    Cho Da Lat位于Da Lat的地理与社交中心,这座三层混凝土市场建筑自20世纪50年代以来一直是这座高地城市日常生活的核心。如果你想了解这里的人们究竟吃什么、种什么、关心什么,不妨花个早晨在里面逛逛。

    它的前世今生

    现在的市场建筑建于1958年,不过此地的贸易活动可以追溯到更早的法国殖民时期,当时Da Lat(달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット)正被开发为避暑胜地。该建筑在20世纪90年代初和2010年左右进行过翻修,但整体布局基本保持不变:主厅地下室出售干货和服装,一楼主要售卖新鲜农产品和花卉,楼上则有更多商店和裁缝铺。到了晚上,建筑周围的街道摇身一变,成为一个独立的夜市——摊位上售卖着烧烤、针织围巾和各种草莓制品。

    市场的越南语名字是Cho Da Lat,当地人有时会因为它的地下室而称其为Cho Am Phu,大致可以翻译为“阴曹地府市场”——这是对楼下昏暗、迷宫般走廊的一种戏称。

    游客为何慕名而来

    Cho Da Lat并不是一个专为游客粉饰的旅游市场。它是一个真实的运作中的市场,Da Lat的居民在这里购买蔬菜、鲜花和“banh trang nuong”(烤米纸,有时被称为Da Lat披萨)。这正是它的魅力所在。这里的高地农产品——洋蓟、草莓、牛油果、柿子、灯笼椒——看起来与你在越南低地市场看到的截然不同。Da Lat供应了全国很大一部分的蔬菜和花卉,而这里正是种植者卸载收获的地方。

    对于注重美食的游客来说,这个市场是Vietnam(베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム)在一个地方就能吃到物美价廉、种类繁多美食的绝佳去处之一。你可以在一小时内品尝六七种不同的菜肴,而步行距离不超过200米。

    最佳游览时间

    Da Lat的凉爽季节从11月持续到次年3月,白天的气温徘徊在18-22°C左右——非常适合在拥挤的市场里漫步而不至于太热。12月到2月的干燥月份是最理想的。4月和5月天气变暖,6月到10月会有午后阵雨,不过早晨通常很晴朗。

    就市场本身而言,最好在早上6:00到8:00之间抵达,此时的农产品最新鲜,人群也不那么拥挤。花卉区最好早点去,那时摊贩们刚用连夜送来的鲜花补足货源。夜市大约在下午6:00开始,一直持续到晚上10:30左右。

    如何前往

    从Saigon出发,最常见的路线是从西部客运站(Ben Xe Mien Tay)或Pham Ngu Lao沿线的几家客运公司乘坐巴士。车程约6-7小时,票价在200,000-280,000 VND之间,具体取决于客运公司。Phuong Trang(FUTA)和Thanh Buoi是最可靠的运营商。卧铺巴士也有夜间发车的班次。

    乘飞机更快——Lien Khuong机场位于Da Lat市中心以南约30 km处。Vietnam Airlines、VietJet和Bamboo Airways每天都有从Saigon(사이공 / 西贡 / サイゴン)(50分钟)和Hanoi(约2小时)起飞的航班。从机场打车到Cho Da Lat大约需要250,000-300,000 VND,或者你也可以乘坐机场大巴,每人约50,000 VND。

    抵达Da Lat后,你会发现市场位于Nguyen Thi Minh Khai街的中心位置,靠近Xuan Huong湖。大多数酒店都在步行距离内,或者花15,000-20,000 VND坐一小段xe om(摩托车出租)即可到达。

    必做的5件事

    吃遍湿货市场的美食摊

    一楼和周围的巷子里有卖“banh can”的食品摊贩——这是一种在陶模中烤制的小巧咸味米糕,配以鱼露蘸酱食用。这是Da Lat的特产,在Central Highlands(중부 고원 / 中部高原 / 中部高原)之外很难找到。一盘6-8个大约需要25,000-35,000 VND。搭配同一排摊位卖的热豆浆一起享用,味道绝佳。

