    Trung Luong是什么地方——为什么它会出现在地图上

    Trung Luong是Gia Lai省Dak Po县的一个公社,位于中部高原(중부 고원 / 中部高原 / 中部高原),海拔约500-600米。经过行政区划调整(在省界调整前曾与Binh Dinh的边境地区相关联),它现在完全属于Gia Lai的管辖范围。这里的景观是经典的高原风貌:红色的玄武岩土壤、向低矮山丘延伸的橡胶园和咖啡园,以及散布其间、拥有独特“rong”公社房屋的Bahnar少数民族村落。

    这里没有TripAdvisor的推荐页面,也没有旅游大巴的停车场。Trung Luong吸引的是那些已经去过Da Lat并渴望更原始体验的旅行者,或者是那些在海岸和Kon Tum之间穿行、途经Gia Lai时,想找个除了加油之外的理由停下脚步的人。

    为什么旅行者会去这里

    主要有三个原因:

    1. Bahnar村落文化 —— 这里的公社房屋不是为游客重建的。它们是运作中的村庄中心,在丰收节期间依然会举行铜锣仪式。如果你的时间合适(下文会有更多介绍),你可以亲眼目睹“cong chieng”铜锣表演,这是联合国教科文组织认可的中部高原铜锣文化空间非物质文化遗产的一部分。

    2. 种植园景观 —— 呈几何排列的橡胶树,11月至12月挂满红色果实的咖啡灌木,以及攀爬在支柱上的胡椒藤。清晨的阳光将一切染成琥珀色。摄影师们专程为此而来。

    3. 中转便利 —— Trung Luong位于QL19(19号国道)沿线,这条公路连接着沿海的Quy Nhon和高原的Pleiku。如果你要进行这段穿越之旅,Dak Po县大约是中点。

    最佳游玩时间

    中部高原分为两个季节:旱季(11月至次年4月)和雨季(5月至10月)。具体到Trung Luong:

    • 11月至1月:整体最佳。正值咖啡采收期,空气凉爽(早晨18-24°C),道路干燥,12月至1月最有可能遇到伴有铜锣音乐的丰收后庆典。
    • 3月至4月:最热但依然干燥。橡胶树落叶,营造出一种鲜明的画面感景观。文化活动较少。
    • 6月至9月:午后通常会有倾盆大雨。通往小村庄的道路可能会变得泥泞。但这里的绿意非凡,而且你将独享这份宁静,没有其他游客打扰。

    如果你希望与村落互动,请避开Tet(春节)假期——大多数家庭都在忙于私人庆祝活动,一些商店会关闭一周。

    如何前往

    从Quy Nhon出发:沿QL19向西行驶90 km,穿过An Khe山口。这条路是维护良好的双车道公路。骑摩托车大约需要2-2.5小时;开车约1.5小时。

    从Pleiku出发:沿同一条QL19向东行驶70 km。骑摩托车约1.5小时。

    从Da Nang或Hoi An出发:你需要先到达Quy Nhon(乘坐火车或巴士,5-6小时),然后继续向西。或者飞往Pleiku的机场(每天有从Hanoi和Saigon起飞的航班,单程约800,000-1,200,000 VND),然后向东行驶。

    当地交通:一旦到达Dak Po县,你需要自己的交通工具。这里没有可靠的网约车服务。可以在Pleiku租一辆摩托车(本田Wave每天150,000-200,000 VND),或者通过酒店安排带司机的汽车。

    参观Bahnar的rong房屋

    在Dak Po县中心询问前往活跃的Bahnar村落的路线——Trung Luong及周边公社有几个这样的村落。高大茅草屋顶的rong房屋是社交中心。不要不打招呼就走进去;在村子边缘找个人,用手势表达你的兴趣,通常他们会挥手示意你进去。带上一份小礼物——速溶咖啡包或水果都很合适。

    黎明时分漫步种植园

    橡胶园是私有的,但没有人介意步行者在树排之间的通道上漫步。在晨曦中,当薄雾依然低垂时,树木的几何排列确实令人惊叹。咖啡园在采收期间比较敏感——在漫步进去之前请先询问。

