    Quan Lan 是怎样的地方

    Quan Lan 是 Quang Ninh 省 Van Don 群岛中较大的有人居住的岛屿之一。该岛呈狭长型,长约 11 km,几座村庄由一条大致呈南北走向的混凝土公路相连。这座岛屿已有数百年的定居史——在 Tran Dynasty 时期,这里曾是一个贸易站,如今你依然能找到已有数百年历史的 Quan Lan 社区集会所(“dinh”)遗迹。岛上还有一座小型寺庙建筑群,旨在纪念 13 世纪 Tran Dynasty 的海军胜利。

    如今,大多数岛民以捕鱼或务农为生。旅游业虽在发展,但规模依然不大。岛上没有 ATM 机,没有国际酒店,以前还经常停电(现在供电相对稳定了,但别指望在每次电压不稳时空调还能正常运转)。

    游客为何慕名而来

    真正的原因有三个。首先是海滩。Quan Lan 有三个主要海滩——Minh Chau、Quan Lan 和 Son Hao——它们都是那种宽阔、平坦、铺满浅色细沙的海滩,会让你联想到越南中部(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム),但在这么靠北的地方却极为罕见。Minh Chau 海滩绵延约 2 km,在工作日,整片海滩上可能只有十几个人和你共享。

    其次是海鲜。这是一个真正的渔岛,而不是一个恰好有鱼的旅游岛。这里的物价也如实反映了这一点。

    第三是宁静。如果你刚刚花了三天时间在 Hanoi 的车水马龙中穿梭,或者在 Ha Long Bay(하롱베이 / 下龙湾 / ハロン湾)躲避无数的自拍杆,那么 Quan Lan 绝对会让你感到彻底的放松与减压。

    最佳游玩时间

    6 月至 8 月是旅游旺季——海水温暖,日照时间长,海滩也处于最佳状态。这也是越南国内游客出游的时节,因此 7 月的周末以 Quan Lan 的标准来看可能会比较热闹(但实际上依然算不上拥挤)。

    4 月、5 月、9 月和 10 月是平季。海水温度适宜游泳,天气大多很给力,而且你能享受更宽敞的空间。尽量避开 11 月至次年 2 月,除非你真的喜欢灰蒙蒙的天空和 18°C 的海水。这期间岛上风很大,渡轮偶尔会取消,而且一半的客栈都会关门歇业。

    如何前往

    从 Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)出发,可自驾或乘坐巴士前往 Quang Ninh 省 Van Don 县的 Cai Rong 港。全程约 230 km,自驾大约需要 4.5 小时;如果从 My Dinh 车站乘坐巴士,则需要 5-6 小时(单程票价约 200,000-250,000 VND)。

    从 Cai Rong 出发,你可以乘坐渡轮或快艇前往 Quan Lan。慢速渡轮大约需要 2 小时,每人花费约 80,000-100,000 VND。快艇则将时间缩短至 45 分钟,票价约 200,000-250,000 VND。渡轮每天有几班,通常在清晨和中午发船,但时刻表会随季节变化——请务必提前一天确认时间。

    如果你从 Ha Long Bay 出发,可以通过 Cai Rong 安排中转,因为 Ha Long 的旅游码头没有直达该岛的船只。

    岛上交通

    你可以在入住的客栈租一辆摩托车,价格为每天 100,000-150,000 VND。岛屿很小,骑车从一端到另一端只需 20 分钟。有些客栈也提供自行车租赁,但从 5 月开始,正午的酷暑会让你骑得大汗淋漓。

    游玩项目

    Minh Chau 海滩

    这是岛上最棒的海滩。向北走过树林线,你会发现大片只有你和木麻黄树相伴的沙滩。这里的沙子非常结实,足以让你在上面漫步几公里。5 月至 9 月非常适合游泳——水很浅,水流也很温和。

    Quan Lan 海滩离主村庄更近,有几个卖饮料的棚子。Son Hao 是三个海滩中最偏远的一个——设施较少,进出的道路也比较崎岖,但最为幽静。如果你想体验真正的独处时光,这里绝对值得骑车前往。