    在夜市品尝banh trang nuong

    烤米纸上铺满鸡蛋、虾米、葱花、辣椒酱,有时还会加上肉松。每个售价15,000-20,000 VND。主市场大楼下方台阶旁的摊位是最正宗的——这种小吃基本上就是从这里发源,然后才传播到Saigon和全国各地的。

    直接从果农那里购买草莓和牛油果

    Da Lat的草莓比进口草莓更小、更酸,而且在这里很便宜——根据季节不同,每公斤大约40,000-60,000 VND。这里的牛油果(越南语叫“bo”)个头巨大、口感绵密,价格只是你在Hanoi(하노이 / 河内 / ハノイ)或Saigon买的一小部分。一楼后门附近的摊贩通常比面向主干道的摊贩价格更实惠。

    漫步花卉区

    Da Lat种植了Vietnam很大一部分的鲜切花。市场的花卉区是一片色彩的海洋——玫瑰、绣球花、向日葵、兰花——以批发价大量出售。即使你不打算买,也值得去逛逛。一束20朵的玫瑰可能只需30,000-50,000 VND。

    在地下室挑选当地特产

    地下室售卖干果、洋蓟茶、“mut”(蜜饯——Da Lat的传统食品,尤其是在Tet前后)、咖啡豆和夏威夷果。洋蓟茶包是一种实用且轻便的纪念品。一袋品质不错的茶包大约需要50,000-80,000 VND。这里出售的咖啡豆大多是来自周边高地的罗布斯塔豆——如果你喜欢喝vietnamese coffee,这里是个囤货的好地方。

    附近就餐推荐

    除了市场摊位,位于3 Thang 2街(距市场步行5分钟)的Nha Hang Lien Hoa以当地价格提供地道的素食“com tam”和面食。如果想吃点更丰盛的,可以去Tang Bat Ho街找找“bun bo hue”店——高地的寒意让一碗香辣的牛肉面显得恰到好处。一碗价格为35,000-45,000 VND。

    过去几年里,Da Lat的egg coffee(에그커피 / 蛋咖啡 / エッグコーヒー)文化发展迅速。市场附近的几家咖啡馆现在都供应自己版本的蛋咖啡,不过这里的口味往往比Hanoi的更甜。

    住宿推荐

    步行即可到达Cho Da Lat的经济型宾馆每晚价格在200,000-400,000 VND之间。供暖设施完善的中档酒店(这很重要——Da Lat冬天的夜晚气温会降至12-15°C)价格为500,000-900,000 VND。Ana Mandara Villas或Terracotta Hotel等高端住宿选择距离较远,但提供更宽敞、安静的空间,起价约为1,500,000 VND。

    住在Nguyen Chi Thanh或Bui Thi Xuan街及附近,能让你离市场最近,同时又不会直接受到噪音的干扰。

    实用提示

    • 即使在夏天也要带件薄外套。Da Lat的早晨很凉爽,而且市场的地下室几乎没有通风。
    • 在农产品摊位讲价要温和——价格已经很低了,在这里咄咄逼人地讨价还价会被认为是不礼貌的。大批量购买时,10-15%的折扣是合理的。
    • 夜市在周末和节假日会变得极其拥挤。周五和周六晚上7:00-9:00是拥堵高峰期。工作日的晚上则要惬意得多。
    • 把手机和钱包放在前面的口袋里。在任何拥挤的越南市场都会发生小偷小摸的情况,Cho Da Lat也不例外。

    避免常见错误

    不要跳过地下室——大多数游客只在一楼停留,错过了干货,而干货比你带不走的新鲜水果更适合作为纪念品。不要在没有检查密封是否完好和生产日期的情况下购买预包装的“Da Lat wine”(草莓酒或桑葚酒);其质量参差不齐。也不要认为夜市和日间市场的体验是一样的——它们的功能不同,卖的东西也完全不同。建议两个都去看看。

    Cho Da Lat主楼每天大约从早上5:00营业至下午6:00,夜市的营业时间为下午6:00至晚上10:30。无需门票。该市场位于Vietnam的Central Highlands的Lam Dong省首府Da Lat——尽管气候较凉爽,但在旅行规划中,它被归类在国家的南部地区。
