    交通指南

    Buon Ma Thuot拥有一个国内机场(BMV),每天都有从Saigon(1小时,800,000–1,500,000 VND)和Hanoi(1小时45分钟)起飞的航班。从Da Nang出发没有直飞航班——你需要在Saigon转机或乘坐巴士。

    从Nha Trang走陆路:沿QL26向西行驶190 km,乘坐巴士约需4–5小时(Phuong Trang运营此路线,票价约150,000 VND)。从Da Lat出发:沿QL27向北行驶200 km,旅行时间大致相同。

    抵达Buon Ma Thuot后,从市中心乘坐出租车或Grab前往博物馆只需10分钟。车费预计在25,000–40,000 VND之间。

    展览大厅

    三个主展厅分别涵盖了全球咖啡历史、越南咖啡文化以及世界各地的冲泡方法。越南展厅的内容最为丰富——它追溯了从法国殖民时期的种植园,到1975年后的集体化时期,再到1990年代小农场爆发式增长的历程,正是这一发展使Dak Lak成为了罗布斯塔咖啡的重镇。这里还有一个按1:1比例复制的传统Ede长屋,内部设有咖啡制备区。

    杯测与品鉴

    馆内的咖啡厅提供有专人指导的品鉴活动(50,000 VND可品尝五杯不同风味的咖啡)。工作人员会带你了解罗布斯塔、阿拉比卡和“ca phe chon”(猫屎咖啡)——最后一种因动物福利问题而备受争议,但博物馆将其作为文化历史进行展示,而非推销。你也可以花25,000 VND买一杯标准的“ca phe sua da”(越南冰咖啡)。

    花园

    沿着一条环形步道走上15分钟,沿途可以看到贴有标签的咖啡树、胡椒藤和可可树。如果你之后打算去参观种植园,这会很有帮助——你将提前了解自己会看到什么。

    博物馆的成人门票为60,000 VND(截至2024年)。建议预留2–3小时的时间来体验所有项目,包括品鉴。

    附近美食

    Buon Ma Thuot的餐饮以中部高原的特色美食为主。在距离博物馆2 km的范围内:

    • Com Tam Ba Ghien(Ly Thuong Kiet街):烤猪肉碎米饭——这是一道随着移民北上的南部经典美食。每份价格在35,000–50,000 VND之间。这里的Com Tam使用炭火烧烤,你在街上就能闻到香味。
