    My Khe Beach 是 Da Nang 最主要的沙滩——从 Son Tra Peninsula 底部向南延伸至 Marble Mountains,全长约 9 km。这里是城市与海洋的交汇处,对大多数游客来说,这也是他们在 Da Nang 预订酒店的首要原因。

    如今,Da Nang 是越南发展最快的城市之一,而 My Khe 正处于其旅游经济的核心位置。整条海滩依然保持公共开放,可免费进入。没有门票,也没有被度假村圈起来的专属区域。这在东南亚越来越罕见,非常值得称赞。

    为什么游客纷纷前往

    吸引力很简单:这是一个狭长、宽阔且干净的城市海滩,海浪适中,海水温暖,步行范围内就有一整条街的餐厅和酒店。你不需要乘船或坐两个小时的巴士才能到达——从 Da Nang 机场打车只需 10 分钟。

    冲浪者为冬季的浪潮而来。家庭游客则在风平浪静的月份为了浅滩而来。其他人来这里,是因为在越南中部的旅程中,这是往返于 Hoi An 和 Hue 之间最便利的海滩中转站。

    最佳游玩时间

    3 月至 8 月是旱季。4 月到 6 月是最佳时期——气温在 30-33°C 左右,海水温暖,下水游泳毫无压力,而且下午的海风还没有达到 7、8 月份那种狂风大作的程度。

    9 月至次年 1 月会带来降雨,有时还会有大浪。10 月和 11 月降雨量最大,海况变得恶劣,经常会挂起红旗。如果你是冲浪爱好者,这反而是你的黄金期——11 月到次年 2 月的浪况最稳定,通常在 1-2 米,风暴期间偶尔会更大。

    尽量避开 Tet(通常在 1 月底或 2 月初),除非你想看到海滩上挤满国内游客,并且愿意承担翻倍的酒店价格。

    如何前往

    Da Nang 国际机场距离 My Khe 北端 4 km。非高峰时段乘坐 Grab 约需 10 分钟,花费 50,000-70,000 VND。

    从 Hoi An (호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン) 出发向北 30 km 即可到达——打 Grab 大约需要 250,000-300,000 VND,或者你可以租一辆摩托车,沿着沿海公路骑行 40 分钟。从 Hue 出发,乘坐火车约 2.5 小时即可抵达 Da Nang 火车站,该站距离海滩 3 km。

    如果你从 Hanoi 或 Saigon 出发,每天都有直飞航班,价格在 800,000-1,500,000 VND 之间,具体取决于你提前多久预订。

    趁早游泳

    最佳游泳时段是早上 5:30-7:30。此时海水最平静,光线绝佳,而且在海滩上陪伴你的大多是晨练的当地人。大多数救生站的救生员从早上 5 点就开始值班。到了上午 10 点,阳光就会变得非常毒辣,海滩也会变得拥挤。

    在南端冲浪

    靠近 An Thuong 街区、朝向南端的那段海滩,海浪最为稳定。在海滩沿线的商店租用冲浪板每小时 100,000-150,000 VND。90 分钟的冲浪课程大约需要 600,000-800,000 VND。这里的浪况对新手很友好——底部是沙子,没有礁石——所以是一个非常适合学习冲浪的地方。

    漫步至 Son Tra Peninsula

    从 My Khe 的北端,你可以步行或骑车前往 Son Tra(也叫猴山)。这条路穿过森林向上延伸至 Linh Ung Pagoda,那里有一尊 67 米高的观音像,从海滩上就能看到。从海滩出发沿公路走大约 10 km——可以租摩托车或打 Grab。无需门票。

    游览 Marble Mountains

    在主海滩向南 5 km 处,有一片名为 Ngu Hanh Son 的石灰岩喀斯特丘陵群,这里有洞穴、佛塔和观景台。门票为 40,000 VND,如果你不想爬楼梯,可以另付 15,000 VND 乘坐电梯。游览一两个小时就足够了。

    观看龙桥表演

    每周六和周日晚上 9 点,Da Nang 的龙桥(一座长达 666 米、形似巨龙的桥梁)会上演喷火和喷水表演。虽然有些俗气,但看起来确实很有趣。从海滩步行 15 分钟即可到达,或者你也可以在 Bach Dang 街的河畔餐厅找个座位边吃边看。

    距离海滩仅一个街区的 An Thuong 街区是大多数游客就餐的地方。这里餐厅林立,但如果想品尝地道的当地美食,请避开那些专为游客准备的菜单。

    “Mi quang”是 Da Nang 的招牌面食——姜黄色的米粉配上猪肉、虾、香草和少许高汤。位于 Hai Phong 街的 Mi Quang 1A 是一家非常靠谱的当地老店,每碗大约 35,000-45,000 VND。

    如果想吃“banh xeo (반세오 / 越南煎饼 / バインセオ)”——一种酥脆的夹心煎饼——可以去位于 23 Hoang Dieu 的 Banh Xeo Ba Duong。它不在海滩边,但打车很快就能到,当地人多年来一直光顾这里。人均消费大约在 50,000-80,000 VND。

    Da Nang 的海鲜也非常出色。在靠近 Man Thai 渔村的 Pham Van Dong 沿线,一排排餐厅供应新鲜捕捞的海产——无论是烧烤、清蒸还是爆炒——价格都远低于度假村。直接指着水箱里看中的海鲜,在点单前先谈好价格即可。

    住宿推荐

    经济型(300,000-600,000 VND/晚): 青旅和客栈集中在 An Thuong 街区。步行 5 分钟即可到达沙滩。多人间床位起价约 150,000 VND。

    中档型(800,000-2,000,000 VND/晚): Vo Nguyen Giap 街沿线有许多 3-4 星级酒店,配备游泳池、早餐和海景。激烈的竞争保证了这里的高品质。

    高端型(3,000,000+ VND/晚): 国际连锁酒店和精品度假村占据了海滨位置。有些酒店提供直达海滩的专属通道,不过海滩本身是公共的。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 离岸流是真实存在的。 请在救生站附近游泳,并遵守旗帜指示。红旗意味着禁止下水。每年都会发生溺水事件,大多数都是因为游泳者无视了红旗警告。
    • 租一把沙滩椅。 两把椅子加一把遮阳伞的套餐租用一天只需 50,000-100,000 VND。物超所值。
    • 早上 8 点前涂好防晒霜。 越南中部的紫外线指数经常达到 11+。你被晒伤的速度会比预想的快得多。
    • 锁好你的物品。 海滩上的小偷小摸虽然不猖獗,但也时有发生。游泳时不要把手机和钱包随意丢在一旁无人看管。

    避坑指南

    • 订错河对岸的酒店。 海滩位于 Han River 以东。一些经济型酒店在西岸——适合城市探索,但如果每天都想去海滩就会很麻烦。
    • 中午游泳。 天气极其酷热,而且下午的风浪会让海况变得最恶劣。
    • 跳过 Hoi An。 My Khe 很棒,但向南仅 30 km 的 Hoi An 同样值得至少花上一整天的时间,去逛逛古镇,品尝“cao lau (까오러우 / 高楼面 / カオラウ)”面条,以及游览 Thu Bon 河沿岸的市场。
    • 只在海滨地带就餐。 Da Nang 最好的美食藏在各个街区里,而不是那些拿着塑封英文菜单、专做游客生意的餐厅。

    实用须知

    My Khe 非常适合作为探索越南中部的基地——Hoi An、Hue (후에 / 顺化 / フエ) 以及 Hai Van Pass 都在一日游的距离内。安排两到三个晚上的时间,足以让你从容地享受海滩、品尝美食,并游览周边的景点。
