    越南(Vietnam)与其说是在庆祝Tet,不如说是让日常生活暂停了一周。城市变得空荡,街道恢复宁静,然后——在除夕夜——一切都在烟花和喧闹中爆发。如果你此时恰好在这里,你需要了解接下来会发生什么。

    日历:事情真正发生的时间

    Tet Nguyen Dan(越南春节)在农历正月初一,通常在1月底或2月初。官方的法定假日为三天,但实际上,从腊月二十三(灶神升天之日)到至少正月初七,整个国家都会切换到另一种节奏。

    举个具体的例子:2025年的大年初一(Mung 1)是1月29日。前一周(大约1月20日至28日)是预热期。2月的前五天则是核心庆祝期。

    Ong Cong Ong Tao(送灶神):春节前一周

    在Tet的前七天,越南家庭会举行仪式送灶神(“ong cong ong tao”),包括焚烧纸钱和将活鲤鱼放生到河里或湖里。在Hanoi,还剑湖(Hoan Kiem Lake)成为了热门的放生点,在腊月二十三这天,你会看到一家老小提着装满鱼的塑料袋。这是Tet前最静谧美好的仪式之一,而且很容易在不打扰他人的情况下进行观察。

    Tet的前一周也是市场最繁忙的时候。Hanoi老城区的Hang Ma街挂满了红金相间的装饰品,摆满了金桔树和桃花枝(dao)。在Saigon,Ben Thanh Market及周边街道堆满了干果、“mut”(糖姜、椰丝、莲子等蜜饯)和盒装礼品。物价会飙升。建议尽早去逛。

    Banh Chung与食物准备

    最耗费体力的Tet传统是制作“banh chung”——这是一种方形的糯米粽子,里面包着猪肉和绿豆,用柊叶包裹,煮上8到10个小时。仍坚持手工制作的家庭会在Tet前两三天就开始准备。熬夜煮banh chung的香气,是越南人一生都难以忘怀的春节感官记忆之一。

    除了banh chung,家家户户还会为客人准备“mut”拼盘,囤积bia hoi或瓶装啤酒,并烹制大量的红烧肉、腌菜和汤。如果你在Tet期间被邀请去越南人家里做客——这个邀请绝对值得接受——请做好迎接满桌丰盛佳肴的准备。

    除夕夜与大年初一(Mung 1)

    Tet的前夜(Giao Thua,即除夕)是这个节日的情感核心。家人们聚在一起吃团圆饭,然后在午夜时分涌向寺庙或市中心。在Hanoi,还剑湖周边街道和Tran Quoc Pagoda(镇国寺)区域会吸引大量人群。在Saigon,Nguyen Hue步行街会举办官方的烟花表演。

    Mung 1——大年初一——是一年中最安静的一天。大多数商店都关门了。许多餐厅也停止营业。平时被摩托车堵得水泄不通的街道,此时显得空旷得有些不可思议。家人们通常待在家里或去拜访祖父母。如果你是游客,这一天不适合去到处找一碗pho;这一天更适合漫步在空荡荡的城市中,静静感受它的氛围。

    大年初二(Mung 2)与初三(Mung 3):社交日

    按照传统,Mung 2是回娘家拜访妻子家人的日子。Mung 3则是拜访老师、导师和密友的日子。这种提着水果篮、盒装mut和葡萄酒的拜访循环会持续整个第一周。“Li xi”(压岁钱)是装满现金的红包,发给孩子和年长的亲戚。按照习俗,金额通常不大(对于不太熟的孩子,给20,000–50,000 VND是很正常的),但心意重于金额。

    到了Mung 2或初三,一些小吃摊和小型餐厅开始恢复营业,特别是在Hanoi老城区和Saigon第一郡等游客聚集区。便利店(Circle K、GS25、Winmart)通常在整个假期都会保持营业。

    哪里开门,哪里关门

    预计从除夕到至少Mung 3,许多地方都会关门。银行、政府办公机构和大多数本地企业在整个法定假日期间都会关闭。大型超市和国际酒店会继续运营。旅游景点——Hanoi的Temple of Literature(文庙)、升龙皇城(Imperial Citadel Thang Long)、Saigon郊外的古芝地道(Cu Chi Tunnels)——通常从Mung 1起就开放,而且往往比平时更热闹,因为越南家庭也会在Tet期间参观文化景点。

    在Tet前几天,自动取款机(ATM)有时会被取空。请至少提前三天提取现金。

    游客体验Tet的最佳地点

    Hanoi给Tet期间游客的回报往往比Saigon更稳定。老城区在Mung 1会变得异常安静,这在一年中的其他任何时候都是见不到的——你可以漫步在Hang Dao街,或者站在龙编桥(Long Bien Bridge)上,而无需在车流中挣扎。寺庙的参拜活动真实且充满氛围,绝非刻意安排的表演。Tet前几天,Hang Luoc沿线和Nhat Tan周围的花市更是值得专程前往。

    Saigon则更加喧闹,充满了商业化的节日气氛。Nguyen Hue上的花街虽然人工雕琢的痕迹很重,但依然吸引了海量人群。第五郡(Cholon,堤岸区)在Tet的基础上,还叠加了其独特的农历新年庆祝活动,舞龙表演带来了截然不同的活力。

    像Hue和Hoi An这样的小城市则提供了一种更具私密感的体验——Hue尤其重视Tet,其祭祖仪式与这座城市的皇家历史紧密相连。

    如果你被邀请去别人家做客

    带些水果——五果盆(mam ngu qua)是传统的选择,在任何市场都能买到。或者,一盒mut或一小篮优质茶叶也是不错的选择。除非对方要求,否则不要给长辈送钟(与死亡有关)或鞋子。穿着要偏保守,避免穿黑色或白色,并且至少要接受一次主人提供的任何食物或饮料——立即拒绝会被视为不尊重。

    实用提示

    至少提前三周预订交通工具(火车、巴士、航班)——Tet期间的出行是越南日历上预订最火爆的时期。大城市的住宿比预想的要容易找,因为大多数国内游客都回老家省份了,而不是留在Hanoi或Saigon。在Tet刚结束的几天里,出租车、Grab打车和面向游客的服务价格会上涨,请为此预留额外的预算缓冲。
