    Hoi An 的老城区是东南亚为数不多的、能让你漫步在与200年前风貌几乎无异的街道上的地方之一。它不是重建的仿古街或主题公园,而是一个充满生活气息、被联合国教科文组织列入名录的贸易港口。人们依然在这里的百年商铺间售卖布料、冲泡咖啡、晾晒衣物。

    它的前世今生

    在16至18世纪,Hoi An 曾是一个重要的国际贸易港口。日本、中国和欧洲的商人们都在这里建有仓库和住宅。后来,随着 Thu Bon 河泥沙淤积,贸易中心转移到了 Da Nang,Hoi An 实际上被定格在了时光里——经济上的沉寂让它免于被拆除重建的命运。正是这种地理上的偶然,保留了日本商铺、中国会馆、法国殖民时期外墙和越南筒子楼交相辉映的独特风貌,这种建筑群落的密集程度在越南其他任何地方都找不到。

    老城区沿河占地约30公顷。在行政区划上,Hoi An 现在属于更广阔的 Da Nang (다낭 / 岘港 / ダナン) 地区,但它位于 Da Nang 市中心以南约 30 km 处,并以自己独特的节奏运转着。

    为什么游客络绎不绝

    有三个原因让人们流连忘返。首先是建筑——黄墙木窗的商铺、因岁月流逝而微微下沉的瓦屋顶,以及值得放慢脚步细细品味的狭窄小巷。其次是美食,这里可以说是越南中部最棒的地方美食之都。第三是裁缝业——Hoi An (호이안 / 会安 / ホイアン) 拥有数百家裁缝店,只需24到48小时就能为你量身定制一套西装或连衣裙,而价格只是其他地方的一小部分。

    它的规模也很适中。你可以步行花一天时间逛完核心老城区,但大多数人会选择停留两到三晚,因为这里的慢节奏让人忍不住想要多待一会儿。

    最佳旅行时间

    2月到5月是最佳时期。此时天空晴朗,气温徘徊在 28-32°C 左右,气候干燥,非常适合步行游览。6月到8月会带来酷暑(35°C+),并且正值国内旅游旺季,人潮拥挤。9月到11月是台风季——Hoi An 在10月和11月经常会遭遇洪水,老城区的积水有时会没过膝盖。12月和1月比较凉爽(20-25°C),偶尔有毛毛雨,但依然很宜人。

    如果你在农历每月的满月期间来访,老城区会关掉电灯,街道上挂满纸灯笼。虽然人会很多,但真的非常有氛围。

    如何从 Da Nang 前往

    Da Nang 是距离最近的拥有国际机场的主要交通枢纽。

    • Grab/出租车: 视交通情况而定,大约需要 30-40 分钟。乘车费用预计在 250,000-350,000 VND 之间。这是最省心的选择。
    • 当地公交: 1路黄色公交车从 Da Nang 市中心开往 Hoi An。票价约 30,000 VND,耗时约 60-75 分钟。公交车每20分钟从 Dien Bien Phu 街的 Da Nang 汽车站发车。
    • 摩托车租赁: 如果你习惯骑两轮车,沿着海岸公路骑行地势平坦且路线简单。在 Da Nang,租车费用约为每天 120,000-150,000 VND。

    漫步老城区(记得买对门票)

    你需要购买一张 Hoi An 老城门票(120,000 VND)才能进入部分历史建筑、会馆和日本廊桥(Japanese Covered Bridge)。该门票包含约20个景点中的5个参观名额。Phuc Kien 会馆和 Tan Ky 古宅是最值得一去的两处——除非你对陶瓷碎片有浓厚兴趣,否则可以跳过陶瓷博物馆。

    前往 An Bang 海滩

    An Bang 位于老城区以东约 4 km 处。你可以租一辆自行车(大多数酒店的租金为 30,000 VND/天)骑行前往,享受清晨的畅游。这片海滩很长,相对干净,沿岸排列着低调的餐厅,你可以在那里吃海鲜、喝啤酒,惬意地度过几个小时。虽然没有壮丽的海岸线,但在3月到9月期间,这里的沙质细腻,海水也很平静。