    驱车穿越An Khe山口

    An Khe镇和Dak Po之间的QL19路段穿过一个山口,拥有极佳的山谷景观。虽然没有Ha Giang (하장 / 河江 / ハーザン)那种令人震撼的戏剧性,但道路本身很平坦,交通主要以卡车为主——这让它成为一段没有惊心动魄感、非常适合骑行的路段。

    县级市场每天早晨营业至上午10点左右。这里有高原农产品:牛油果、百香果、笋干、当地蜂蜜。Bahnar妇女偶尔会在这里出售编织纺织品——小件物品价格在50,000-150,000 VND之间。

    餐饮推荐

    不要指望这里有成排的餐厅。你的选择有:

    • Com binh dan(平民饭菜店),位于Dak Po镇的QL19沿线:一盘烤猪肉、青菜和汤的价格为30,000-45,000 VND。
    • 早市区内的**“Pho”和“bun”摊位** —— 高原的Pho通常比Hanoi (하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)版本的香草更多,汤头也略甜一些。
    • 烤鸡 —— 寻找写着“ga nuong”的招牌 —— 这种高原走地鸡是用咖啡木炭烤制的。Dak Po主路沿线有几家这样的店。半只鸡大约120,000-150,000 VND。
    • 如果你喜欢自己动手,市场上有极好的牛油果(应季时通常为20,000-30,000 VND/kg)和新鲜的法棍面包,可以配上当地的奶酪酱,自制简易版“banh mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー)”。

    住宿推荐

    Trung Luong公社本身没有酒店。你的选择有:

    • Dak Po镇的nha nghi(宾馆):设施基础但很干净。预计每晚200,000-350,000 VND。空调是标配;热水供应则不太稳定。不提供英语服务。
    • An Khe镇(向东20 km):选择稍多一些,包括几家带有正规浴室的迷你酒店。价格在300,000-500,000 VND之间。
    • Pleiku(向西70 km):如果你追求舒适——这里有正规酒店、ATM机,以及随处可见的Vietnamese coffee (베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー)店。Pleiku不断发展的咖啡馆文化值得你花上半天时间去体验。

    实用贴士

    • 仅限现金 —— Trung Luong没有ATM机。最近的ATM在An Khe或Dak Po镇(Agribank)。请带足供1-2天使用的VND。
    • 手机信号 —— Viettel在高原地区信号最好。Mobifone在城镇外的信号时断时续。
    • 语言 —— 几乎没人说英语。建议学习一些基础的越南语短语,或者使用谷歌翻译的摄像头模式翻译标牌。Bahnar村民通常将越南语作为第二语言,口音很重。
    • 加满油 —— 在An Khe或Dak Po加满油箱。公社内没有加油站。
    • 尊重村落习俗 —— 未经明确许可,不要拍摄仪式物品或rong房屋的内部。铜锣是神圣的;请勿触摸。

    常见误区

    在QL19上匆匆而过 —— 大多数人把这段路纯粹当作海岸和高原之间的中转。建议至少预留半天时间停下来,去真正看点东西。

    没有交通计划就跑来 —— 这里没有Grab。如果你的摩托车抛锚了,你只能依靠路过卡车司机的善意,直到抵达An Khe或Dak Po。

    期待Sapa (사파 / 沙坝 / サパ)式的民族旅游 —— 这里没有民宿项目,没有带队徒步,也没有说英语的文化向导。这正是它的魅力所在,但也意味着你需要耐心和灵活性。有时候你会发现村子里热闹非凡;而有时候所有人都在田里干活。

    结语

    Trung Luong并不是一个值得你专程飞来越南的目的地。但如果你正在探索Pleiku和Kon Tum之外的中部高原,或者正在进行Quy Nhon到Pleiku的穿越之旅,并且希望这不仅仅是透过挡风玻璃看风景的时光,那么在这里慢节奏地度过半天绝对物有所值。带上现金、加满油箱,对基础设施保持较低的期望——绝美的风景和村落里的奇遇会填补剩下的一切。
