    Tra Que 究竟是什么

    Tra Que 是一个仍在运作的蔬菜村,位于 Hoi An 古城东北约 3 km 处,夹在 De Vong 河与纵横交错的狭窄灌溉渠之间。大约 300 年来,这里的农民一直在同一片沙质土地上种植香草和蔬菜,他们使用附近 Tra Que 泻湖的海藻作为肥料,而不是化学肥料。这个村庄供应了 Hoi An 各大餐厅餐盘里的大部分新鲜香草——你那碗“cao lau”里的薄荷,堆在“mi quang”旁边的罗勒,以及夹在“[banh xeo](/posts/banh-xeo-vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)-sizzling-pancake)”里的紫苏叶。

    如何前往

    从 Hoi An 市中心出发,沿着 Hai Ba Trung 街向北骑自行车 10-15 分钟即可到达 Tra Que,途中会穿过 De Vong 河上的小桥,然后顺着指向 Tra Que 的路标走即可。在 Hoi An 租一辆自行车每天的费用为 30,000-50,000 VND,而且全程都是平坦的道路。

    如果从 Da Nang 出发,距离大约 35 km,开车或骑摩托车需要 50-60 分钟,沿着沿海公路向南穿过 Cua Dai 即可。从 Da Nang 叫一辆 Grab 汽车单程大约需要 250,000-350,000 VND。如果你住在 Da Nang,最好将此行程与 Hoi An 的一日游结合起来,而不是单独跑一趟。

    如果你从 An Bang 附近的 Hoi An 海滩酒店带出发,村子向内陆方向只有大约 2 km 的距离——骑自行车非常轻松。

    参加农作与烹饪体验

    避开有组织的旅行团,只需早点骑自行车过来即可。菜地之间网格状的小路是开放且可步行的。你会看到戴着“non la”斗笠的农民在真正地劳作——铺撒海藻覆盖物、收割空心菜、将香草捆扎好准备上市。请保持尊重,不要践踏农作物,在近距离拍摄人物之前请先征求同意。

    尝试草药足浴

    几户人家提供用当地种植的柠檬草、罗勒和药草浸泡的足浴。费用约为 50,000 VND,耗时 20 分钟,在炎热的天气里骑行后,这是一种出人意料的有效放松方式。这不是什么水疗护理——只是在某人家门廊上的一个铁盆而已。

    骑行环线前往 Cam Thanh

    与其原路返回 Hoi An,不如从 Tra Que 继续向南前往以水椰林和簸箕船游览而闻名的 Cam Thanh 村。这条环线骑自行车大约需要一个小时,途经稻田和宁静的乡间小路。这是 Hoi An 地区最好的骑行路线。

    附近就餐推荐

    大多数游客会在农作体验中用餐,但如果你想单独找地方吃饭:

    “Mi quang (미꽝 / 广南面 / ミークアン)” ——在 Hoi An 地区,几乎每一碗这种染着姜黄色的面条里都会出现 Tra Que 的香草。在返回镇上主干道旁的小路边摊上尝一碗吧。一份的价格为 30,000-40,000 VND。

    “Com ga”(鸡肉饭) ——距离 Hoi An 的招牌午餐菜肴只有很短的骑行路程。Phan Chu Trinh 街上的 Ba Buoi 是标准的推荐餐厅,这是有充分理由的。每份 40,000 VND 起。

    如果想吃得更丰盛一些,向东 10 分钟路程的 An Bang 海滩沿岸的餐厅供应价格合理的新鲜海鲜。

    住宿推荐

    Tra Que 本身有几家民宿,大多是简单的家庭经营场所,每晚收费 300,000-600,000 VND。住在村子里意味着你可以在晨光初现时走到田野里,这绝对是物有所值的。

    大多数游客住在 Hoi An 市区或海滩沿岸。Hoi An 的经济型宾馆起价约为 250,000 VND;带游泳池的中档酒店价格在 800,000-1,500,000 VND 之间。An Bang 海滩地区有精品酒店可供选择,价格在 1,500,000-3,000,000 VND 之间。

    当地人会告诉你的实用建议

    • 带上帽子和水。 菜地里几乎没有阴凉处。在 5 月到 8 月,光涂防晒霜是不够的。
    • 穿不怕弄脏的鞋子。 人字拖可以穿,但会沾满泥巴。包头的水陆两栖鞋是最理想的。
    • 携带现金。 这里没有刷卡机。自动取款机都在 Hoi An 镇上。
    • 尽可能直接向当地家庭预订烹饪体验,而不是通过 Hoi An 酒店的旅游咨询台,因为他们会加收 30-50% 的差价。可以让你的住宿方提前打电话——许多 Tra Que 家庭没有英文的在线预订系统。
    • Vietnamese coffee (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー) 在这里并不常见——请自带,或者在出发前先去 Hoi An 的咖啡馆喝一杯。

    常见错误

    中午抵达。 上午 11 点到下午 2 点之间,村子里空无一人,因为天气太热无法工作。你只会看到空荡荡的田野和关门的厨房。

    把它当成拍照道具。 未经允许就走进别人的庄稼地里拍照,是惹恼当地居民最快的方式。除非受到邀请进入田地,否则请走在小路上。

    不骑自行车。 乘小汽车或面包车去 Tra Que 会让你失去一半的体验。穿过稻田、越过河流的骑行过程本身就是体验的一部分。

    实用须知

    Tra Que 最适合作为早上的行程,下午可以结合游览 Hoi An 古城或 An Bang 海滩。包括交通时间在内,请预留半天的时间。如果你在 Da Nang (다낭 / 岘港 / ダナン) 游玩,这可以作为一个轻松的一日游附加项目——只需尽早向南驱车前往,以便在村庄还充满活力的时候赶到。