    在 Thu Bon 河上泛舟

    傍晚时分的游船会从 Bach Dang 滨河长廊出发。短暂的航程(30 分钟,拼船每人约 50,000-100,000 VND)将带你穿过渔村和椰林。这是从水上视角欣赏这座小镇的最佳方式,尤其是在日落时分。

    参观蔬菜村或陶艺村

    骑自行车向镇北行驶15分钟即可到达 Tra Que 蔬菜村。这里的农民使用河里的海藻作为肥料来种植香草和蔬菜。几家民宿提供烹饪课程,你可以亲自采摘食材,然后从头开始制作“banh xeo”和新鲜的“goi cuon”。课程费用约为 350,000-500,000 VND。

    定制服装

    如果你想定制服装,去之前最好有明确的想法——带上照片。Yaly Couture 和 Bao Khanh 是两家比较靠谱的店,但镇上还有几十家可供选择。一套像样的西装预算在 1,500,000-3,000,000 VND 左右。在最终取件前一定要安排一次试穿;初版通常都需要调整。

    美食推荐

    Hoi An 有着自己独具特色的菜肴,在越南其他任何地方都很难吃到正宗的做法。

    “Cao lau”是这里的招牌——粗米粉配上猪肉片、香草和类似油酥块的炸面团,再拌入少量高汤。传统上,这种米粉是用当地特定水井的水制作的,这赋予了它更有嚼劲的口感。可以去 Tran Phu 街的 Trung Bac 尝尝(40,000 VND)。

    “Mi quang”是该地区另一种必吃的面食——用姜黄染色的宽面条,配以猪肉、虾、花生,再浇上浅浅一层浓郁的高汤。位于新城区 Ly Thuong Kiet 街的 Ong Hai 卖的这道面非常不错,一碗只需 35,000 VND。

    至于街头小吃,Hoi An 的“banh mi (반미 / 越式法包 / バインミー)”有着自己的风格——面包卷更小,但里面塞的猪肉种类比 Saigon 版本的还要多。Phan Chu Trinh 街上的 Banh Mi Phuong 是最出名的一家(安东尼·波登曾在这里吃过),但城镇另一边的 Madam Khanh 同样美味,而且排队的人通常更少。

    住宿指南

    • 经济型: 位于 Cam Pho (쌀국수 / 越南河粉 / フォー) 区的宾馆和青旅,200,000-400,000 VND/晚。设施基础、干净整洁,步行即可到达老城区。
    • 中档型: 沿河或 Hai Ba Trung 街上的精品酒店,800,000-1,500,000 VND/晚。许多酒店提供免费早餐和自行车。
    • 高端型: 位于老城区和海滩之间的度假村,2,500,000-5,000,000 VND/晚。这些地方更安静,但你需要骑自行车或乘坐班车才能到达老城区。

    住在老城区内意味着房间狭小,而且在晚上10点前会有游客的喧闹声,但你能感受到清晨送货的市井气息和夜晚灯笼摇曳的街道氛围。

    当地人的实用建议

    • 在老城区,自行车比摩托车更好用。许多街道在上午 8 点至 11 点以及下午 3 点至晚上 9 点期间仅限步行。在这些时段,摩托车毫无用武之地。

    • 从 Da Nang 赶来只花半天时间走马观花。 Hoi An 值得你慢下来细细品味。至少住一晚,两晚更好。
    • 只在老城区吃饭。 最好的美食通常在旅游核心区外围的街道上——比如 Ly Thuong Kiet、Phan Chu Trinh 以及市场区域。
    • 在最后一天才去找裁缝。 你至少需要两天时间来进行试穿和修改。
    • 忽略周边地区。 乘船 90 分钟即可到达 Cu Lao Cham 岛,非常值得安排一日游去浮潜和享受更宁静的海滩。

    实用须知

    Hoi An 地方不大,最适合放慢脚步探索,理想的游览时间是两到三天。你可以将它与在 Da Nang 的几天行程结合起来,或者顺道去 Hue (후에 / 顺化 / フエ) 的皇城遗址看看,从而丰富你在越南中部的行程。记得带上现金——许多小商店和食品摊不接受刷卡。
