    Ganh Son 究竟是什么

    Ganh Son——有时被称为 Suoi Tien 或红沙峡谷——是一条由浅溪穿过红色、橙色和白色砂岩层切割而成的狭窄峡谷。它位于 Phan Thiet 东北约 25 km 处,地处沿着越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)中部这一带延伸的沿海沙丘系统的边缘。这些地貌并非火山活动或人工开凿的产物,而是几个世纪以来水流对柔软的红土和砂岩沉积物进行侵蚀的结果。

    当地人早就知道这个地方。直到 21 世纪初,随着 Mui Ne(무이네 / 美奈 / ムイネー)度假村的繁荣为周边地区带来了更多游客,它才开始出现在旅游地图上。

    为什么游客会去这里

    Ganh Son 并不是一个需要花上一整天游玩的目的地。它是一个奇特且极具上镜感的绕道之选——那种让你感觉仿佛在另一个星球上漫步了 45 分钟的地方。它的吸引力很简单:色彩确实与众不同,徒步轻松,而且几乎不需要花钱。

    摄影师们会在清晨或傍晚前来,此时低角度的光线打在峡谷壁上,使其呈现出令人惊艳的色彩。家庭游客来这里是因为孩子们喜欢在溪流中蹚水。其他人来这里则是因为它能让人从海滩中抽离出来,花上 20 分钟体验截然不同的风景。

    最佳游览时间

    旱季——11 月至次年 4 月——是理想的游览时间。溪流保持在较浅的水位(最多到小腿肚),脚下的沙子很结实,而且下午的阵雨也不会让你在峡谷中央淋成落汤鸡。

    在雨季(5 月至 10 月),水位会不可预测地上涨。在倾盆大雨之后,溪流可能会达到膝盖的高度,峡谷底部也会变得湿滑。虽然这并不危险,但体验感会大打折扣,而且阴沉的天空会让你期待的色彩对比变得黯淡无光。

    专门针对摄影爱好者:请在早上 6:30–8:00 或下午 4:00 之后前往。正午的阳光会产生刺眼的阴影,并使红色的饱和度降低。

    如何前往

    从 Phan Thiet(最近的交通枢纽城市)出发,Ganh Son 位于其东北方向约 25 km 处——骑摩托车或乘坐出租车大约需要 35 分钟。

    • 从 Phan Thiet 或 Mui Ne 租摩托车:每天 120,000–150,000 VND。全程都是铺装路面。沿 DT716 向北朝 Ham Tien 方向行驶,然后按照指向 Suoi Tien 的路标行驶。
    • 从 Mui Ne 度假村地带乘坐 Grab 汽车:单程约 150,000–200,000 VND。
    • 跟团游:大多数 Mui Ne 的旅行社会将 Ganh Son 与白沙丘和渔村捆绑在一起,价格为每人 250,000–400,000 VND(半日游)。

    如果您从 Da Lat(距离约 160 km,乘巴士需 4 小时)出发,可以乘坐任何南下的巴士前往 Phan Thiet,然后从那里安排当地交通。每天都有从 Da Lat 的 Lien Khuong 地区出发的直达巴士,票价约为 180,000 VND。

    游玩项目

    漫步峡谷底部

    这是重头戏。在入口处脱掉鞋子,卷起裤腿,在浅溪中逆流而上。峡谷时宽时窄,变幻莫测。有些路段是平滑的沙底;有些路段则是会在脚趾间挤压的黏土。建议预留 30–45 分钟,以便轻松地走到尽头并折返。

    攀登沙丘山脊

    沿着峡谷的几个地方,有被侵蚀的小路通向边缘。从顶部,您可以将周围的灌木丛尽收眼底,在晴朗的日子里,还能看到远处的海岸。这里的沙子柔软而深厚。非常适合拍摄俯瞰峡谷的全景照片。

    滑沙

    孩子们(以及不介意弄脏衣服的大人们)可以坐在纸板或塑料布上,从较陡的沙丘表面滑下来。入口处的当地小贩出售这种简易滑板,价格为 20,000 VND。这是一种低科技含量的乐趣。

    游览仙女溪区域

    穿过主峡谷后,溪流继续流经一片更平坦、更开阔的白沙地貌。这里更加安静,很少有游客愿意走到这么远。再蹚水 15 分钟,您就能看到一些被风雕琢而成的有趣石柱。

    在周围的沙丘上观赏日落

    如果时间合适,Ganh Son 周围的红白沙丘非常值得您多逗留片刻。沙子在黄金时刻的光线下熠熠生辉,毫不费力就能拍出绝美的照片。

    附近就餐推荐

    Ganh Son 本身没有餐厅——只有几个卖椰子水(25,000 VND)和瓶装水的饮料摊贩。如果要吃正餐,请返回 Mui Ne 或 Phan Thiet。

    有两样美食值得一试:

    • 鱼饼 Banh canh——Phan Thiet 版本的做法是在猪肉鱼汤中加入粗木薯面条。可以在 Phan Thiet 的 Nguyen Tat Thanh 街沿线寻找摊位。一碗的价格为 35,000–45,000 VND。
    • Mui Ne 渔村的新鲜海鲜——早上直接从渔船上购买,然后让附近的厨房为您烧烤。根据捕获量的不同,预计每盘 80,000–150,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Ganh Son 没有住宿设施。您需要以 Mui Ne 或 Phan Thiet 为大本营:

    • 经济型:Mui Ne 背包客街沿线的客栈,每晚 200,000–400,000 VND。设施简单但很干净,大多数包含早餐。
    • 中档型:远离海滩的精品度假村,每晚 800,000–1,500,000 VND。可以使用游泳池,提供不错的自助早餐。
    • 奢华型:带有私人泳池的海滨度假村,每晚 2,500,000+ VND。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 带一个塑料袋装手机和钱包。水花会溅起来。溪流虽然不深,但难免会绊倒。
    • 穿你不心疼的短裤。 红黏土会在布料上留下永久的污渍。穿白衣服绝对是个糟糕的主意。
    • 周末请尽早前往。 到了上午 9 点,旅游大巴就会抵达,峡谷里会显得拥挤。工作日的早晨,你可能会独享这片美景。
    • 没有门票——严格来说是这样。当地人有时会收取 10,000–15,000 VND 的摩托车“停车费”。这不是官方收费,但不值得为此争论。
    • 在肩膀和脖子上涂抹防晒霜。 峡谷壁会反射热量,而且你全程都会暴露在阳光下。

    避免常见的错误

    • 穿人字拖下水。 它们会被吸进黏土里。请光脚或穿带脚后跟带的涉水凉鞋。
    • 正午时分游览。 上午 11 点到下午 2 点之间,峡谷会变成一个大烤箱。没有阴凉,没有微风,光线刺眼。拍出的照片很糟糕,走起来也不舒服。
    • 因为它听起来很商业化而跳过它。 是的,它出现在每一个 Mui Ne 的行程中。但它仍然值得你花 45 分钟的时间。这里的地质是真实且不寻常的——这不是一个人造景点。
    • 不带水。 入口处的摊贩要价过高。请自带水壶。

    实用须知

    Ganh Son 最适合作为早晨的一站,与 Mui Ne 地区的其他景点(白沙丘、渔村,或许还有一顿海鲜午餐)结合起来游玩。它不是一个值得你单独驱车数小时前往的目的地,但如果你在越南中部的这个区域,绕道来这里绝对物超所值。包括从 Mui Ne 出发的车程在内,请预留 1–1.5 小时的总时间。
