    Minh Chau Beach 究竟是什么样的地方

    Minh Chau Beach 位于 Quan Lan Island 的东侧,该岛是 Quang Ninh 省 Bai Tu Long Bay 群岛的一部分。这是一片长约 1.5 km 的新月形浅色沙滩,背后是茂密的木麻黄树,面向开阔的北部湾(Gulf of Tonkin),而不是大多数人印象中 Ha Long Bay 那种受保护的石灰岩喀斯特水域。沙滩后方的村庄——Minh Chau 乡——规模不大,宁静祥和,很大程度上仍保留着渔村的风貌。这里虽然有旅游基础设施,但尚未过度商业化。

    Quan Lan Island 几个世纪以来一直有人居住,并在 Tran Dynasty(13至14世纪)时期曾作为贸易港口。岛上至今仍能找到 Quan Lan 公社的遗址和几座古老的寺庙。不过,大多数游客来这里是为了沙滩和大海,而不是为了探寻历史。

    为什么游客会去那里

    Minh Chau Beach 吸引着那些想要享受纯粹海滩时光的游客,这里没有 Phu Quoc 那种度假小镇的喧嚣,也没有 Ha Long Bay (하롱베이 / 下龙湾 / ハロン湾) 热门景点如 Cat Ba 那样拥挤的人群。这里水质清澈,沙质细腻,在一年中的大部分时间里,你沿着海岸线漫步 20 分钟,遇到的人可能一只手就数得过来。

    这里也是避开常规游船路线的绝佳选择。Bai Tu Long Bay 的游客数量远少于它著名的邻居,而 Quan Lan Island 更是位于这片海域的最外缘。如果你已经在 Quang Ninh,并且想花两三天时间彻底放空自己,这里绝对是个不错的选择。

    最佳游玩时间

    建议在 5 月到 9 月之间前往。6 月到 8 月是旅游旺季——水温适宜,阵雨过后的天空通常十分晴朗,整个岛屿充满生机。5 月和 9 月处于旺季两端:游客较少,天气略微多变,但依然非常适合游泳。

    尽量避开 12 月到 2 月。东北季风会给海湾带来寒冷阴沉的天气,水温下降,许多客栈会缩减营业规模甚至关门歇业。3 月和 4 月是过渡期——天气开始回暖,但经常起雾,这可能会导致快艇服务延误或取消。

    如何从 Hanoi 前往

    从 Hanoi 出发的总行程大约需要 5–6 小时,包括陆路和水路。

    第一步:从 Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ) 到 Cai Rong 港口 (Van Don)。 可以从 My Dinh 或 Bai Chay 汽车站乘坐巴士前往 Cai Rong。乘坐直达的豪华中巴车费用约为 250,000–350,000 VND,车程约 3.5–4 小时,具体取决于交通状况。你也可以自驾或包车——大部分路程都是沿着 Ha Long 高速公路行驶。

    第二步:从 Cai Rong 到 Quan Lan Island。 快艇从 Cai Rong 港口出发,通常有上午班次(约 8:00–8:30 AM)和下午班次(约 1:00–2:00 PM)。航程为 45–60 分钟。单程票价约为 100,000–150,000 VND。还有一种速度较慢的木制渡轮,大约需要 2 小时,价格更便宜,但时刻表不太稳定。

    从 Quan Lan 码头出发,向东约 8 km 即可到达 Minh Chau Beach。你可以在码头租一辆摩托车,价格为每天 100,000–150,000 VND,或者乘坐码头等候的 xe om(摩托车出租车),费用约为 40,000–50,000 VND。

    游玩项目

    游泳与海滩漫步

    这是最不容错过的体验。Minh Chau 的海滩足够长,即使在繁忙的周末,你也能找到一片属于自己的清净之地。向海里走 30–40 米水依然很浅,对不太自信的游泳者非常友好。夏天几乎没有暗流,不过如果天气看起来很恶劣,最好还是向当地人确认一下安全情况。

    环岛骑行

    Quan Lan Island 面积不大,骑摩托车几个小时就能环岛一圈。道路大部分铺有柏油,不过靠近南海岸的一些路段比较崎岖。你可以在 Quan Lan Beach(另一个主要海滩,离码头更近)停下来看看,骑车穿过渔村,去参观古老的 Quan Lan 公社——这是一个简朴但很有氛围的 Tran Dynasty 时期遗址,里面有一些雕刻的龙和褪色的壁画。