    Quan Lan 社区集会所与 Tran Dynasty 寺庙

    社区集会所是一座朴素的木制建筑,带有古老的雕刻和庭院。附近的 Tran Dynasty 寺庙是为了纪念 13 世纪的海战而建。这两个地方的参观时间都不会超过 30 分钟,但它们赋予了这座岛屿一种大多数越南海滩胜地所缺乏的历史厚重感。

    西海岸的日落

    岛屿的西海岸面向大陆以及 Bai Tu Long Bay 的喀斯特地貌。下午 5:30 左右骑车前往西海岸,你可以在暮色中欣赏到石灰岩的剪影。没有门票,也没有人群。

    清晨的海鲜市场

    早上 6 点左右,当渔船归来时,步行前往 Quan Lan 村的小港口。你可以直接从渔民那里购买海鲜——皮皮虾、螃蟹、蛤蜊——大多数客栈都会收取少量加工费(30,000-50,000 VND)帮你烹饪带回来的食材。

    餐饮推荐

    Quan Lan 并不像 Hanoi 或 Hoi An 那样是个美食胜地。在这里,你吃的是海鲜,而且做法很简单——烤、蒸,或者加大蒜和鱼露爆炒。

    值得一试的当地特色菜是“sam bien”(鲎),通常与香草和青芒果拌成沙拉食用。这道菜是季节性的,并非随时都有,所以得多问问。烤“tu hai”(象拔蚌)是另一道招牌菜——鲜咸嫩滑,根据季节不同,价格通常在每盘 250,000-400,000 VND 左右。

    大多数客栈都提供餐饮。Quan Lan 村的主干道旁也有几家小餐馆。别指望有英文菜单——直接指着食材点菜就行。

    住宿指南

    这里的住宿条件比较基础。你只能在家庭经营的客栈和几家小酒店之间做选择,它们大多集中在 Quan Lan 村附近,或者通往 Minh Chau 海滩的公路沿线。

    • 经济型:每晚 200,000-400,000 VND,提供带风扇和共用浴室的房间。足够干净,通常包含早餐。
    • 中档型:500,000-900,000 VND 可以住上带空调、私人浴室,有时还带阳台的房间。Minh Chau 附近的一些新开业住宿就属于这个价位。
    • 高档型:这里没有奢华的选择。岛上最好的房间在旺季最高也只需 1,200,000 VND 左右。

    如果打算在 7 月和 8 月的周末前往,请提前预订。在一年中的其他时间,你可以到了再找住处。

    实用贴士

    • 携带现金。 岛上没有 ATM 机。最近的取款机在 Cai Rong。带上的现金最好比你预估的还要多一些。
    • 带上防晒霜和驱蚊液。 岛上只有一家小商店可能会卖防晒霜,但选择有限,而且溢价很高。
    • 抵达前给设备充满电。 停电的情况依然会发生,尤其是在暴风雨期间。带上一个便携充电宝绝对值得占用你背包的空间。
    • 学习三句越南语日常用语。 “Bao nhieu”(多少钱)、“cam on”(谢谢)和“khong”(不)足以应付大多数交流。这里很少有人会说英语。
    • 出发前一晚确认渡轮时刻表。 错过最后一班船意味着你要计划外地多住一晚。

    常见误区

    在节假日周末不预订就直接跑去——在 Tet(春节)假期和暑假期间,Quan Lan 越来越受 Hanoi 家庭的欢迎,床位很快就会被订满。以为可以使用银行卡或移动支付——岛上只收现金。试图将 Quan Lan 作为从 Ha Long Bay 出发的一日游——渡轮时刻表根本不允许这么做,而且这座岛至少值得你住上两晚。对食物抱有太高期望——如果你是个挑食的人,请从大陆自带零食。

    实用须知

    游玩 Quan Lan 的最佳方式是停留 2-3 晚,最好是在周中。你可以将其与 Ha Long Bay 的行程结合起来,或者在返回 Hanoi 的途中在 Van Don 稍作停留。这里不够精致,也不够便利,但这正是它的魅力所在。
