为什么Dak Nong的美食不容错过

Dak Nong与Central Highlands(중부 고원 / 中部高原 / 中部高原)一样,对“thit nuong”——炭火烤肉(通常是牛肉或猪肉)情有独钟。肉切得很薄,用大蒜、鱼露和糖腌制,吃的时候用生菜或米纸卷起来,再配上一大把新鲜香草:薄荷、香菜、紫苏和罗勒。除非你找到一家牛肉品质极佳的店,否则大多数烤肉可能并不出彩。在当地的烤肉店,满满一份(够两个人吃)的价格在80,000–120,000 VND之间。

“Banh hoai”和“Banh mi”随处可见。这里的Banh mi比你在Saigon找到的要简单:面包更短,肉酱更少,腌菜更多。夹着冷切肉或肉酱的Banh mi售价为15,000–25,000 VND。当地的Banh hoai——一种口感扎实、微甜的米粉糕——在市场附近的街边摊有售,每份8,000–12,000 VND。各家味道大同小异,唯一的区别在于你是买到了从早上6点就开始制作的摊贩的手艺,还是买到了上午才刚出摊的。

市场美食与小吃

Dak Nong Market(Cho Dak Nong)是主要的聚集地,位于市中心的Tran Phu街。这里不是旅游景点,所以物价反映了当地人的收入水平。你会发现:

  • 卖“Banh canh”的摊位,有清汤木薯面,也有汤汁稍显浓稠的猪肉螃蟹面。一碗20,000–30,000 VND。它的口感比南方的Banh canh更有嚼劲,也更粗糙;有人非常喜欢,也有人觉得太黏糊。
  • 糯米饭配烤花生、芝麻和盐。每包10,000 VND。用手抓着吃,撕下一小块,蘸着鱼露和辣椒。
  • “[Com tam](/posts/com-tam-saigon (사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)-broken-rice)”——碎米饭——配有烤猪排、煎蛋、腌菜和一小碟鱼露。30,000–40,000 VND。这里的米饭比Saigon的更粗糙,有些人反而觉得这样更有嚼头。
  • 烤鱼饼和串在签子上的“[Cha ca](/posts/cha-ca-la-vong-hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)-grilled-fish)”(鱼肉饼)。三串15,000–20,000 VND。

如果想尝到最好的摊位,请在早上7点前到达。到了上午9点,一半的摊贩就已经在收摊了。

森林香草与野菜

Dak Nong美食的一大特色是使用来自周边森林的香草和野菜。“Rau day”(苋菜)、“rau trang”(马齿苋)以及几十种地方特有品种经常出现在餐馆的餐桌和家庭的饭菜中。它们并不总是标在菜单上;你只会看到它们和烤肉一起捆在盘子里,或者被加在汤中。

在当地的“quan com”(米饭店),你可以点一盘包含三四种野菜的拼盘,焯水或生吃均可,价格为15,000–20,000 VND。和肉一起吃,蘸点盐或鱼露。它们带有一点苦味和矿物质的味道,完全不同于你在城市超市里买到的那种软趴趴的生菜。

当地人去哪吃:quan com与Pho店

真正吃正餐的地方是散布在镇上的小型“quan com”(米饭店)。这些地方没有多余的装饰,只有塑料凳、大长桌,以及一个柜台,老板会在那里盛饭,并舀出5到10种炒菜或炖菜。走进去,指着你想要的菜,坐下,开吃。一顿丰盛的饭——米饭、两道菜、一碗汤和一小份青菜——花费在40,000–60,000 VND之间。

Pho店随处可见,味道也大同小异。大多数店早上6点开门,上午10点关门,然后下午6点重新营业做第二波生意。一碗牛肉或鸡肉Pho(쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー)的价格是25,000–35,000 VND。汤头清淡简单,通常只熬制几个小时而不是过夜。旁边会配上一盘香草、豆芽和青柠(通常是免费的),你可以把青柠汁挤进去。如果你住在市中心的宾馆,步行2分钟内至少能找到两家Pho店。

避坑指南:明显的游客陷阱

在Ngo Quyen街和Hung Vuong街上有几家餐厅,提供英文菜单和每道菜的照片。他们的价格会标高50–100%,而且食物通常是重新加热的。在这里,一份简单的烤鱼可能要150,000 VND,而在当地餐馆只要60,000 VND。直接略过它们吧。你不是在Hanoi或Saigon;没有理由为了一份英文菜单买单。

木薯与玉米美食

Dak Nong是一个农业重镇,木薯和玉米是全省田间随处可见的农作物。市场摊位和小咖啡馆里会出现“Banh mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー) cassava”(木薯面包)和“banh bap”(玉米饼)。它们的口感更紧实,微甜,在旅游区不太常见。木薯面包每片10,000 VND;玉米饼价格相近。除非你对当地的淀粉主食感到好奇,否则这两者都算不上什么亮点。

咖啡

Dak Nong位于Central Highlands的咖啡带上,镇上随处可见小咖啡馆。这里的“Ca phe sua da (연유커피 / 越南冰咖啡 / ベトナムアイスコーヒー)”(冰奶咖啡)比你在Saigon喝到的要稀一些,也稍微苦一点;许多当地烘焙师对咖啡豆的烘焙程度较浅。一杯咖啡的价格是12,000–18,000 VND。如果你对咖啡很讲究,可以自己带咖啡豆去咖啡馆请他们代为冲泡(有些店会收取5,000 VND的服务费)。否则,就接受Central Highlands咖啡这种需要慢慢适应的口味吧,或者直接点一杯“ca phe den da”(黑冰咖啡)。

消费预期

按照越南的标准,Dak Nong的物价确实很便宜。在当地米饭店吃一顿包含米饭、两道主菜、汤和青菜的丰盛大餐,只需40,000–60,000 VND(约合1.70–2.50美元)。两人份的烤肉是80,000–120,000 VND。一个Banh mi是15,000–25,000 VND。一碗Pho是25,000–35,000 VND。即使你在镇上所谓的“高档”餐厅就餐,一顿饭加一杯饮料的人均花费也不会超过150,000–200,000 VND。

实用建议

Dak Nong镇很小(大约5万人),所以大部分的就餐时间集中在早上6–9点,午餐是上午11点–下午1点,晚餐是下午5–7点。这里基本没有吃宵夜的习惯。市场是寻找便宜、快捷食物的最稳妥选择,而且不需要懂越南语。大多数街头摊贩和店主都不会说英语,所以准备一个翻译软件或练习几句常用语会很有帮助。别指望有菜单;直接指着食物问价格就行。
