    Quan Oc Ba Duc

    Ba Duc 是当地人最先推荐的名字,名副其实。厨房做的罗望子香茅 oc huong 酸味十足,香气极具侵略性——你在人行道上就能闻到香茅下锅的味道。一定要点一份黄油辣椒炒 oc mo,味道更浓郁,非常适合作为第二轮加菜。这里桌位嘈杂,啤酒冰凉,服务效率很高,有着越南街头小吃摊典型的风格:快速但并不热情。没有英文菜单,但指指邻桌点菜完全没问题。

    Quan Oc 99

    地址: 99 Tran Phu, Son Tra District 营业时间: 下午 3 点 – 午夜 价格范围: 每道菜 30,000–70,000 VND

    街道安静,螺肉鲜美。Quan Oc 99 吸引了更多年轻人——主要是大学生——这使得价格非常公道。这里的罗望子炒 oc huong 是必点菜。酱汁比 Ba Duc 的颜色更深、更浓稠,几乎像是一层釉,里面加入的是干辣椒而非鲜辣椒。如果你不喝啤酒,搭配 ca phe sua da 也很不错。老板会说一点英语,对第一次尝试吸螺的游客很有耐心。

    Oc Hut Hoa

    地址: 22 Hoang Dieu, Hai Chau District 营业时间: 下午 5 点 – 晚上 10:30 价格范围: 每道菜 40,000–90,000 VND

    规模较小——大约只有八张桌子——但质量控制明显更严。Hoa(店主)每天从韩江附近的一家供应商处采购新鲜螺类。这家店的 oc mo 配有一份青柠盐辣椒蘸酱,能极好地中和油腻感,让你忍不住一口接一口。如果你是从 Hue 来到 Da Nang 的,你会发现这里的辣度更接近 Hue 的标准——那是真正的辣椒味,而不是装饰性的。

    Quan Oc Dem Minh Khai

    这是深夜食堂的选择。如果你在 My Khe 海滩玩了一整天,或者刚从 Lang Co 一日游回来,当其他摊位都已打烊时,Minh Khai 依然营业。这里的螺味道稳定,算不上惊艳——罗望子味正宗,香茅底料不错——但你支付的主要是营业时间和氛围。到了晚上 10 点,这段街道上坐满了做着和你一样事情的当地人,感觉非常地道,完全不是那种为游客安排的场所。

    Oc Hut Co Linh (夜市区域)

    地址: 30 Tran Hung Dao 附近的摊位区, Son Tra District 营业时间: 晚上 6 点 – 晚上 11 点 价格范围: 每道菜 35,000–75,000 VND

    Co Linh 是 Son Tra 夜市附近的一系列流动摊位之一。环境比上面提到的专门店更混乱,你需要主动一点去招呼服务员。但这里的 oc huong xao sa ot(香茅辣椒炒玉螺)有一种干炒的质感,将香料的味道浓缩得非常到位,这是湿炒做法所没有的。为了这种口感差异,值得一试。

    美味的越南陶罐螺肉火锅,配有新鲜香草和蘸酱,是海鲜爱好者的绝佳选择。

    避雷指南:My Khe 附近面向游客的螺肉摊

    Vo Nguyen Giap 沿海地带有一些挂着大英文招牌、提供塑封图片菜单的 oc hut 店。避开它们。那里的螺更小,酱汁更平淡(通常是预制后加热的),而且为了靠近海边的位置,你要多付 30–40% 的钱。真正的 oc hut 场景发生在内陆的居民区,那是当地人每周吃三次的地方。

    如何点餐和食用

    大多数摊位会问你想要哪种螺——oc huong(更小,口感更细腻)还是 oc mo(更大,肉质更厚实)。先点一份 oc huong xao me(罗望子炒玉螺)共享,然后再根据喜好加点。两人份的丰盛餐点——两三盘螺、一盘烤花生、两瓶啤酒——总共大约需要 150,000–250,000 VND。带上湿纸巾,或者接受你的手指直到第二天早上都会有香茅味的事实。这就是规矩。

    实用贴士

    大多数 oc hut 摊位从傍晚开始营业,一直持续到午夜甚至更晚;在晚上 7 点前到达通常不需要排队。文中所列的所有地点均只收现金——请准备好零钱。如果你住在韩市场(Han Market)或市中心附近,乘坐 xe om(摩托车出租车)前往 Son Tra 的任何摊位大约需要 20,000–30,000 VND,比走路快得多。
