    从 Hue 到 Hoi An 之间约 120 公里的路程,是那种让人们在旅程结束后依然久久难忘的驾车体验。这条沿海公路翻越 Hai Van Pass,下行进入 Lang Co,穿过 Da Nang,最终将你带入 Hoi An 灯火辉煌的街道。建议骑摩托车前往,早点出发,把每一个停靠点都当作一顿美餐。

    早晨 — Hue:出发前的能量补给

    别空着肚子离开 Hue。这座城市拥有越南最独特的早餐文化之一,如果为了赶时间而错过,到第 30 公里时你一定会后悔。

    前往 Nguyen Binh Khiem 街上的 Ba Do,来一碗“bun bo Hue”——这是该市标志性的粗米粉牛肉汤,带有浓郁的香茅和虾酱味。价格在 40,000–55,000 VND 左右,厨房早上 6 点就开始营业了。这和你会在 Hanoi 或 Saigon 吃到的改良版完全不同;正宗的版本有着深厚的香料味和一种属于这座城市特有的风味。

    如果你想吃点清淡的,可以在 Dong Ba 市场周围的小店里找一碗“banh canh cua”——这是一种用浓稠汤底熬制的蟹肉粗米粉。

    最晚 8 点出发。中午时分,山口会变得雾气蒙蒙且风力强劲。

    攀登 — Hai Van Pass

    山口海拔约 500 米,从 Hue 方向骑行大约需要 40 分钟。记得在山顶停下来。那里有废弃的法式堡垒和越南军事碉堡,还有小摊贩售卖甘蔗汁和方便面。

    别吃方便面。休息时花 15,000 VND 买杯甘蔗汁(nuoc mia)就很好。真正的美食在山下。

    一碗诱人的越南 Pho,配有牛肉、新鲜香草和浓郁的汤底,盛在白碗中。

    Lang Co — 海鲜补给站

    在下坡前往 Da Nang 的途中,你会经过 Lang Co——这是一个夹在泻湖和大海之间的狭长半岛。在这里停车吧,这里是吃海鲜的好地方。

    Lang Co 泻湖沿岸的餐馆大多是露天的,摆着塑料椅子,门口放着水箱,供应烤蛤蜊(ngheu nuong)和蒸血蚶(so huyet),价格非常便宜。一盘配有葱油和烤花生的蛤蜊大约 60,000–80,000 VND。如果你想奢侈一下,蒸螃蟹的价格约为 150,000–200,000 VND,具体取决于大小和季节。

    不用纠结选哪家餐馆。沿着街道走,指着水箱里的海鲜点菜,然后坐下即可。泻湖美景是免费赠送的。

    为这一站预留 45 分钟的时间,绝对值得。

    Da Nang — 咖啡与“Banh Mi”

    如果你保持合理的车速,会在上午晚些时候抵达 Da Nang。这座城市是人和摩托车补充能量的合理停靠点。

    Da Nang 的“banh mi”水平比大多数人预期的要高。Banh Mi Phuong 在这里有分店(总店在 Hoi An),但当地人更倾向于 Bach Dang 街附近的小店。寻找那些做 banh mi op la(煎蛋版)的摊位,适合上午 10 点还在附近徘徊的早餐客。价格约 25,000–35,000 VND。

    至于咖啡,Da Nang 的 An Thuong 海滩附近聚集了许多小咖啡馆。来一杯 25,000 VND 的“ca phe sua da”(加炼乳的越南冰咖啡),在继续向南冲刺前休息十五分钟,是一个明智的计划。

    下午 — Hoi An:真正的美食之旅开始

    你会在下午早些时候到达 Hoi An,时间刚刚好。在傍晚游客潮涌入之前,古镇还算清静,在这里吃午餐将是这趟旅程中最棒的体验之一。

    去 Quan Hoai 吃“cao lau”——这是 Hoi An 特有的菜肴,用粗而有嚼劲的面条制成,当地人声称只有使用该地区特定水井的水才能制作出来。铺在上面的猪肉片、米饼和当地蔬菜赋予了它越南中部其他地方无法比拟的口感和风味。一碗大约 45,000–60,000 VND。

    如果你想在午餐后吃点边走边吃的小食,“banh xeo”——这种塞满虾和豆芽的姜黄面糊煎饼——在 Hoi An 到处都是。用芥菜叶和米纸包裹着吃,再配上香草。这种吃法和味道一样重要。

    晚上,在著名的日本廊桥附近找个地方,点一份“mi quang”——这是一种宽大的姜黄黄色面条,配以少量汤汁,上面撒有花生、香草和虾片。它吃起来比听起来清淡,是结束这一天跨越两省美食之旅的完美方式。

    实用贴士

    在 Hue 租一辆半自动或手动摩托车,每天费用为 150,000–200,000 VND;大多数旅馆都能代为安排。Hai Van Pass 的路面平整,状况良好,但云雾和强风可能会迅速袭来——出发前请查看天气预报。如果你对骑行没有信心,Easy Rider 向导可以提供相同的路线服务,每人费用约 700,000–900,000 VND,他们对路上的每一个美食停靠点都了如指掌。
