    Madame Lan

    Luna Pub & Restaurant

    Citron at InterContinental Da Nang

    Nha Hang Nam Giao

    Nam Giao 位于 An Thuong,规模较小且知名度不及上述餐厅,但专精于顺化宫廷菜——这些为阮朝皇帝研发的菜肴,比起分量更注重摆盘与风味的复杂层次。蟹黄“banh canh”、清汤蒸米饺和莲子慢炖猪肉都是稳妥的选择。员工可以用英语解释菜品,沟通无碍。如果你已经游览过顺化的景点,并希望在更优雅的环境中重温那些风味,这里是绝佳选择。主菜价格在 180,000–280,000 VND 之间。

    越南中部的饮食特色

    顺化的烹饪传统——精致、平衡、大量使用新鲜香草和发酵调味品——贯穿了岘港大多数严肃的烹饪实践。你还会发现“bun bo hue”(来自顺化的香辣牛肉米粉汤),在这里的出品比原产地之外的大多数城市都要正宗。漫长的海岸线意味着菜单上更多出现的是礁鱼、螃蟹、海胆和螳螂虾,而非冷冻进口海鲜。

    越南中部的饮食文化也与古都的艺术和礼仪交织在一起。如果你想深入了解盘中风味的背景,距离岘港 30 km 的嗣德陵(Tomb of Tu Duc)和顺化的阮朝御膳房非常值得花一个下午去探索。

    对于 Citron,请至少提前三天预订,并在用餐前一天确认——毕竟前往山茶半岛的路程较远,如果临时闭店会非常扫兴。

    实用信息

    这些餐厅大多聚集在 Bach Dang、Tran Phu 和 An Thuong 区域——如果你住在海滩附近,这 2 km 的路程完全可以步行。如果晚餐后需要返回,使用 Grab 打车既便宜又方便。Waterfront 和 Citron 接受信用卡支付;在其他地方,携带现金更为稳妥。
