    Tu Vien Bat Nha(大致意为“般若寺”)坐落于 Lam Dong 省 Bao Loc 镇外约 8 km 处的山坡上,海拔约 850 米,四周环绕着茶园和松林。这座寺院最初建于 21 世纪初,是禅宗佛教的修行中心。如今,它的运营规模虽不如早年,但场地依然完好无损:一个主冥想大厅、穿梭于林间的步道、简朴的起居室,以及专供静思的开阔庭院。

    这里不是主要的旅游线路停靠点。你在这里看不到旅游大巴。但这正是部分旅行者特意绕道来此的原因。

    为什么值得一去

    大多数造访 Bat Nha 的人都在寻找一种特定的体验:在这片尚未沦为 Instagram 打卡背景板的高地中,享受几个小时真正的宁静。寺院场地维护得很好,异常宁静。周围的风景——种满茶叶和咖啡的连绵起伏的山丘,穿过松林的红土小径——让人感觉与向南仅 100 km 处的海岸完全是两个不同的国家。

    如果你正在 Da Lat 和 Saigon 之间旅行,或者在 Da Lat 和通往 Mui Ne (무이네 / 美奈 / ムイネー) 的海岸之间旅行,Bao Loc 是一个天然的中转站,而 Bat Nha 则给了你一个停下来驻足的理由,而不仅仅是加个油。

    最佳游玩时间

    与低地相比,Lam Dong 的高地全年气候宜人,但最佳游玩时间是 11 月至次年 3 月——此时正值旱季,早晨较为凉爽(18–22°C),下午极少下雨。寺院在工作日的早晨最为安静。周末,尤其是在佛教节日或 Tet(春节)前后,会吸引更多的国内游客。如果你想独享清幽,请尽量在周二或周三上午 10 点前前往。

    如果你骑摩托车,请避开雨季高峰期(7 月至 9 月)——进山的路会变得湿滑,红黏土也会变得泥泞不堪。

    交通指南

    从 Da Lat (달랏 / 大叻 / ダラット)(最近的主要枢纽)出发: Bao Loc 位于 Da Lat 以南约 110 km 处,沿着 20 号公路行驶即可到达——这是一条铺设良好、风景优美的公路,穿过松林和咖啡产区。骑摩托车大约需要 2.5–3 小时,具体取决于你停下来欣赏风景的次数。如果乘坐巴士,Phuong Trang (FUTA) 有频繁的客车从 Da Lat 开往 Bao Loc,票价约为 80,000–100,000 VND;车程约 2.5 小时。

    中央大厅在非预定修行时间向游客开放。这是一个简单、通风的空间——抛光的木地板、极简的装饰、自然的采光。即使你不冥想,在这个如此安静的房间里静坐二十分钟,也能让身心得到某种重塑。室内禁止穿鞋。

    探索附近的茶园

    Bao Loc 是 Vietnam (베트남 / 越南 / ベトナム) 最重要的茶叶种植区之一。在距离 Bat Nha 几公里的范围内,你会路过梯田茶园——翠绿的茶树成排地爬上山坡。一些小农户会在自己家里直接售卖茶叶。一袋新鲜的“tra oolong”(乌龙茶)售价为 80,000–150,000 VND,比礼品店里的任何东西都更适合作为纪念品。

    游览 Dambri 瀑布

    Dambri 距离寺院约 18 km,是南部高地最高的瀑布之一——落差约 90 米。这是一条真正的瀑布,而不是涓涓细流。门票为 50,000 VND。有电梯可以下到瀑布底部,你也可以走楼梯。最佳水流期是在雨季期间及雨季刚结束时(8 月至 11 月)。

    自驾 Bao Loc 环线

    如果你有自己的交通工具,Bao Loc 周围的道路非常适合漫无目的地骑行。向东南方驶向海岸的 QL55 公路穿过咖啡和腰果产区,几乎没有游客车辆。从 Bao Loc 到 Di Linh 的 40 km 路段尤为出色——道路宽阔,视野开阔,路边还有卖烤玉米和甘蔗汁的摊位。

    附近美食

    Bao Loc 并不是 Da Lat 或 Saigon 那个级别的美食胜地,但也有值得一吃的东西。

    住宿推荐

    Bao Loc 有多种住宿选择,虽然没有什么奢华酒店。

    • 经济型: 镇中心附近的当地宾馆(“nha nghi”)每晚价格为 200,000–350,000 VND。设施简单但很干净。别指望能用英语沟通。
    • 中档型: 郊区有一些较新的酒店和民宿——价格为 400,000–800,000 VND。有些带有花园环境并提供早餐。可以在 Booking.com 上查看或向当地人打听。
    • 轻奢型(以 Bao Loc 的标准而言): 环绕小镇的山丘上有少数度假村风格的住宿,收费为 1,000,000–1,500,000 VND。你买单的是风景和宁静,而不是水疗服务。