    夜观捕鱿船

    天黑后在海滩上,你可以看到水面上点缀着捕鱿船的灯光。他们使用明亮的绿光和白光来吸引鱿鱼浮出水面。这是一件微小、不起眼却总能让人难以忘怀的事情。

    观赏日出

    Minh Chau 面朝东方。如果你习惯早起,海湾上的日出绝对值得你定一个早上 5:00 的闹钟。木麻黄树将晨光巧妙地框入景中,随手一拍就是大片。

    徒步前往 Son Hao Beach

    Son Hao 是 Minh Chau 以南一个更小、更原生态的海滩,骑摩托车一小段路后,再穿过树林步行即可到达。这里缺乏人工维护——没有躺椅,也没有小贩——这究竟是优点还是缺点,完全取决于你想要什么样的体验。

    附近美食推荐

    海鲜是这里的重头戏。Minh Chau Beach 沿岸以及村里的客栈会供应当天早上刚打捞上来的海产——烤蛤蜊、清蒸螃蟹、蒜蓉炒鱿鱼。按照旅游区的标准,这里的价格非常合理:在大多数当地餐馆,两人份的丰盛海鲜大餐大约只需 300,000–500,000 VND。

    有两样特色美食特别值得一试:

    • “Sam”(鲎肉沙拉): 这是 Quan Lan 的特色。鲎肉与香草、青柠和辣椒混合在一起。它的味道和口感可能需要适应一下,但这是地道的当地美食,在其他地方很难找到。一定要在信誉好的餐厅品尝——因为 Sam 的处理过程非常讲究。
    • 搭配当地虾的鲜虾“goi cuon”(春卷): 一些家庭经营的餐厅会用当天捕获的海湾小虾制作春卷。简单、清爽,搭配冰镇啤酒味道极佳。

    说到啤酒——“bia hoi”(生啤)在这里并不流行,但随处都能买到标准的越南啤酒(Bia Ha Noi、Bia Saigon),价格为每罐 15,000–25,000 VND。

    住宿推荐

    Minh Chau 的住宿主要是客栈和小型民宿。不要期待有度假村级别的精致。

    • 经济型(200,000–400,000 VND/晚): 村里民宿的基础风扇房。足够干净,提供冷水淋浴,通常配有薄床垫和蚊帐。
    • 中档型(500,000–900,000 VND/晚): 靠近海滩的较新客栈里的空调房。部分包含早餐。Minh Chau Beach Resort 是这个价位中最成熟的选择。
    • 高端型: 选择不多。有几家新开的住宿提供条件更好的客房,价格在 1,000,000–1,500,000 VND 之间,但追求奢华的游客应适当降低期望。

    如果在 7 月和 8 月的周末前往,请提前预订。如果是周中,通常可以直接前往入住。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 携带现金。 岛上没有 ATM 机。少数地方接受通过应用程序进行银行转账,但不要过于依赖这种方式。
    • 防晒霜和驱蚊液。 木麻黄树的树荫能提供一些遮挡,但海滩大部分是暴露在阳光下的。黄昏时分沙蝇可能会很猖獗。

    避免常见误区

    • 试图从 Ha Long Bay 出发进行一日游。 交通安排会非常不便。Quan Lan Island 值得至少住上一晚,最理想是住两晚。
    • 以为餐厅会营业到很晚。 大多数厨房在晚上 8:30–9:00 就会关闭。请尽早吃晚餐或备好零食。
    • 跳过 Son Hao。 Minh Chau 是主要景点,但骑车 10 分钟即可到达的 Son Hao 能带来完全不同的感受。绝对值得绕道去看看。
    • 在冬天来这里期待一场海滩之旅。 那时天气会阴沉、多风,气温只有 16°C。适合探索岛屿,但绝对不适合游泳。

    实用须知

    Minh Chau Beach 最适合作为从 Hanoi 出发的 2–3 天短途旅行,或者作为在 Ha Long Bay 游玩后的延伸行程。这里没有长长的活动清单——无所事事才是这里的精髓。每天的预算大约在 1,500,000–2,500,000 VND 左右,包括岛上的住宿、餐饮和交通。
