    Nam O 坐落于 Da Nang 向西北延伸至海岸线尽头的地方——这是一个夹在海洋与 Hai Van Pass 下坡之间的渔村。大多数游客在 Da Nang 和 Hue 之间乘坐火车或摩托车时都会匆匆路过这里,但这恰恰是它值得一停的原因。

    Nam O 是什么,以及它的由来

    近年来,现代化的 Da Nang 正在不断逼近。海岸线面临着度假村开发的压力,旧村庄的部分区域已被重新规划。但核心的小巷、鱼露作坊和礁石——它们依然存在。

    游客为何前往

    有三个原因。首先是礁滩。Nam O 有一个岩石潮间带,在退潮时向近海延伸很远,形成浅水池和长满海藻的岩石群。这里非常适合拍照,而且是一个真正有趣的海岸景观——不是那种白沙滩的场景,更像是火山岩架与南海的交汇。

    其次是鱼露文化遗产。如果你在越南的任何地方吃过“pho”或“bun cha”,你就已经品尝过鱼露了。在村庄里观看它的制作规模,闻一闻发酵室的气味,品尝直接从缸里舀出的新鲜鱼露,能让你深入了解这种支撑着大多数越南菜肴的配料。

    第三,这是一座位于大城市内的真正村庄。Da Nang 发展迅速——起重机、度假塔楼、双向六车道的大道随处可见。Nam O 距离市中心仅 20 分钟车程,但感觉却像是倒退了几十年。

    最佳游玩时间

    3 月到 8 月的天气最干燥,海面也最平静。礁滩在春季退潮时(3 月至 5 月)最为壮观,此时海藻将岩石染成鲜绿色——当地人称之为“mua rong bien”(海藻季),吸引了大量国内摄影爱好者。

    尽量避开 10 月至 12 月。越南中部的雨季非常猛烈,Nam O 附近的海岸会出现巨浪和阴沉的天空。1 月和 2 月天气较凉,偶尔有毛毛雨,但还可以接受。

    如何从 Da Nang 前往

    Nam O 位于 Da Nang 市中心西北约 17 km 处,靠近 Hai Van Pass 的山脚。

    • 摩托车或踏板车: 沿 Nguyen Luong Bang 街向西北行驶 25-35 分钟。Da Nang 的租车费用为每天 120,000-150,000 VND。这是最好的选择——你会需要自己的交通工具来探索村庄的小巷。
    • Grab 网约车: 从市中心出发单程 130,000-180,000 VND,具体取决于交通状况。
    • 当地公交车: 07 路公交车从 Da Nang 市中心开往 Lien Chieu 区。在 Nam O 站下车。票价为 6,000 VND。公交车速度较慢但很实用——预计需要 40-50 分钟。

    如果你从 Hue (후에 / 顺化 / フエ)(约 90 km 外)出发,无论是乘坐火车、汽车还是摩托车,从 Hai Van Pass 下山时都会直接穿过 Nam O 地区。

    在退潮时漫步礁滩

    出发前查看潮汐表——你需要一个退潮的窗口期来在岩架上行走。岩石很滑,所以要穿有抓地力的鞋子,不要穿人字拖。清晨的光线最适合拍照。如果时间合适,你还会看到当地妇女采摘海藻和贝类。

    参观鱼露作坊

    在主路后面的传统小巷里,仍有几个家庭在生产“nuoc mam”。这里没有售票处或正式的游览项目——只需走进去,保持礼貌并询问即可。大多数生产者都很乐意向你展示发酵缸并解释制作过程。离开时可以买一瓶(小瓶装价格为 40,000-80,000 VND)。这种鱼露比商业品牌更浓稠、气味更强烈。

    探索 Nam O 的占婆遗址

    村庄附近有一处部分挖掘的小型占婆(Cham)遗址——它的规模不及 My Son,但它提醒着人们,这条海岸线曾是占婆领土长达几个世纪。遗迹很不起眼,主要是地基石和碎片,但如果你已经在这个地区,还是值得一看的。

    从村庄一侧徒步前往 Hai Van

    你可以找到从 Nam O 向 Hai Van 山脉较低山脊上行的步道。这里没有任何正式的标记——这些都是渔民走出来的路和摩托车车辙。非常适合晨间散步,还能俯瞰海岸的景色。除非装备齐全,否则不要尝试徒步穿越整个山口。

    观看渔船归航

    清晨,大约 5:30-7:00,圆形篮子船(“thung chai”)和小型拖网渔船会带着昨夜的渔获返回。村庄附近的非正式登陆区是进行分拣和售卖的地方。这是真实的商业活动,而不是表演。

    附近就餐指南

    Nam O 在当地以“goi ca”——生鱼沙拉而闻名。切薄的新鲜鱼片拌上青柠、大蒜、花生、香草和青香蕉。村里有几家小餐馆供应这道菜,通常配有用来包裹的米纸。预计每盘 80,000-120,000 VND。点菜时一定要明确说要“goi ca Nam O”——这是当地引以为傲的招牌菜。

    如果想吃熟食,Lien Chieu 海岸路沿线的海鲜非常不错,而且比 Da Nang 旅游区的便宜。烤鱿鱼、蒸蛤蜊、姜黄莳萝炸鱼。两人份的丰盛海鲜大餐大约需要 200,000-350,000 VND。

    如果你之后返回 Da Nang,这座城市有无数的选择——Hoang Dieu 街 Ba Duong 餐厅的“banh xeo (반세오 / 越南煎饼 / バインセオ)”,或者几乎任何社区小店里的“mi quang”。

    住宿指南

    Nam O 本身没有值得推荐的酒店或宾馆。建议住在 Da Nang 市区,把这里作为半日游的目的地。

    • 经济型: Han River 或火车站附近的青年旅社和微型酒店,200,000-400,000 VND/晚。
    • 中档型: Vo Nguyen Giap 海滨路沿线的三星级酒店,600,000-1,200,000 VND/晚。
    • 高档型: My Khe 或 Non Nuoc 海滩上的度假酒店,2,000,000 VND 及以上。

    晴朗的日子里,前景是船只,背景是美丽的 Da Nang 城市景观。

    当地人会告诉你的实用提示

    • 携带现金。村子里没有 ATM 机,也没有人接受刷卡。
    • 礁石在某些地方是锋利的玄武岩。合适的鞋子很重要——在热带水域被珊瑚割伤很容易感染。
    • 礁滩漫步需准备防晒霜和帽子。岩架上完全没有阴凉处。
    • 如果你买鱼露,请将其装在密封的塑料袋中以便运输。鱼露在背包里泄漏会让你苦恼好几个星期。
    • 学习短语“cho toi xem”(让我看看)——在接近鱼露作坊时很有用。

    要避免的常见错误

    • 涨潮时前往。 礁滩会完全消失。请查看潮汐表或询问你的酒店。
    • 期待海滩度假。 Nam O 的海岸线布满岩石,充满劳动气息。这里不是 My Khe。请带上好奇心,而不是浴巾。
    • 走马观花。 至少留出 3-4 个小时。慢慢走,和人们交谈,品尝生鱼沙拉。这座村庄回馈的是耐心,而不是打卡清单。

    实用须知

    Nam O 非常适合与 Hai Van Pass 骑行结合起来——早上到达村庄,然后继续向北越过山口前往 Lang Co 和 Hue。如果你在 Da Nang 停留几天,这会是一次轻松的晨间旅行,正好避开一天中最热的时候。这个村庄正在发生变化,但它尚未完全改变。
