    在Saigon的周六早晨,四个小时内能吃掉的美食比大多数城市一整天提供的还要多。这条路线从第2区悠闲开始,穿过第1区的后街小巷,最后在正午热浪袭来之前,以一份冰凉甜点收尾。

    第一站 — 第2区:米饭与暖胃料理(上午7:30–8:30)

    在早午餐人群涌入之前,先从第2区的Thao Dien出发。这个街区已经相当现代化,但清晨时分依然保持着当地的生活节奏。前往Xuan Thuy街的路边摊,点一份“com tam”——碎米饭配烤猪肉、煎蛋,旁边还会附上一小碗清汤。价格通常在45,000至60,000 VND之间。猪肉的焦香是精髓所在;它应该带有腌料的微甜,且有明显的炭烤痕迹,而不是那种蒸出来的口感。

    如果一大早不想吃com tam,同一条街上也有摊贩售卖“banh cuon”——蒸米卷,里面包裹着猪肉末和木耳,撒上炸红葱头,配上一碗清淡的蘸汁。相比com tam,它的口感更清爽,如果你还没完全清醒,这是更好的选择。

    第二站 — 跨越河流:第一杯咖啡(上午8:45–9:30)

    打一辆Grab穿过Thu Thiem大桥前往第1区(约15,000–20,000 VND),或者如果你想慢慢骑行、欣赏河景,也可以在Thao Dien租一辆自行车。

    钻进Nguyen Hue附近狭窄的咖啡巷,或者前往Ton That Thiep街上的一众独立咖啡烘焙店。Saigon的“ca phe sua da”——冰奶咖啡——是必点之选,浓郁香甜,盛在装满冰块的杯子里,在湿热的天气下融化得很快。如果你想节奏慢一点,点一杯滴漏咖啡(phin),等待8–10分钟,正好可以观察周围逐渐苏醒的街道。

    预算30,000–55,000 VND,取决于你选择独立咖啡馆还是连锁店。建议避开连锁店。

    第三站 — Banh Mi与街头美食之旅(上午9:30–10:15)

    现在你需要一些食物来中和刚才的咖啡。那些在早上7点就已经忙碌起来的“banh mi”摊位,在这个时间点处于最佳状态——面包刚出炉,配料新鲜,排队的人群就是品质的保证。寻找Le Loi街或Ben Thanh Market侧巷中那些挤满当地人的摊位,而不是那些摆着塑封英文菜单的店铺。

    这里一个制作精良的banh mi售价在25,000–40,000 VND之间:包含肉酱、冷切肉、黄瓜、腌萝卜丝和胡萝卜丝、新鲜辣椒和香菜。面包至关重要——它应该轻盈且酥脆,而不是软塌塌的。如果面包弯曲而不碎裂,那就换一家吧。

    当你身处第1区的这个区域时,值得顺便逛逛Ben Thanh Market——不是为了购物,而是穿过生鲜区和后方的干货摊位。上午10点前那种井然有序的喧闹感,与面向游客的周边区域完全不同。

    第四站 — 清凉且略带放纵的甜点(上午10:15–11:15)

    Saigon的早午餐少不了甜点。前往Nguyen Thi Minh Khai或圣母大教堂区域附近的街道寻找“che”——这是一种越南甜汤或布丁,通常冷食。一家好的che店会有10–15种选择,盛在玻璃碗里:红豆、斑斓果冻、莲子、椰奶、黑芝麻等。点一碗混合口味的(che thap cam),价格约25,000–35,000 VND。慢慢享用吧。

    或者,如果你想以咖啡收尾,现在是品尝“蛋咖啡”——ca phe trung 的好时机,去第1区那些制作地道的咖啡馆。Saigon版本的蛋咖啡是冷饮,不像Hanoi的那样是热的,打发的蛋黄像泡沫层一样浮在冰咖啡上。这简直是一杯可以喝的甜点,价格约55,000–70,000 VND。

    第五站 — 可选的放松时刻(上午11:15–12:00)

    如果你的腿还有力气,向北走到第3区的Tan Dinh Market附近——步行15分钟或短途Grab即可到达。Hai Ba Trung街上的粉红教堂是一个可靠的地标。市场本身有一个很棒的生鲜市场,还有一排为午餐高峰做准备的com binh dan(平价家常饭)摊位。你不需要再吃东西了,但看着Saigon的市场从清晨过渡到正午的场景,非常值得一走。

    实用贴士

    这条路线最适合周六或周日,出发时间不晚于上午7:30——到了上午10点,热浪会变得非常真实,最好的街头美食也会售罄。请准备小面额现金(5,000–20,000 VND纸币);此路线上的大多数摊位不接受刷卡。五站总花费:每人180,000–260,000 VND。
