Hoi An 一直以“一日游”和“裁缝店”闻名。但如果你在那里住上一个月,会发现完全不同的一面:这是一个真正宜居的小镇,房租便宜,网络尚可,步行范围内美食遍地,生活节奏也刚好能让你免于陷入“幽闭恐惧”。

第一个抉择:古镇还是海滩

这个选择将决定你整个月的体验。古镇——即沿着Thu Bon河、挂满灯笼的联合国教科文组织核心区——氛围感十足,但上午9点旅游团抵达后会变得非常吵闹。这里的房租更高,民宿通常住满了只待两晚的游客,而且老式店屋厚重的墙壁可能会导致Wi-Fi信号不佳。

向东约3公里的An Bang Beach节奏则慢得多。海滩后的街道两旁遍布民宿和小旅馆,专门接待那些住上几周而非几天的客人。这里更安静,空气流通,骑摩托车到古镇只需十分钟。大多数长期旅居的数字游民最终都会选择住在这里。

Cam Nam Island位于古镇步行桥对面,是一个折中选择:有当地社区氛围,价格更低,骑自行车五分钟即可到达古镇。如果你既想离古镇近,又不想太吵,这里值得考虑。

住哪里:民宿 vs 旅馆

对于整月的住宿,按月计费的民宿在性价比和舒适度上几乎总是优于旅馆。在An Bang周边,带空调、小书桌且含早餐的独立房间,月租金通常在5,000,000–8,000,000 VND之间。如果你提前预订,有些房东甚至愿意协商每周免费提供几顿晚餐。

古镇的旅馆同类房间每晚收费300,000–600,000 VND。算一笔账:住旅馆一个月不含餐费就要9,000,000–18,000,000 VND。除非你特别需要每日客房清洁和前台服务,否则并不划算。

预订前要问清楚:下载速度(要求对方发送测速截图——30 Mbps以上即可工作,50 Mbps以上就很舒适)、是否有备用SIM路由器,以及书桌旁是否有触手可及的电源插座。这些细节在平时看起来微不足道,但当你正在进行客户通话而路由器却在房间另一头时,就会发现它们有多重要。

网络:真实情况

就网络连接而言,Hoi An (호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン) 比不上 Da Nang。在An Bang和Cam Thanh周边较新的建筑中,Viettel和VNPT提供的光纤网络通常能达到50–100 Mbps的理想速度。古镇的老式店屋往往使用较慢的ADSL线路,在高负载下会很吃力。

无论如何,请准备一张当地SIM卡作为备份。Viettel的4G网络在Hoi An镇区和An Bang地区覆盖非常稳健。包含60 GB流量的30天套餐价格约为200,000–250,000 VND。当民宿网络断连时(大雨期间偶尔会发生),你可以直接开启热点。

数字游民真正工作的地方

大多数人会将时间分配在住处和一两家固定的咖啡馆。那些真正适合办公(而不是只适合拍照发Instagram)的咖啡馆,通常位于主干道之外。

Reach cafe(靠近An Bang)有稳定的Wi-Fi、阴凉的庭院,且店员不会在你点了一杯咖啡后就催促你离开。位于Nguyen Phuc Chu的 The Espresso Station 手冲咖啡做得非常地道,网络连接也很强。在古镇,沿着Bach Dang路以及Hoi An市场后方的小巷,有一系列全天开放的咖啡馆,不过中午时分环境会比较嘈杂。

Hoi An没有像 Hanoi 或 Saigon 那样规模的专业联合办公空间。但小镇足够小,咖啡馆足以填补这个空缺。如果你需要私密空间进行视频会议,请提前安排在住处进行。

在此居住一个月的成本

以下是中等水平的真实开销,而非最低标准:

  • 房租(民宿,An Bang地区): 6,000,000–8,000,000 VND
  • 餐饮: 1,500,000–2,500,000 VND —— "banh mi" 25,000–35,000 VND,当地小店的一碗 "cao lau" 45,000–60,000 VND,偶尔去餐厅吃顿晚餐 120,000–200,000 VND
  • 咖啡: 像样的咖啡馆每杯 40,000–70,000 VND;街头推车的 "ca phe sua da" 仅需 15,000–20,000 VND
  • 摩托车租赁: 每月 1,200,000–1,800,000 VND
  • SIM卡+流量: 250,000 VND
  • 洗衣: 每公斤 20,000–25,000 VND

总计,在不刻意节俭的情况下,每月花费约为 11,000,000–14,000,000 VND(按当前汇率约合 440–560 美元)。如果你骑自行车并只吃当地食物,开销可以更低;如果你每晚都在古镇面向游客的餐厅用餐,开销则会更高。

建立节奏

这个小镇会奖励有规律的生活。Tran Phu路和Cho Hoi An附近的早市很早就热闹起来,通常8点就结束了——规划第一个工作时段时可以考虑这一点。夏季(3月至8月)的午后非常炎热,大多数人会选择顺应天气;傍晚是海滩时间,第二个工作时段通常在下午4点到7点之间。

黄昏时的Thu Bon河是Hoi An真正慢下来、展现其迷人之处的时刻。灯笼亮起,游客的喧嚣声降低了分贝,在河岸边喝一杯越南咖啡(베트남 커피 / 越南咖啡 / ベトナムコーヒー),价格和镇上其他地方一样。那一个小时非常值得守护。

骑摩托车或乘坐频繁的巴士前往北面约28公里的Da Nang (다낭 / 岘港 / ダナン) 非常方便,适合办理签证或购买当地买不到的装备。My Son占婆遗址位于西南40公里处,工作日游客较少时,花半天时间去参观非常值得。

实用贴士

签证:大多数国籍的游客可以申请90天的越南(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)电子签证,入境后可续签一次——出发前请检查最新规定,因为处理时间各不相同。Hoi An的雨季大约在10月至12月;11月古镇确实会发生洪水,如果在那期间居住,请务必选择地势较高的住所。如果你计划在1月至4月期间前往,由于An Bang很快就会订满,请至少提前两到三周预订月租民宿。
