    Mang Den位于Central Highlands(中部高原)海拔约1200米处,是一座被松林和咖啡园环绕的小镇,大多数外国游客从未听说过这里。多年来,它一直被越南游客称为“Kon Tum的Da Lat”,尽管这里没有Da Lat的拥挤人群或网红咖啡馆——而这正是它的魅力所在。

    Rung Thong Mang Den(字面意思是Mang Den松林)是一片广阔的天然松木林,覆盖了Kon Plong区Mang Den镇周围的群山。这里的松树并非观赏性植物;许多是树龄达数十年的卡西亚松(Pinus kesiya),漫山遍野地覆盖着山脊。在殖民时期,法国人就发现了该地区的气候潜力,就像他们发现Da Lat(大叻)和Sapa一样,但Mang Den从未建立起度假村的基础设施。直到2010年代,这里的开发才开始加速,但它给人的感觉依然更像是一个山村,而不是一个旅游小镇。

    游客为何慕名而来

    基本上有三个原因。首先是气温:Mang Den全年平均气温在18-22°C之间,与沿海地区相比,感觉就像在另一个国家。其次是宁静。即使在越南国内游客来访的周末,广袤的森林也能将人群消弭于无形。你可以在步道上走上一个小时,除了松林间的风声和远处偶尔传来的摩托车声,什么也听不到。第三,它是中部地区为数不多尚未被过度商业化的高地目的地之一。这里没有缆车,没有蜡像馆,也没有自拍公园。只有森林、湖泊和几处瀑布。

    最佳旅游时间

    11月至次年4月的旱季是最稳妥的选择。12月至2月最为凉爽——早晨气温可能降至10-12°C,在晴朗的天空下,松林的景色最为清晰迷人。3月和4月天气略微回暖,但依然舒适。

    尽量避开9月和10月。中部高原的雨季会让土路变得泥泞不堪,一些步道无法通行,而瀑布虽然水量更充沛,但很难安全抵达。6月至8月的天气则要看运气——下午经常有倾盆大雨,但早晨通常很晴朗。

    如何前往

    最近的主要交通枢纽是位于南部约130 km处的Pleiku(Gia Lai省),那里有Pleiku机场,每天都有来自Hanoi和Saigon的航班(单程通常为800,000-1,500,000 VND)。从Pleiku出发,你可以租车或包车前往Mang Den——单程大约需要3小时,费用在600,000-900,000 VND左右。

    从沿海的Quang Ngai市出发,沿QL24公路向西穿过山区,车程约180 km。开车或骑摩托车大约需要4-5小时,一旦驶离低地,就会在一些路况相当不错的山路上蜿蜒前行。当地的公交车班次很少——骑摩托车或包车更为实用。如果你自己骑车,请在Quang Ngai或QL24沿线的城镇加满油;随着海拔升高,加油站会越来越少。

    从Da Nang(越南)或Hoi An出发,路程较长——大约350 km,公路车程需7-8小时。大多数人会将Mang Den与更广泛的中部高原环线结合起来游玩,其中包括Kon Tum市和Pleiku。

    漫步松林步道

    主要的松林区就在镇外,有几条非正式的步道,从轻松的30分钟环线到较长的半日徒步路线不等。这里没有售票处,也不收门票——你只需直接走进去即可。森林地面铺满了干燥的松针,空气中弥漫着干净的松脂香气。清晨,当雾气缭绕在树干之间时,是游览的最佳时机。

    游览Mang Den湖(Ho Mang Den)

    这是镇中心的一个小型人工湖,四周被松树环绕。它的景色算不上震撼,但却是一个适合坐下来喝杯咖啡、什么都不做的好地方。傍晚时分,会有一些当地小贩在湖边售卖烤玉米和“banh trang nuong”(烤米纸)。

    探索Pa Sy瀑布

    Pa Sy距离镇上约5 km,是一个宽阔的多级瀑布,落差约15米。在旱季,你可以攀爬到瀑布底部。这里收取少量门票——大约20,000 VND。前往瀑布的道路铺有柏油,但比较狭窄。

    骑行前往Ba Na少数民族村落

    在主镇外几公里处,骑摩托车可以到达几个Ba Na社区。这里有着高耸尖顶的公共房屋——“nha rong”——非常独特。请保持尊重,不要在未受邀请的情况下走进居民家中,拍照前请先征得同意。一些村庄有小型的编织作坊,你可以观看传统的纺织工艺。

    Mang Canh或Dak Ke一日游

    如果你有摩托车并且多出一天时间,Mang Den北部和东部的道路会穿过中部高原一些最少有人涉足的乡村——梯田、河谷和更多的松林。这里没有任何旅游基础设施,所以请自带水和零食。

    附近美食

    Mang Den镇的主干道上有几家“com pho(越南河粉)”餐厅,供应基本的碟头饭和汤面。如果想品尝更具地方特色的美食,可以找找“com lam”——这是一种在炭火上用竹筒烤制的糯米饭,是高地的一种特色美食,通常搭配烤猪肉或烤鸡肉食用。它带有烟熏味,竹子赋予了它淡淡的甜味,而且非常饱腹。

    同样值得一试的还有:“ga nuong”(烤鸡),选用的是高地散养鸡,体型比低地家禽小,肉质更有嚼劲。湖边有几个地方用咖啡木炭烤制这种鸡。一整只鸡的价格大约在250,000-350,000 VND之间,足够两个人吃饱。

    住宿推荐

    住宿选择从每晚200,000-400,000 VND的基础宾馆,到收费600,000-1,200,000 VND的少数新建民宿和小型度假村不等。不要指望奢华的体验——最好的地方也只是干净、有热水、床铺舒适,这里可没有Da Lat那种精品酒店林立的景象。郊区的几家民宿设有面向松林的阳台,预订时值得询问一下。

    在Tet(越南春节)和越南的长假周末期间,即使是Mang Den有限的客房也会被订满。如果你打算在Lunar New Year(农历新年)前后前往,请务必提前预订。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 即使在夏天也要带件外套。太阳落山后,傍晚的气温会急剧下降。
    • 大多数地方只收现金。镇上只有一台ATM机(Agribank),周末有时会被取空。
    • 如果你骑摩托车,请在进入山路前检查刹车。通往QL24的下坡路段有一些陡峭蜿蜒的部分。
    • 手机信号(Viettel)在镇上通常不错,但在森林步道和偏僻小路上时断时续。
    • 湖边小咖啡馆的Vietnamese coffee(越南咖啡)非常地道——Mang Den位于咖啡种植区,所以使用的都是本地咖啡豆。

    需要避免的常见错误

    • 把它当作一日游。 从沿海开车的路程很长,当天往返会把大部分时间浪费在路上。至少在这里住上一晚。
    • 期望拥有Da Lat那样的基础设施。 这里没有夜市,没有网红咖啡街,晚上8点后餐厅的选择也很有限。这是享受清静所必须付出的代价。
    • 不骑摩托车。 Mang Den最美的风景在各个地点之间的路上,而不是在任何单一的景点。如果没有自己的交通工具,你就只能困在这个宜人但很小的镇中心。

    实用须知

    Mang Den最适合作为更广泛的中部高原之旅的一部分——可以将其与Kon Tum市(向南90 km,那里的木制教堂和河畔的“bun”米粉摊值得住上一晚)结合起来,或者环游Pleiku并继续前往Buon Ma Thuot。如果只游玩这里,两晚是最佳选择:有足够的时间漫步森林、观赏瀑布、品尝美食,并在感到无聊之前离开。
