    到达前:预订相关用语

    "Tôi có đặt phòng."(我预订了房间。) 这是你的开场白。准备好确认号或身份证件,工作人员几秒钟内就能调出你的预订信息。

    "Đặt dưới tên..."(预订人的名字是……) 如果他们没有立刻找到,请提供你的姓氏。越南酒店有时只用姓氏记录预订,或者拼写上可能会有出入。

    "Ngày check-in hôm nay / ngày mai."(今天/明天入住。) 如果你的入住日期不够明确,特别是当你提前好几天预订时,可以使用这句话。

    在前台:核心用语

    "Phòng cho mấy người?"(房间住几个人?) 即使你已经说明过,酒店通常还是会问这个问题。简单回答一句“Hai người”(两个人)或“Một người”(一个人)确认即可。

    "Giúp tôi gọi taxi được không?"(能帮我叫辆出租车吗?) 前台员工会用他们常用的应用程序(Grab、Be或当地无线电调度)帮你叫车。这比你自己拿着手机捣鼓要容易得多。

    常见坑点及避坑指南

    读错你的名字: 越南员工会尝试按发音读你的名字。“Robert”听起来可能像“Rô-bệt”。微笑着接受就好——在他们的文化中,纠正别人会显得有些苛刻。或者你可以慢慢拼出来:“R-O-B-E-R-T”。
