮用;请购买瓶装水(每升 5,000 VND)。
